I bought a car from them that already had problems which i wasn't aware of. i took it in to get fixed and they would not give me a loaner car, i'm going in AGAIN to get my car fixed and i left a voicemail asking for a loaner car and they will not answer my calls. worst dealership i've gone to

I'm a 70 something woman and this was, by far, the best car-buying experience I've had. Totally impressed with the cleanliness of not just the showroom but also the car repair area. Their service department is really hit or miss, depending who takes your appointment and or waits on you. I made an appointment 11 days out for a certain time and showed up only to be told that it was for earlier in the day, and they of course didn't have any available openings, all I wanted was an oil change and tire rotation. My previous visit here, I had requested a tire rotation as well, when I checked out and picked up the car, they said they did not have this noted. Live and learn and go somewhere else.

This is one the best dealership that I have ever visited. They treated me with honesty and integrity. They are very fair with the pricing and how they deal with the customers. They are not at all pushy and we can have very genuine and open conversations with them. I would highly recommend this place. Super Awesome experience!

Purchased my Volkswagen CC from them. Pleasant salesman and nice selection of cars. However, there service department is a joke. Both times I've delt with them, issues then arose. They also forced my electronic side mirrors up almost broke them. Don't take your car there. Trust me.

Wouldn't hesitate one bit buying from Anastos again. I had been keeping an eye out for a certain model and trim Subaru Outback. Found one available at Anastos on Facebook Marketplace, priced extremely fair and accurately advertised. Received fair trade-in value for our Crosstrek and came home with my wife as happy customers in our new-to-us car. Tom and Freddy were great to work with and not one bit pushy. Honest and fair and effective!

A salesman here told me to come back with my dad when I'm "ready to talk business" simply because I knew a car wasn't worth what they were asking. 2 weeks later they call me back to tell me they dropped the price of the vehicle to $500 less than what I offered 2 weeks prior before they insulted me by telling me to "bring my dad back". My dad has purchased a vehicle here before with no issues and they know him. I am a young professional and an HR exec before 30. I don't need my dad to do any "business" for me. I can handle my own business, because I run one.

Parts and service guy was very quick and helpful with my needs. The waiting lobby had water and TV with a remote to watch whatever you want. Didn't have to wait long as I was just getting a complimentary wiper blade replacement. Good staff and clean environment deserves 5 stars in my opinion. See you soon for my oil change.

I bought a Van from them a couple weeks ago and had an issue with the air conditioning. Even though it was not under warranty, they fixed the problem, no charge! And this is a used car lot! Let's of used car lots have a badd reputation when it comes to things like that, but these guys fixed it with no problem! The salesman, Tom Z was fantastic! I recommend them highly!

We rented a Penske from the end of June 2018 to November 2018. I returned the truck and asked for a final receipt. I was told they are just a pick up and drop off location. The service manager Pete went out and inspected the truck and told me that he did not know how to do the billing and South Milwaukee will take care of the billing. I thanked him for being honest. Pete went out and inspected the truck, asked if I had a Visa on file (it's actually a MasterCard) I responded by answering "Yes" did the final bill and added an extra day for $90 and simply stated " I can't change the bill" and to "take it up with Penske".

I would assume that if the service manager can't properly bill a Penske invoice how do you think you will be treated when your car goes in for service? Even my employees who witnessed this interaction looked at me like WOW.

We bought a Jeep from them at a fair price. When we got it home we found out the one of the key fobs were the wrong one. They said that if we would come back they would replace it. This would take 3 or more hours of time and gas to do. They offered no compensation for my loss so when I suggested that they send me a check to buy one at the local dealership they offered to only pay for there cost which was half the amount of what it would cost me.

So no matter what I am out money for their mistake. It wasn't till we contacted Channel 3 for help that we had to settle for $130 of the $265 bill. We also contacted the BBB and their reply was a distortion of the truth. Good luck to anyone who buys a car from them.

I hate car shopping. I have never left a dealership without feeling like i was completely taken advantage of.until we bought a used car at Anastos. Our salesman was named Billy. No pressure what so ever. I thought their vehicles were priced very reasonable for the milage and year sold. And they don't sell high milage vehicles and they come with the carfax report.

Even the finance guy was a good guy. No gimmicks at all. We looked at about 6 different cars, settled on one and drove it away in about an hour and a half. I highly recommend them!

I bought a used Mini Cooper there two years ago and they told me their extended warranty covered everything clutch included. I specifically asked if this part was covered it being the deciding factor as to get the warranty or not. The man I finance assured me it was. Fast forward two years now my clutch is out. And I called to ask them if the information he told was correct and he said they are not covered. It was the same guy mind you. These are terrible people. I highly recommend no one do business with these terrible people.

Let me just start off with the test drive car drove good heard some road noise let the salesman know about the noise. He had service drive it they said everything was fine. So I took his word for it. So I took the car to my job which is automotive service facility. Started taken the tires off and noticed that one of the lug nuts wasn't coming off wasn't loosing and would not tighten.

I had understood that a full inspection was done on the car before they put the car on the lot, so I'd figure they checked the rear brakes which requires removing of the wheels and lug nuts, so how were the brakes check as part of there inspection if one of the lug nuts was not coming off. After 20 years of being in the automotive field I know how to remove lug nuts.

Besides the lug nuts I checked the rest of the lug nuts that were all fine, when I noticed the car had 3 different brand tires and 2 different sizes. Which is not good it should have all the same brand and sizes, 2 of the tires were not even the right size. So I called after having the car for 3 hours. I called and I was told by the dealer that who ever tried rotating the tires must have messed it up, which was myself that tried rotating the tires, which upset me even more.

Today less then 24 hours of purchasing this car I'm here waiting to see if they are going to fix the lug nut issue and to see if they are going to do anything about the tires which are very noisy and wrong size and 3 different brand tires. Very dissatisfied with this dealership, I don't know how these used cars are being let go with stripped lug nuts, which if I've would have gotten a flat I would have been screwed.

The tire situation nothing was done. I know it's a used car but there is no reason for the car to be let go like this.3 different brand tires and 2 different sizes. came here to see if they would take care of there mess up and all they say it's a used car and it's normal for it to make noise and it supposedly came with the tires. Even if it did, it should have not been let go like that. Im in the automotive and customer service field and I have never been this unsatisfied with a business.

I guess when you are looking for a car they want your buisness they treat you great like you are a king, but once you sighn the paper work and you take ownership of the car if something is wrong with the car is found it's basically your problem they got there money and that's all that matters to them. The whole moral of my experience at this dealership is don't buy a car here!

BEWARE! Very shady business practices! Larry Goodman, the sales manager, emailed me a quote on a vehicle, then when I called to arrange a time for a test drive he jacked up the price $2000 and refused to come down. I called twice on the day I received the quote and talked to two different salesmen (Joe and Pete), who both quoted me the original price.

They were both supposed to call me back with additional information, but never did. When I called back the next morning to set up a time to see the vehicle, Larry told me that they would no longer honor the original price and that it was now $2000 higher. Obviously, they knew I was interested and thought they could get more money out of me. It didn't work. These are the kind of people who give cars salesmen a bad name. STAY AWAY!

I bought a car that had a slight shake in it and was told by the salesman Joey that this was just an alignment issue. It did not feel like anything major and according to Joey, "their alignment machine was not working at the time." I took the car to get an alignment and this did not fix the issue. I went and got the tires rotated and balanced and this still did not correct the problem.

After several more attempts to fix the problem, I came to find out that three of the four rims are bent. I tried calling and the bottom line I was given by the manager Tim was that I should not have bought the car and there was nothing they were going to do about this. BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING CARS HERE!

I have purchased two cars from them. They have a small selection, but if you tells them what you are looking for ahead of time they will contact you when they find the car you are looking for. They were pretty fair with my trade-in car. They also found me financing. I have used their maintenance department too. They are cordial and will do think I a timely manner.

They have Coffee and Cookies. Not too fan of the cookies, but I am sure many others will disagree. I will they had WiFi. If I spend more than half hour anywhere waiting, I thing WiFi should be offered. I worked with Gene. He is funny and does a good job. I would recommend this car dealership.

I just picked up my car today after being repaired here. They originally made it sound like a whole bunch of stuff was wrong with my headlight when it turned out that all they did was replace the whole entire headlamp! They put in an after market one which only costs $95 but my final total was $331! They charged for "diagnostics" which was $42 and the rest was for labor! I'm pretty sure it only took them an hour to replace my headlight!

If I would have known that this is what was wrong, I would have ordered the lamp myself and paid a friend to do it for a fraction of the cost! Oh and I almost forgot.they ordered the wrong part at first so I had to wait an extra 4 days for the right one to come in! The 2nd star is for the fact that they seemed to have done a good job on the installation, but I still got ripped off on the price. I'm tired of mechanics bending me over because I'm a girl! This is ridiculous!
