I was supposed to get Triple A members Price of $31.99 for an oil change and tire rotation. They ended up charging $200! I only asked for one more thing, a cabin air filter replacement. I even called to ask if the the discount was legit and they confirmed that they would honor it. I am not a happy customer. Guys, I barely have 23k miles on my car. Not cool. And even though I set an appointment, stop had to wait 3 hours for the services to be completed. If I could give a negative 5 star rating, I would.

The service and customer has been great for me. Larry and Zach were very helpful and kind. Zach trained me on how to check and change my air filter, this is very easy. I had my alternator changed last year by them. No problems with their service. This week, I had my oil changed. They service all types of cars. The employees in the shop had on nice uniforms.

The shop is not very big, but the quality of the work is very good. Ladies, I am a female customer that does not often find mechanical places trust worthy. The owner is a God fearing man with integrity. With that being said, I believe he use his business to serve God and people. God is watching and sees everything. So, don't fear using them and pray about everything. Also, the prices, I believe, he is not charging his customers with prices like a greedy scrooge person. Audrey in Keller, Texas

I needed my old vehicle serviced and road safe. Larry was very understanding, honest and knowledgeable. My vehicle was repaired very fast and to my specifications, and I was back on the road in no time. The cost was also very reasonable. I really appreciate this shop and it's employees for their honest, reliable, and friendly customer service. Very highly recommended!

I first heard of Advanced Auto Repair from AAA. I trust them to tell me the truth about my old 2003 Nissan Altima. They have done several repairs and since I'm a senior citizen I can't always take my car in to them or pick it up after the repairs. They come to get me and deliver the car back when it is finished. Thank goodness for trust worthy men and lady of this fine car Repair shop. They do excellent repair work. I'm a satisfied customer.

The kind gentlemen at Advanced Auto took such good care of us when my alternator went out on i35! We are from Oklahoma and were on our way to Dallas for a concert that evening. They came quick to tow us to the shop, let us ride over with them (such a blessing!), and got us back on the road in just a few hours! They were so friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend them!

These guys (and ladies) are awesome! A1 service and communication. I'm of a detailed guy. They provide me with all the little details of what's going to be done. Anything along the way that they may find. They usually finish before the estimated time. Which is always a plus! Not a shady shop by no means! The whole team is very helpful and respectful. I appreciate everything they have done.

Advanced Auto Repair has the nicest and most respectful crew of any mechanic I've ever done business with. They are transparent with their services and will take the time to explain to you why they recommend certain services should be done. Cannot recommend enough: Fair prices, quick service, and caring staff.

Best shop in town, hands down. Detailed breakdown received via text/email after diagnosis, including many pictures to specifically identify what needs done. It is reassuring to have that info and not feel like you're potentially being taken advantage of. Repairs were completed ahead of schedule, and I was able to get back on the road asap. They have made a customer for life out of me, couldn't recommend them enough!

Floyd was very helpful! Also he was beyond nice! He asked me if it was my first time in and even asked if I had any coupons! They have a variety of snacks and drinks to make the wait(which wasn't long at all) much more enjoyable! They have definitely made a customer out of me!
