Made an appointment to get by Air bag light checked. Was greeted kindly by a new receptionist who did her best to help me. She's the reason for the second star. Aside from that, I was ignored or treated rudely by the service manager who told me he didn't have time to help me today. He seemed surprised when I told him I had an appointment.

His reply " well there's nothing I can do today". I reminded him that I had made an appointment. He shrugged it off. I asked if he was really going to allow me to drive away with a non functioning air bag. Again I was ignored. Never will return

Thank you Antonio Acura service team. My son just bought an Acura ILX and some how the front lower shield plate fell down and got ruin in the parking lot. It was hanging on the floor and attach to the car. They came while my son was working and removed it and left by car and my son was able to make his 1 hour trip back home. You guys are awesome.

We just wanted to take a minute and rate our recent experience with Antonino Acura. As you can see we gave this dealership 5 stars. This was such a smooth process from the beginning to the end. Everyone was so kind and professional. More specifically we would like to give the highest praise to our salesman Jamal Blanco. We cannot say enough good things about Jamal.

Not only was he extremely genuine and super professional, but so knowledgeable with every question we had. Our son bought his first Acura and Jamal took his time explaining every detail about this SUV. Highly recommend Jamal and this dealership! Had the best experience with Stephanie in the sales department. She was very kind, not the "aggressive" car salesman people tend to think of. She even verified info when in fact another Acura dealership was lying about their ability to custom order cars. Purchasing our new vehicle through them was honestly the easiest car buying experience I've had. 10/10 wound recommend!

I can not say enough good things about the service dept. I brought my car down to have an oil change and a recall fixed. And even though I did not purchase my car there, they treated me like I had. Every time I go in there, everyone is super friendly. The sales people are super chill and you never feel hassled for just looking around. When it's time to purchase a new Acura, it will be from them. (Pics are not my car but some eye candy)

I just bought an MDX and it was the best car shopping experience I have ever experienced! Jamal was my sales person, and he was so hopeful and so friendly. He explained everything very well. Tony, the sales manager was also very helpful and very personable. The entire staff was great! A GREAT experience and I love my Acura! I highly recommend this dealership for a great experience!

Passing through CT on our way to the Cape from Va, we had a fluke car break down. Got a tow and needed up here for repairs. Even though it was close to quitting time, the service staff secured us a loaner and repaired our car for the trip back. Jordan and his team went the extra mile to ensure we could return home as soon as possible. Thank you Katt for the set up and Jordan for the follow through. Even called the next day to make sure we arrived home safely. Great place!

Hey Antonino Customer Service who replied to my review saying i wasn't a customer and then took the reply down! Here is my purchase order! Goes to show how honest y'all are! Nice job! People beware! NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE! Bought a 2006 Acura MDX from this group in 2014. They prey on people! Supposedly one owner! They sold me the car for way more than the retail value (didn't know that at the time) was having a hard time getting approved and they made it seem like I was the problem!

No banks wanted to finance it! I asked for the car to have the rear door lock fixed and some rust fixed. When I picked up the car it had no carpets rust was still there and no working rear door! Took months and a review to the BBB for them to do what they promised! Radiator went a couple months later! Finished paying off the car traded it in 5 years later and now I'm being told more than one owner and a major accident!

When do the LIES STOP! Will never do business nor recommend Antonino Auto Group to anyone! They don't deserve any stars and don't deserve to be in business! Hahahahaha now i'm being told i'm not a customer

I recently bought a Ford Fiesta SE and it has an issue that they failed to mention. I don't recommend them and they told the car is fine and clearly is not. If you want to go to a place that practices in being deceptive just to sell a car this place is for you and not for me.

Never dealt with this dealership before. Today I needed a new tire for my Acura, it could only be bought at a dealership. I did not purchase my used Acura from them but from another dealership in CT. They were able to put my tire on when i got there and they offered a free inspection I said OK. I had the car for only a month. They found it was out of alignment so I questioned the dealership and told them of my find.

How could this happen, well Antonino was correct in their find. It will be corrected by the dealership i purchased from this time but i will use Antonino in the future for my service. They also washed and vacuumed for me. It was a special Saturday car care clinic I am so glad i went and was able to meet helpful people and I must say I got excellent service.

Terrible dealership. Bought a used car here with 50,000 miles on it, the next week brought it in for mechanical issues. Dealership denied the existence of an issue, brought it to a Mercedes dealership who confirmed there in fact was an issue. Antonino is refusing to pay for the vehicle to be repaired, resulting in having to get attorneys and or the state involved.update.it's a family members vehicle, the vehicles motor has since detonated and now she is without a vehicle and is forced to rent a car while still paying a loan for a car she bought 6 months ago, we'll see what happens in court.even the manager is a fraud, as u can see with his manipulative comments below! Be warned! Stay away from Girard and Antonio dealerships! Scam artist crooks!

This service department is the opposite of reliable, honest, and respectful. The only thing to be trusted is that your car will come back to you after service per their instructions worse off then when it went in and you will have to return for them to belittle you and then remedy the problem. I cannot be an expert in every subject or trade, I work hard and honest day in and day out in my trade delivering on the service that people trust me to perform and I expect the same when I rely on someone who is an expert in their trade to do the same.

This saddens me that it would seem no Acura dealership can be trusted or relied on for the BIG things crucial to everyday life. A car is something everyone must use every day to get to and from work and everything else as well as trust it to keep them safe- under the supervision and maintenance of this dealership I have ZERO confidence or trust that these 2 very important things will happen.

If you value you your safety, your loved ones safety, your livelihood, and your car in general DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP FOR A SINGLE THING. Also, if you expect to be talked to like a human being do not go here.

Went in yesterday to look at a specific car advertised online. Worked with Jordan as the dealer and Rob in finance. Couldn't have been an easier or better experience. Not only were they straightforward but I found the dealership to not be pushy at all. I left to get my trade in car and they did not treat my leaving as the end of the Earth that some dealerships do. I came back and left with the car I wanted and no hidden fees. All and all a really great experience.

Bought a new 2017 Acura here.gave me a price quote over the phone and a price on the trade.best deal out of 6 Acura dealers i called.did try to upsell me a bit I politely declined.very easy and everyone was great.i saved over a thousand dollars.don't know how they are on used cars but i would buy a new Acura here again

I brought my vehicle in for service and while I was waiting I ended up driving off with a Acura Mdx tech which I didn't think was going to be possible my salesman was Christopher Rodriguez and at no time did he try and pressure me they worked with me to get me where I wanted to be, the rest of the staff there were very friendly the whole buying experience was excellent and the MDX is a beautiful vehicle and it pretty much sold itself

I highly recommend Jose Bocachica in Antonio Acura. He's really excellent! The best representative and car mechanic I've ever met! I also want the management hear my word and give him big compliment! I put in diesel gas in my tank by accident and I was so worried. I am such a new driver and I even turned on my car after that. I was extremely worry about my car is going to die and never be fixed.

Or I will spend a large amount of money for fix. Jose in Acura was really helpful in getting me out of the trouble. He ordered a toll truck for me and help me to fix the car. He told me not to worry and he will try his best to make it work. Eventually my car runs very well right now, and I was charged a reasonable price. i am very happy. I highly recommend Jose in this company for his excellent service and professional attitude! Great Job and big thanks to you!

Classic bait and switch and a complete waste of time. I emailed requesting info on a car and received none of the info requested. I then received a call to set up an appointment to see the car. I didn't return the call but went to the dealer within an hour of the call. Come to find out the car was not for sale but I was asked if I wanted to see other cars. Complete waste of time. Do not waste your time.

A few years back I was searching for a new car and found a Chevy that was only 2 years old with very low mileage for around 10k. The car looked amazing but seemed too good to be true. The salesperson assured us that it was a great deal and there was nothing wrong with the car. Luckily I took it to my mechanic to check it out before purchasing. Turns out the entire bottom of the car was rusted to the point that it was going to fall out.

My mechanic informed that this car was submerged in water for an extended period of time. I brought the car back and told the salesperson that I wasn't interested. When he asked why I explained what my mechanic told me. He became very defensive and claimed that he knew this wasn't true, my mechanic was lying, and his mechanic (that works for the dealership) said the car was in perfect condition.

I restated I wasn't interested and left. The salesman continued to call me for weeks after asking if I would be interested if he lowered the price. The sales person was EXTREMELY pushy and dishonest about the condition of the car. I can't speak for the new cars but overall I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP!

I went into Antonino Acura after having bbeen to a few different dealers already. When I got there Justin greeted me right away. He offered to assist me and ahow me around. This was nice as I had been treated differently everywhere else. I knew the car I wanted to try out and Justin brought me right to it. We went for a test drive the car was decent what I had expected.

We went inside and Justin gave me a nice presentation of the vehicle history and service records. As for the negotiations the price advertised was a fair price and so I asked for a little more off why not. The manager Ryan came over and explained again his pricing and said he appreciated that I did see that it was a fair deal. He offered to split the difference with me which I gound more than fair and I drove home a few hrs later in my nice new yo me car. I was treated with respect honesty and I will definitely offer my future business to them. Thank you Ryan and Justin.

Service Dept can be great or awful, seems to vary day to day. Love when I call with a simple tire question and they deflect it with "if I could diagnose cars over the phone I'd be a millionaire." Yep -- how many times a day you use that line? How about a simple, respectful answer to your customer who's been coming to you for 6+ years. Nobody expects you to diagnose a car over the phone, sir, but we all know you can answer a couple quick questions before I make an appt.

They advertised a car as having 13k miles - when I test-drove it, the odometer showed 19k. When I pointed this out, their only response was, in essence, "Oops."
