Can I just say WOW. WOW. WOW. I took my car into to be serviced today.oil change and brakes fixed. Not only did I get oil changed, brakes fixed all for 32.00.but.my car was also detailed inside and out at no charge. Alan besco here in xenia is the absolutely the best at customer service. Hands down.no one can beat them. Best decision I ever made was to purchase a car from them. #alanbesco

My wife called Blake and explained that we would like to test drive two cars that were on his lot. We were 15 minutes away. When we got there they had both cars pulled up front and being warmed up. We ended up purchasing the first car we test drove. It was an amazingly straightforward process and relatively painless. I would highly recommend Blake and Alan Besco Cars.

Joe was very nice with everything. I was able to drive the vehicle around as soon as I got there. He showed the car fax and the scrapes on vehicle, which were minimal. I wasn't able to get the vehicle because my bank financing said they were over pricing by 2 grand but if you're financing through them you won't need to worry about that being a problem. The car world has been messed up by covid so yeah

I have to say, my family has periodically done business here for quite some time with no issues until our daughter went to look into a vehicle my wife and I suggested for her growing family. She notifies me after her experience with an extremely less than stellar visit. After having a "severe" safety issue with the red over-priced Ford Flex the owner and her sister felt the need to talk down to them making them feel not as potential customers but inconvenient peasants. Seems like daddy never taught his girls respect or consideration for those in need.

This isn't the same dealership that I remember but now a sibling run ring of greed. Buyer beware, don't walk through these doors with "Any" financial issues or be prepared to be judged.

The best car-buying experience I have ever had. Blake is professional, friendly, and patient! He offered to let us test drive three different vehicles as I was unsure of what exact features I wanted and was kind and helpful the entire time. I am so glad I stopped in here on a whim. Everyone in the office was so nice. They paid off my old car (plus some!), and got me such a great deal on a car that I LOVE. Thanks so much, Blake! I've already recommended him and this dealership to multiple people in the market for a different vehicle.

My wife and I had been looking for a primary vehicle for a while. We seen a SUV online at Alan Besco that we liked. Their website was easy to navigate. We stopped by and Joe was pleasant to work with. He was not pushy and let us think through the decision. The price was comparable and ready to sell. Great experience!

I took my daughters car in to sell it to them spoke to Melanie and they offered me $3500 but told me I had to wait until i received her title (she lives in a different state) I took the car back in today and Stacy was wanting to offer lower. She began yelling at me and raising her voice being very rude! Telling me that I was lying about having to wait for the title.

As the owner of the business she should know better than to treat a customer that way. I will NEVER go to their business again. I will be reporting them as well for their business practices. If i could give them no stars i would. Horrible customer service!

Came here because I got a promotional flyer in the mail saying I won a car and cash because my scratch off number matched the number on the mail. Fine print said that my number actually had to match the number on board in the showroom. I figured why not I'll go see if it matches. I pull in, and get out to walk in. I'm greeted by a very rude salesman.

I said "I got a thing in the mail, says if my number matches the showroom number I won." He goes "the "thing in the mail" do you have it you have to bring it in." I instantly come to the conclusion it's a gimmick to get you to come in. I figured it stick it out and exclaim to them that the fine print or nowhere on the mail does it say that it's just a chance to win or anything like that.

He asks me to sit down and he has to get a form. He then asks what my car is, he's never seen one around here. I tell him what it is and he says "bet that's safe." Now, not to be that guy, but my car is much nicer than anything on the lot and he was clearly upset that likely wouldn't be able to sell me on anything there. As one would assume the mail piece was to get you to come in so they can sell you a car.

He begins filling out this form and asking me questions. I ask what the form is to which he doesn't reply and I ask if I can read it and he says "it's just a form for your prize." He wouldn't let me see the form. He asks about my car and mileage and phone number which I gave all false info except the car itself (since he already saw it.) he then goes "you won two silver dollars and a lottery ticket." At that point I just left and took the two bucks. Jerk salesman, false advertising.

I've bought 4 cars from Stacy and co., I have referred 5 people to them who have all bought cars. I have nothing but respect for the honesty and fair prices that we have received. I have never been pushed or pressured into buying anything from them. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

I wish that I could leave less than 1 Star. Our experience here was absolutely terrible. The employee that we spoke with was pleasant at first but that quickly changed when we were not interested in buying a vehicle today. Their marketing strategy is to manipulate people and waste their time. They were dishonest and not a pleasure to be around and they seemed as though they were morally comfortable with that. We will be encouraging all of our friends and family to stay as far away from this company as possible.

I don't know where to start. This place honestly sucks. The service was bad, the people lied, they were rude and disrespectful. We were mailed a scratch off and we won. I called the company and asked several questions to see if we had actually won, they told us we were clear and could come collect our prize. We then drove 30 minutes to be told we had not won and we received two dollar coins.

I suspected this was going to be the case, but i asked specifically and was still lied too. I will never be back here. I would encourage anyone who reads this to stay FAR AWAY

Step son has been trying to get his door handle fixed for months & if course Besco doing what they have been known to do for years. Best buds as you buy your car then once you sign & leave they act like your the worst enemy.

I took my car here for service to get the blend door fixed. They fixed that. Then I had no heat. Took it back and they fixed that. Now I have no transmission. I walk in there and get smartass comments about it not being their fault. Will never take my car there again

Bought a Kia Rio there and the next day the check engine light came on. Car had a 90 day bumper to bumper warranty but their service department never did fix it. After 3 trips there the service manager said it was an emissions problem and not covered. Later found out that year and model had a computer defect that caused this code reading. Service manager did not care about the customer at all. Stay away from this place.

I called Alan Beacon Motors to rent a car and Melanie Rose gave me one price and when I went to the dealership in person 15 minutes later, Stacy Sparks quoted me a price $300.00 more! I felt it was racist!

Don't. Don't. Don't. If you find anything wrong with it after you buy your car, you are screwed. They don't care what so ever. Im not even going to drive anywhere near this dealership. Poor old man who started this establishment would be ashamed to see what kind of place it became after he passed away with his daughters running the place.

I can only agree with the information that everyone has written here. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They charge very high prices, they do not listen to what you say, and then they go behind your back and do things you ask them not to. We told them a specific price limit that we were approved for with our bank, with a loan amount in hand. We asked them not to do another credit check ( there was no need we had already been approved).

They did a credit check, called our bank and asked for a new loan approval for almost 8k more than we told them we would pay. It is a sleazy typical nightmare care dealership with wheeler dealers. It is a pity they push being a "family company". They do no justice to the person buying the car/truck, only are looking out for how much they can make, how fast they can make it, and how much they can push you into.

Did you receive a flyer and scratch off a KEY symbol? We called and spoke to two employees who confirmed that collecting one of the six top prizes was easy, all we had to do was come in and collect. We specifically asked if it was one of the top 6 prizes (tv, $100 cash, etc) or the $2 coin (stated in small print). He said it was NOT the coin and one of the 6 TOP prizes. LIARS LIARS LIARSSS!

What they really do is scan your code and you Spin a digital roulette. The employee later said while we were there, that most people only win $2 coins. What a waste of my time. I kinda knew this would happen and I figured that is why I would call and confirm with SPECIFIC QUESTIONS. Both sales employees lied. I wouldn't recommend this place because they CANT be trusted.

If a customer is willing to call and ask questions BEFORE taking a long drive there, at least have the decency to give them an honest answer. A bad review could have been prevented and a future customer could have been gained.

Pretty fairly priced cars with a nice selection as well. However, don't expect much past a used car sales man's typical persona after you buy the car. They won't care about you. Their service shop is a complete joke. In detail: scheduled a air conditioning service 3 weeks ago. Get to shop and they were not able to get to me because AC compressor was down.

No call or heads up. One week later called again to schedule but I was pushed back because of a special sale. Finally got to take back last week on a Wednesday for the diagnostic. Picked car up on my own accord with no call back or notification on that Friday. The test was free the AC fix (hole in hose) was $600+ I got my work done in one day for $150 in parts by a friend of a friend.

This place is great for used cars. I bought my 2007 Chevy Cobalt from them and they gave me a great deal and didn't try to pressure me to buy anything I didn't want. Super!
