Went in here to buy a new vehicle and trade in an older car. Had a fantastic experience with Jean and Hunter. I don't know why these other reviews are so heavily harping on as the whole time I was in the building all customers were greeted at the door, provided waters and attended to. We even had an issue entering information incorrectly and they swiftly resolved it and helped us off the lot with a great deal. (They stayed late for us!)

Jean Tefouet (sales consultant), Hunter from finance, and Jeff the manager were a pleasure to work with! We came in with a budget and a trade-in and the dealership got the numbers to work so I could take home a Tesla Model 3 the same evening. We appreciate you all staying late while keeping an upbeat energy! Jean taught me how to drive the Tesla, Jeff got the numbers to work for everyone, and Hunter explained the terms, insurance, & paperwork thoroughly. Great dealership, great prices, and great people. I will never take my VW Tiguan to this dealer again. I took it in because the engine light came on. They quoted me $3,000 for the repair. We felt that was within the mileage for its age. They repaired the VW. Within a month the engine light came on again. We took the VW to a repair shop close to home. They did the diagnostic on the VW and reviewed the paperwork we had received from Napleton.

They said it should be covered under warranty by Napleton and take it back to Napleton. We took it back, they charged us another $200 for a diagnostic test and told us it wasn't covered under warranty and would be an addition $6,000. We must look like idiots. We took it back to the repair shop close to home. The repair was only. $1,300. A far cry cheaper than $6,000. We have driven the VW for two months now with no engine light problem. Please be weary of NAPLETON VW in Sanford.

Verenice was kind and welcoming. She assisted me throughout the entire process. I went in with one vehicle in mind and I left with the vehicle I wanted. 'Twas a seamless process from start to finish. Everyone I encountered was friendly. The personalized greeting video that was sent prior to my visit signifies that Napleton VW Sanford cares about customer service. Once again, Verenice was great and I thank her for assisting me!

I strongly appreciated the teamwork from all the staff to work with my deal specifics including budget and long term plans for the unit. From the sales expert, to the supervisor, to the loan officer, everyone took time to answer my questions on VWs pros and cons and honestly asked for help from other staff if I seemed to request more info. They went the extra mile in adjusting my deal and providing incentives that sealed my decision. Recommend Napleton's VW of Sanford even if you are a little far, worth the trip.

Napleton was very easy to work with and accommodating. They were very up front and I felt like they were listening to me and my requests. My sales rep was Hector, who did a great job moving us through the process at a comfortable pace. Their Sales Manager- Jonathan did what he could to get me to my comfortable number and was very thorough in his explanations on pricing.

The Finance Manager Michael did a nice job with my finance percentage rate and answered any questions I had through the signing process. I am excited to make great experiences in my Tiguan and time will tell if Napleton's Service team can be as professional and responsive as their Sales team. I definitely recommend asking for Hector and Jonathan when you visit this dealership.

My daughter took her 2016 Volkswagen Jetta there for a oil pan replacement. $1000 later, we got the vehicle back and all of sudden it had issues starting. She works in her apartment complex therefore she doesn't drive it much. She was afraid to tell me the new issues. Now, the check engine light is on and the vehicle has serious issues starting. Napleton also claimed we needed 4 new brakes and a new tire.

Their estimate was well over $2000. With the negative reputations dealerships have, i really thought they'd do a better job and providing honest assessments for hard working Americans.

Originally went to Napleton's after finding a used Atlas online. When we arrived my attention turned to the Atlas Cross Sport and the 2022 models. We worked with Mike "Big Red" and he was very personable. We test drove a 2022 SEL 4motiin R-Line Cross Sport and really like all the features it had. We originally worked numbers and were too far apart and left but Mike kept in touch and we were able to get the deal done with them.

We had a great experience, in fact on the second day we were there less than an hour to finalize everything. There are a few things to understand in today's market. The price of vehicles have increased and as a consumer we have to understand that what something cost 2 years ago is not what it will cost now. That being said, you need to understand that used car allowance/trade-in values are at all-time highs.

If you go into the deal with realistic expectations and you have a plan in place you won't be disappointed working with Napleton's. Thank you Mike for a great experience and your positive attitude to help improve the buying experience.

I just went to test drive, We got Joshua to show us around.it was a very pleasant transaction. I fell in love with the Volkswagens, i wasn't going to buy, but guess What? I end up buying one for me! THANK YOU Joshua for your knowledgeable and patience over all! I recommend Joshua Montanez, he was not Pushy at all! I have to say it was the most pleasant experience in buying a vehicle! This review isn't necessary, they already have a 2 star rating. That pretty much says it all. Reviews don't lie. The salesmen are lazy, no one answers the phones, as other reviews have already mentioned. If you're not walking in as an easy sale (thousands down, perfect credit, brand new vehicle for trade I) they don't care about you, give you zero attention. Lazy and judgmental sales guys.

I've been to many car dealerships before this one looking for a car, and some salesmen you can just tell are sleazy and only at the job to make money. I drove two hours to test drive this car and was hopeful to buy it! Collin is a salesman that works here and he was absolutely phenomenal! He was so kind and listened to every question and concern I had.

He genuinely cared that I was getting what I wanted. He also picked me up a block over when I had to return my rental car! All of the employees in all the departments I talked to here were kind and made great conversation to make my first car buying experience not so scary! They were great with making a deal with me that fit my budget and I ended up buying it the day I came in. Collin even texted me to make sure I got back home safe!

I couldn't ask for a better dealership or experience! If you think of coming here to buy a car definitely ask for Collin, he's honestly the best and it's an experience I'll never forget!

We are looking to buy a new suv and have been in contact with this dealership several times, concerning their TAOS. They REACHED OUT TO US BY TELEPHONE recently, advising us that they had 2 appropriate suvs for us to test drive. They requested that we make an APPOINTMENT for the test, which we did. We drove 60 miles to make the appointment. After test driving one, that we did not like, they told us the 2nd TAOS, our main interest, was not available. Recall: AFTER THEY INVITED US TO DRIVE IT. Disappointed, we returned home. I then checked, and low and behold, that Taos SE 4Motion was listed in their inventory. Looks like Napleton punked another SENIOR CITIZEN couple.

After being told the vehicle we inquired about was available, we offered to put a deposit on the car or buy it online and pick up in two days. Could not get a straight answer out of anyone there in spite of emailing and calling. They advertise home delivery and online purchase available, but it would seem that no one there knows how to do an online sale, or just doesn't care. This would have been an easy sale, and most dealerships would have bent over backwards. Going elsewhere.

My wife and I found ourselves in need of another vehicle immediately. She had a company vehicle and unfortunately due to COVID lost her position. We looked on AutoTrader.com and found a 2018 VW Tiguan with just under 21,000 miles priced at $14,167. I immediately contacted the dealership to ensure it was available. I received an email the following day and I contacted the dealership to set up a test drive and talk numbers.

We show up for our appointment only to be told that the vehicle just came from the auction and had not gone through their service check yet and that We were not allowed to test drive the vehicle. We were taken back and shown the vehicle. It was everything we needed for the price we were looking to spend. I asked if we could put a deposit down to ensure we got the first opportunity to purchase the vehicle after the service department went through the vehicle.

We were told that we COULD NOT put down a deposit, only that we could start the purchase transaction. After discussing this, we were given the price of the vehicle and it jumped up to just under $20,000. I know that some things cannot be negotiated out of the price, but even with all the extras that were thrown in the lowest the price would get was just under $17,000.

We ended up leaving and will be looking elsewhere for a vehicle. I understand that they are tree to make money but I strongly feel this was a bait and switch tactic to knowingly price the car at slightly above $14,000 and then get people in the showroom.

Worst dealership to deal with ever. I miss Aristrocrat. Been a customer since 2005ish, but after my experience with Napleton I will never ever go back. Their business practices are awful and I'm surprised VW of America doesnt shut them down. I literally was lied to, to my face. Do not take your vehicle here for service. Ever.

Customer service in EVERY department is trash. I regretted leasing from here the moment I drove the car off the lot. A lot of my questions weren't answered but I was so frustrated with the whole process that I just wanted it to be over.

During COVID-19, I brought my car in for service and watched a service worker enter and drive my vehicle with no mask on. Diane at the front desk said they don't require the service workers to wear a mask in the customer's vehicle but I can request a "flu shot" be done to my vehicle after the service is complete at a cost to me. Staff are rude. Wait time is always long. This is the last time I purchase a car from this dealership primarily due to their awful service department.

We were here to go car-browsing on a budget. And even though we ended up not making an offer with this dealership, the customer service here was exceptional and the staff was very nice. His name was Oscar Cabrera and he introduced us to the manager and they were very helpful in our search for the perfect new car.
