I don't usually write a review but Nikola and Dragan are amazing and genuinely I want to give them respect and aloha! I was in a hurry to sell my BMW since I moved off the island, so I visited couple dealerships and they gave me the best offer. I was browsing their cars and noticed they keep them beautiful and clean unlike the other dealers. Speaking of my car, I was misled by BMW dealership financial person, and having some troubles with cancellation for insurance. But Nikola is very knowledgeable and support me even after the deal! What a heartwarming guy. You are my hero.

I normally wait until some time has passed to truly form an objective opinion on a product or service provider. It has been a few years since I've purchased my Benz from Auto Connection. I am very happy with the vehicle. Dragan and his crew were professional and courteous during the whole negotiation/purchase process. They were patient to answer my questions and address my concerns. It was smooth from start to finish. I won't hesitate to buy from them again if the right car comes up. Thumbs up to Auto Connection.

My husband and I purchased my Lexus LS 600h L from auto connection. Dragan and his team is very pleasant and the process was fairly quick. I applied for a car loan on Sunday and was approved on Sunday. We picked up the car on Monday. However, my front shocks needed to be changed and there were imperfections in the letter. Dragan immediately took my car to get fixed and we're waiting on fixing the leather seats in my car. My overall experience was great and I would purchase another car from them in the near future.

Buyers beware. They are not upfront about the condition of the vehicle. Pictures are stagged. Always thoroughly inspect physically before you buy anything. I brought vehicle online gave them asking price and got a vehicle in a very bad shape cost be addtional 2k to fix the car. I would not advise buying online without inspection. Communication lacks and are slow in responding and not the best online dealer. I should have read reviews before buying. BEWARE!
