100/10 highly recommend it was my first time purchasing a vehicle and it couldn't have gone any smoother. The salesman that worked with me (Leo) was EXTREMELY helpful and kind he helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Overall I had an amazing experience and would highly recommend speaking to Leo directly as your sales rep!

I was in CA traveling back to IN when my engine light came on. I got on their website after hours and someone called me back in just a few minutes. They told me to be at the service entrance when it opened the next morning. They quickly solved the issue, it was just an adjustment. They were fantastic. I would definitely buy from them if I lived in that area! Thank you so much!

Bakersfield Chrysler Jeep is amazing to work with! I have bought several vehicles from them - JR and his team do an amazing job of making sure I get the best value for my purchase. The service department is timely while my car is in, staying in communication with me so I can plan appropriately.

I visited the express lane for an oil change. The waiting area was pleasant and stocked with bottled water and coffee. What really stood out was the fact that I was not solicited to buy extra stuff for my car like air filters, etc. I dislike being pressured into buying other services, so it was nice not to be approached in that way. The checkout was easy and fast. I will go here again, and recommend it to others!

Bakersfield Chrysler Jeep FIAT is amazing! These are crazy times and I was in search of a new car. I was contacted quickly a member of the sales team and provide all the details and options of Grand Cherokees that were available with the features that I wanted. I live 2 hours away and the whole process of buying a new car was so easy and stress free.

I order a Jeep Rubicon for my daughter as a gift. All the team there JR, Rami and Leo were amazing. They allow me to provide my daughter with the most amazing experience. I highly recommend you go purchase, lease or sale a car to them. They provide us with a great price. But the most important fact the best customer service I have ever being provided in purchases automobile.

Shawn was amazing! We met when I was just looking. He said send him what I have and what I want and he would keep in touch. When I finally sent him that info he was in tough within hours! I was at the dealership with my dream vehicle and driving it home that day! Joe in finance was easy to work with and friendly too! I kept waiting the the add on chat that never came! The deal offered was the deal I left with no haggling or add on this that and another!

My experience at Jeep was amazing! Seriously one of the best car purchasing experiences I've had. I normally Don't like the process because it's stressful, sometimes you can feel pressured, they aren't willing to work with you, and some sales reps are just rude but not at Jeep. Sales rep James was so really good and totally recommend to go see him.

He is personable, actually listens to what you want, doesn't BS, honest, and really tries to work with your budget. I really thought i wasnt going to get the Jeep i wanted But he made it happen! And i love My Jeep. Thank you James for being an awesome sales men.

This review is strictly for the service department. It is the worst! Their communication is horrible. My vehicle was there for over a month. I had to consistently keep calling them to get updates when my car wasn't ready by the date they'd give me. The service advisor was not able to call and let me know they would be needing more time. Which honestly wasn't a problem with me, I just wanted it fixed, but getting updates would have been nice so I could plan life accordingly!

I would call, and no one was ever available. I had to show up in person to speak to the service manager, Omar to try and get any details and estimated (new) time of completion since I had not been able to reach my service advisor for a few weeks. When I did, it just so happened that my car was ready! (What a coincidence) I opened a case with Jeep customer care, and even they had trouble contacting the service advisor through out the whole thing.

He told me to no longer take my car to this service department due to their horrible service. However, it just so happens that this is the only one in town! I avoid getting service as long as I can because of this! How bad does your service department have to be for a Jeep customer care agent to tell me not to take it there?

James took care of us and worked around our schedule, basically the deal and everything was done over the phone. His professionalism and work ethics were 10/10 If I had to go over the process again it definitely would be with him, usually making car deals are long and stressful but he made it as smooth and easy as possible, never have I had that happen with my previous cars at other dealerships.
