Sean was very helpful when I called in for information. Very nice and no pressure sales. We ended up buying our first travel trailer and couldn't be happier!

Great place! You can tell they all own RVs and love what they do. We were in the store and they spent a lot of time with us and test-fitted all the parts and explained how they worked on the RV before we even bought.

Exceptional salespeople and service! We traveled from New England to purchase a motorhome from Barrington Motor Sale RV. Being skeptical was an understatement. We had been searching for a particular model for about 8 months and have traveled to other dealerships only to find out we were duped! Barrington Motor Sales treated us like family and we don't say that lightly - they picked us up at the airport, made sure we understood the RV completely.

They were even responsive after the sale. A few surprises surfaced they quickly addressed and corrected the issues. I cannot be happier with Barrington Motor Sales they are truly a 5 Star dealer!

We bought a new 32 ft Sport trek travel trailer from Rich and we couldn't have been treated better. Rich took time and really walked Donna and I through what to expect from camping as well as the features of the trailer. We have enjoyed it so much we went from 2 weeks to over 2months of traveling. We called Rich several times while on the road as we needed help with a couple things.

Each time, Rich called back quickly and handled all problems with us. Everyone has been great; they are a pleasure to work with and their customer service is one of the best I have ever experienced.

Almost 5 years ago we were pre looking for an upgrade to a rear diesel pusher looking ahead to retirement. We went to BMS to look at the new Sportscoach. Sitting next to it was what we thought a new Winnebago. We told the salesperson what we wanted and he pointed to what I thought was a new Winnebago. It was what we wanted but not being ready, we were ready to walk. Sean, one of the owners came in and talked to us. Gave us a price.

We were sitting in the coach discussing for quite a while. He came in twice, giving us a better offer ( which was better than anything my wife could find on internet. ) we bought it. They serviced it for a fair price and took care of our warranty work. Sean was alway available to chat. Fast forward to last week. We had a life change and wanted to sell our rv and later downsize. ( things not being available or cheap) they offered to buy it at a fair price and stuck to it.

But when we came in we told Sean to keep an eye out for particular rvs we may be interested in. He happened to have a class C ( sunseeker) just come in and suggested that we could save a ton on trading in. He gave us a great deal and is taking care of a few odds and ends before we pick it up. We are thrilled with them and know they will have our backs with our new rv.

Just bought my first motorhome from Sean. I've known the family at least 30 years but still this is my first venture into RVs. I must say they were very patient with my wife and myself explaining everything we needed know with our purchase. I feel I got a great deal. They are available to help with any question I might have and Sean is good about returning phone calls. A great family business.

Have purchased two motorhomes from Barrington and will never go anywhere else. Dealing with Sean and the rest of his people leaves you feeling you could not have been treated nicer ot more fairly. The service department is great.

I purchased a new motorhome from Barrington Motor Sales last fall. A family run business that treats you like family! The sales process was excellent-no pushy sales people here! They gave me a good price and went through all the systems upon delivery so we didn't have to learn "on the fly". There were a couple of issues that needed fixing and their service department was just as welcoming and pleasant as the sales department was!

Thanks to Sean (owner with brother Bryan, second generation), Hank, our down to earth excellent salesman and Vince and Monica in service-you're pro's! I highly recommend Barrington Motor Sales-they are and continue to be my first choice for buying/servicing our RV's!

We have just passed the one year mark on our purchase of a 2020 Winnebago Navion that we are extremely happy with. What a great unit! The price, purchase process and transaction were great, however that's where it ends. Sean, one of the owners, had touted how buying from a local dealer would provide the benefit of great service with priority. That failed to materialize as for our original warranty items we had to wait almost 8 weeks.

Then they only addressed 6 of 14 items and claim 2 issues could not be duplicated. I was invited to reschedule a return in 12 weeks to resolve the final issues. I eventually took it for service to the Winnebago factory where all issues were addressed. So if you are going to buy from them, get a great price as their follow up after the sale is lacking.

Don't expect any special or priority treatment once the check clears. Just as an aside there are worst dealers out there in an industry that seems to based upon just getting a one time transaction. Its an industry with some major flaws and quality issues. I would give the product 4.5 Stars, the Sales process 3.5 Stars and the after sales service and warranty 0.5 Star. Would I buy here again? Maybe, but doubtful.

Very rude employees is service. Like extremely rude. They will ignore you and there is lots of miscommunication. Sales men though were extremely nice and caring about there costumers. Waited for hours when issue could have been resolved much quicker.

We purchased our first motorhome from Barrington this spring and have to write to say how grateful and pleased we have been with the customer service and quality we've received from the date we ordered our Dynamax Isata, to repair work that needed to be done due to a mishap we experienced. Sean, Matt, Bryan, Monica and Vince have been so wonderful to work with and have been extremely responsive to our needs.

When we first got our unit we had minor warranty work which was handled routinely, but they especially came through for us when we had our incident involving a run in with semi tire retread on the interstate. Both Bryan (coowner) and Matt (sales) took our calls on a Sunday evening, first expressing concern for our safety, then helping us address the insurance and repair situation.

Once home, Monica and Vince, in service/repairs, took over to ensure the replacement parts and repairs were done during difficult covid19 lag times. Within a week, we were able to take our long-planned trip out west on schedule as planned. This dealership doesn't just sell RVs well, they service and store them with exceptional quality too. We feel blessed to live within 30 minutes of Barrington RV, but wouldn't think twice about buying from them again or recommending them to anyone no matter where they live.

In a day and age when everyone wants to RV because of the pandemic, dealerships can sell quickly and forget the customer once they walk out the door. This would never happen with the brothers who own Barrington RV and the quality staff they've hired. They are grateful for their customers and we are grateful for them. Sean and Bryan took over the dealership from their father, and it continues to be run like a family business. Their dad would be so proud!

We were on the road far from home and needed a vent cover bracket, which no one sells separately. Phil in the service department found some extras they had around and let me have them for a very reasonable price. Great customer service!

Purchased an Rv from Barrington in 2016. Called several times over the last 3 years with some issues. The last was recent while in an RV park in Vegas. Overloaded the electrical system. Each time the service dept. or a staff member took the time and concern to resolve my issues. It provides a great peace of mind that Barrington RV is always willing to assist me. Matt, Brian and Sean all great to deal with. Very professional no pressure. We have been in there a few times looking at RVs and always given courteous service. So, we finally decided to purchase an RV and this is the place we came back to. We have been to many other dealerships in the last year and they gave us the best deal. I've read all the wonderful reviews that have been posted for this company & I am confused. We had a terrible experience with them. Our salesmen Rich was very incompetent. He and one of the owners lied about some of the features that were suppose to be on our RV and the service department ran us through the ringer every time we had to go in for repairs on our new RV.

Many of the things they fixed we had to do again ourselves & some things took over a year to finally get fixed plus some issues have still not been resolved. We had to take it to them because they are the only dealer around us that could do the warranty work.

What a pleasure working with everyone at BMS. Sean Bransky owner was super during the sales and delivery process. Rich Gould is over the top. He is knowledgable about the RV and patience with my wife and I and our lack of knowledge. He took 5 hours explaining everything and how it works during the delivery. Can't say enough good about our experience at BMS.

Having a mobile pet van, whenever anything goes wrong, it is an emergency as i'm not able to work. Every time I call these people they always manage to fit me in no matter how busy they are. They always do their best and are very knowledgeable. If your pert van needs servicing or if you own an RV that needs servicing, give these people a call!

Bought my first travel trailer from them the other day. Not only did I get an excellent price, the customer service was impeccable. I got a two hour tutorial on the in's and outs of my new trailer, the sales man also offered me his cell phone number for any issues that may occur on the road, 24/7. They sell mostly high end class A motor homes and although I bought at the lower end of the price spectrum, the treated me as if I just dropped a half a million. I would recommend them to anyone who was in the market!

[NOTE: I did not purchase or bring in an RV for repair. I do not currently own an RV. This review is only based on one look-around visit with one of the owners.] My husband and I have a dream of building a tiny house on a trailer or purchasing an RV and traveling in it. Since 2013 is the year we plan to focus on this dream, we decided to check out one of the nearby RV dealerships to learn a little bit more about RVs and see what was available.

We met with one of the owners (one of the brothers) and explained up front that we were just looking and not planning to purchase anything in the super near future. Despite knowing that, he was still willing to give us his time -- walking us around the site, talking with us about what an RV would need for year-round living (especially in the winter), encouraging us to shop around (yes -- even at competitors), and answering any questions we had.

On top of that, he told us about an RV show in Rosemont in the next few months and proceeded to give us two passes to the show -- fresh out of the box (which he opened in front of us as it had just arrived in the mail)! We left feeling a little more confident about our search. I'm not sure if we will be coming back here to purchase an RV because the prices are higher than we wanted to pay for one and we are looking for a fifth wheel -- this location has mostly travel trailers and Class A and Class C vehicles -- but I am glad we had a good learning experience there.

Great service, but the service waiting area needs improvements. I purchased an Rv from them and they nice and treated us well, if I had questions after they were helpfull, have gone back to get service done after that and the service has been great.
