I've been taking my family's vehicles here for over a decade. From several BMW's (M3, X5, 323i) to a F150 to a Mazda Cx5, they've always done the job and done it right. They charge an honest rate, and won't charge for (or do) work that's not necessary. It's rare to find a dealership or car shop you can trust. this is one that you can.

From courteous reception, perceptive analysis and expertly targeted solutions Accurate Auto once again performed a service for which I am deeply grateful. They could have told me that I needed replacements and service that are not needed. Instead, they encouraged me to get the most benefit from what I have. I've been taking my cars to Accurate Auto for 13 years and I wouldn't use anyone else. I started listing the types of work above and realized they've done just about everything one could need for aging cars. They are honest, reliable and friendly - and they've never tried to sell me services I don't need. As a woman - that is huge! I trust them completely; every job they've ever done has been quality. They are the best!

Got me in quick and did good work. However a bit overpriced for my standards. Charged me 25 in labor to replace a 1.50 tag bulb which literally takes a minute. That's just a bit criminal to me I don't really care but that's an hour and a half of work for me and I could've and should've easily done that myself

I moved to Annapolis 2 years ago and Accurate was recommended by a friend. I had them troubleshoot my 2007 Prius, which had some odd electrical problems. their service and communication was excellent. Very professional and easy to talk/work with. Since then I've brought them my other cars for service, and they consistently provide excellent service. I also appreciate their integrity. No funny business here, just good work.

These guys get it. They go out of their way to get your vehicle scheduled, advise of any issues, do the needed work correctly, on-time, and for a reasonable fee. If you live nearby and need transportation home and back to the shop, they can usually accommodate you. I've been one of their customers for 20 years and have never been disappointed.

Best of the best! David Zorn is very personable and extremely nice. He knows exactly what he is talking about. As a woman going to a mechanic I have always ran into issues with being taken advantage of in the past and you never have to worry about that with him! You are in amazing hands with David. I will definitely be returning for any future needs with my car.
