Super easy and chill atmosphere. I called in the morning and talked to Kevin, he brought the car around with license plate already on. Told me to take it out for a long time and make sure I was happy with everything. Got all my paperwork done while I was at lunch came back signed everything and was out of there. Probably the best experience I have had buying a car.

Rex did a great job keeping me up to date on the order process and made it very easy when it was time to pick up my new Maverick. The paperwork was ready when I got there and it took 15 minutes to do that. The rest of the time Rex showed me the features of my new truck. My wife enjoyed the opportunity to get into their Wind Tunnel of Cash to get a few extra bucks.

Amazing experience at Anderson Ford in Clinton. Was treated like family and really felt comfortable with the decision I made on purchasing a used car from them. They took the time to go over all of the features on my new car and ensured all my questions were answered. I highly recommend.

Please think twice about spending any money at this dealership. They claim to strive for excellence "before, during and after the sale". This is not accurate. Purchased a 2019 used car and pulled into my driveway 8 min after leaving their lot. The check engine light came on. Called the dealership immediately and was told it would be taken care of. Dropped the car back off at the time they scheduled and again was assured that this will be taken care of on their end.

A day later they call and tell us it will be a $1600 fix at my expense. The sales manager Stephani claims that the check engine light couldn't possibly be reset without fixing the issue. After asking multiple times for the issue to be taken care of, they refused to do it. So I asked to take the car elsewhere to have the issue fixed as I didn't feel comfortable giving them any more money.

The light was gone when we took the car home. Called back to ask how that was possible given the explanation that it "couldn't be reset without fixing the issue". She then said they just cleared the code. Buyer beware of Anderson-Ford in Clinton IL. They will hide issues on the vehicle and then not take care of the customer. In the big picture, this could have been fixed on their end but they have refused.

Do not fall for their false claims to "take care of the customer". With the car market today, the one thing that a dealership should have is customer service. When you can't back that up, you are no different than the next guy. Please use my experience and take your hard earned money to a dealer that truly does care for the customer. Friendly and easy to work with! I purchased my car through Anderson and Stephani, and she made the process so smooth and simple! No hassling, no haggling, just a great price on a great vehicle served up with great service from the staff!

Kevin Lower was great to work with. He helped my daughter get into a Fusion Hybrid for her first car. The sales manager was very personable and took the time to say hello. Will be a repeat customer for life.

Service department was awesome to work with. They even had a loaner car while they worked on my vehicle. Took a little while to get my car back because of parts taking a while to come in due to the pandemic. Not their fault and they were very upfront.

Drove 2 hrs because I got approved and they said they'd have the vehicle ready to go for me when I got there but than decide when I get there to let me know that someone bought the truck 10mins before me getting there BENJI is the one I spoke with awful communication trash sales man never have I ever had something like that happen to me definitely don't recommend this dealership especially the dealer very unprofessional! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Service Department is very unreliable. Had an appointment for our Motorhome on a Monday said it would be just a couple of days and apparently they didn't want to deal with the warranty work so they said they were unable to get to problem. Would not recommend them to anyone. First and last time we will call them. And we are local people.

I sure wish there were 6 stars to use as a review. We moved into the area over 15 years ago and have purchased multiple vehicles through the dealership. They always have good high quality friendly staff eager to help. Several years ago, I was looking for a Expedition and they drove all over the place to find the right vehicle for our family, that is top customer service.

I was searching for a 2017 Ford Shelby 350GT on the web and found one that I liked in Clinton, Illinois. I live in Boise. We settled on a fair price, a price much less than what I could get in Boise. My salesperson was Stafani Hieronymus and she did everything right. She got the paperwork to me promptly. She arranged shipping. She followed up on the shipping.

She promptly responded to questions either by phone or text. These seem trivial but my experience buying cars has shown me they often are not. I highly recommend Stefani and Anderson Ford.
