Available for both Classic Cars and Late Model Vehicles. This is our most popular level of service, which we can tailor to meet your individual needs. Cost of service includes an on-site inspection for assessment of the vehicle's condition, photo documentation, vehicle condition form (including verification of VIN and odometer reading), and a market valuation performed by one of our Certified Appraisers to determine your vehicle's current value.
If you recently purchased a classic car, restored a car you own or have invested in custom equipment, your insurance company will likely require an auto appraisal by a Certified Auto Appraiser. This will ensure that your vehicle is properly covered in the event of a Loss. We are referred and hired by some of the nation's largest insurance companies to inspect and appraise vehicles throughout the United States.
If you are purchasing a vehicle, particularly one that is considered not "standard", your bank or loan officer may require an inspection and auto appraisal of the vehicle you intend to purchase prior to approving your loan. An Auto Loan Appraisal by one of our Certified Auto Appraisers will serve as written documentation of the vehicle's trim level, features, and any obvious major issues discovered during the inspection process.
If you are involved in a Bankruptcy or Divorce, the courts may require a valuation of your assets. Attorneys are not auto experts; they often rely on online price guides to establish value, which may not take into account differences in condition, equipment levels, or possible needed repairs. Jason and Jennifer deserve 10 stars, but Google only offers 5. I highly recommend them for your auto inspection! Jason inspected a classic Mustang before I purchased sight unseen. The videos, pictures, and notes detailed every little thing for me so there were no surprises when the car finally delivered. Jennifer was so professional to work with, and Jason was accommodating with his schedule for travel to perform the inspection. Glad I found Auto Appraise and will continue to share my great experience to all of my Mustang friends!

I quite literally did not know where to begin once I found my dream car. I called around and was recommended to Auto Appraise by Hagerty's Insurance. I am beyond thankful for this recommendation. My insurance offered me a low-ball payout on a total loss. I reached out to Auto Appraise and spoke with Jennifer. She was excellent to work with. She took the time to explain everything clearly, was very responsive, and kept the process moving forward (far better than our insurance adjuster). Our car had a rebuilt title, which complicated the appraisal. Jennifer was clear about expectations and didn't over-promise.
In the end, our insurance settled for a 30% higher payout, which was more than I expected and I'm very satisfied. I highly recommend Auto Appraise if you're contesting your insurance appraisal and will use them again in the future.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY'RE A SCAM! I contacted them after my car was stolen last year to dispute the total loss amount given by my insurance company. The woman on the phone sold me on a total bait and switch. Promised me that they fight the insurance companies every day and will nickel and dime the insurance companies to make sure they can get every extra dollar for your cars value.
I even gave her the details of my car and she said they would have no problem getting my cars value higher than insurance company's quote. Sure enough after I paid them they went radio silent for 3 weeks. I finally heard back from them with an email stating we should take the settlement offer from insurance company and that they couldn't get my value up at all. I hired a separate appraiser after this joke of a company's response and he ended up getting me 7k more than the insurance quote. This company is a scam, stay away!

Excellent, professional and prompt service! Jason is incredibly thorough. He illuminated both positive and negative features of a vintage car I'm considering purchasing with videos, hundreds of pictures and many notes to insure I had every detail. His team also provided comps and an appraisal estimate so a competent offer could be made for the vehicle. I highly recommend this team to provide accurate and courteous service, and I'll continue to use them anytime I need a professional auto appraisal.

After applying for a 30 year old car loan through my credit union, they require the vehicle to be appraised. Never have done this before, I was lost. I googled vehicle appraisers in my area and this company came up. Jason answered the phone and was beyond helpful, and even himself reached out to the seller to ask questions and such, before even hiring him to do the job of apprasing the car.
He gave me more than I had even asked as insight to the car. What really won me over is a few days later, after not hearing from me, reached out to me to see how the status of buying the car was coming along. I recently had my first "real" auto accident. In my whole life, never so much as a fender bender. Then, BAMB! My nice 3 year old Honda was gone, Totaled. It was the other guys fault so his insurance company agreed to settle my claim. Turns out they were trying to take advantage of me by not paying what it would cost to replace my car with one of equal value.
I did some research and came up with names of five appraisal companies. Talked to several of them, , but when I spoke with Jason at Auto Appraise, things just sort of clicked. Jason and his team were on it in no time. Communications were easy, fast, and I always knew what was going on. In short, I am an extremely satisfied customer. Give Jason a call.

I worked with Auto Appraise Inc for a 1967 Chevelle in Lake Charles, LA. They were amazing to work with. They always returned my call right away and knew I was trying to get things done in a quick turn around for the bank. They went out of their way to ensure I had what I needed for the bank on time. I even got the appraisal sent to my email at 10 pm at night.
Just goes to show how late they are willing to work to help their customers out. The original car we wanted did not work out however we are continuing the classic car search and will continue to use Auto Appraise for any future appraisal's.

My auto insurance (Liberty Mutual) tried to low-ball me on a totaled auto claim. I researched and found Auto Appraise, Inc. First spoke with Melanie and she was great with explaining to me what my options were. It did take a little longer than I expected but that was probably due to end of December Holiday season. Jennifer was excellent with expediting my appraisal (due to rental car circumstance) for my 2013 Scion FRS and Joe for representing me against LM's appraiser. Jennifer was very helpful throughout the process and Joe finally completed the settlement for $3400 above my original offer from Insurance adjusters over at Liberty Mutual.

Jason was great, my insurance offered me $34,500 for my 2015 435xi that was a total loss, and was able to do a quick few comparables, and was able to help me get $38,750 from insurance for my totaled car. Jason was very responsive and helpful. My insurance considered his appraisal credible enough that I was able to use the information Jason provided me to get my insurance to go up to a reasonable valuation without having to challenge their final offer. Without Jason, i would have taken $4k below the actual value of my car. Would definitely recommend him to anyone else having a similar issue. Appreciate all the work Jason!

I used this company for a review for a car I was buying. I had to have it to get a loan on a classic car. It cost 400.00 and on the review it does not mention anything about the power seats. The power seat on the drivers side does not work at all. When I ask the auto appraise about how they missed this they told me the appraiser did not sit in the car.
I cannot believe he started it up, turned on the air, checked the lights, and examined the interior and did not sit in it. beware if you use this company. I now have to pay 1000.00 to get the seat fixed. connie

You know when you are searching blindly for a company with a Google search such as "Best Classic Car Appraiser" and you contact several, call several and feel like you are going to end up paying through the nose or have no idea what quality service you will be getting. But then you find that one company who just shines from the second they pick up the phone you know you are in good hands and you can relax! this was that company!
They went the extra mile from the moment I contacted them I knew I had chosen the right company. Jason, the owner really took care of me from start to finish and then provided an extra service to top it all off just to make sure I was getting the car as represented to me. I basically relied on this company to purchase a very expensive classic car from a seller located 2,000 plus miles away without ever seeing it myself in person.
They made me feel so comfortable with the transaction I didn't feel the need to jump on a plane and inspect the car myself. They were so thorough! The report was by far the most comprehensive and most professional auto appraisal I have received thus far. You cannot go wrong, sorry for the long review but trust these people.
