Hello Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, and the rest of the Lehigh Valley. Well, the Chaos of the Cash for Clunkers program is over and we had 87 folks participate in the program. The lot is beautiful empty but we currently have more coming so don't worry. In the meantime Subaru of America has set monthly sales records in June, July, and August this year. We are proud and lucky to be a Subaru dealer.

Beware of Ciocca's Main (not Express) Service Dept. I took my SUV in for the 30 month/30,000 mile scheduled maintenance required by the Subaru Owners Manual. Since there was only 5,000 miles on the vehicle this makes no sense, but it is still "required." The Service Advisor presented me with a computer generated list of work and had me sign it.

He did not disclose that work was added above and beyond what the Subaru Owner's Manual requires. For them to sneak in an unnecessary Brake System Flush, a Front Differential oil change, and Rear Differential oil change is obviously unacceptable. It added $426 to my bill and probably added 30 to 45 minutes to my wait time. This is not the great customer service they "promise." Bottom line: Check what your Subaru Owner's Manual actually requires for scheduled maintenance - and then carefully review their list of work BEFORE you sign it.

Mike: I've met other people who feel the same way I do and the reviews on Yelp back up their experience and mine. There are also too many canned responses from the dealership so it looks like an autobot (may not be). If you were helping people, you wouldn't have a need to keep repeating the same offer to help - be proactive. I trust where I've been going now which is why I drive the much-further distance.

You can't undo a bought car or the process. I tried getting at least some of the issues corrected with Ciocca and it didn't help then why would it help now. Someone recommended Steve Moyer and Faulkner and their BBB rating is a B- and a B+ and an A+ (Faulkner Subaru Harrisburg). Don't know why this data doesn't seem important to Ciocca because it's important to enough of us.

The best thing you could do to help your business (if even needed) is to get your BBB D- rating changed. That would show people the dealership is somewhat trustworthy. But in this crazy world, I wish you luck.

My son test drove a new Outback and after speaking to me he called Friday afternoon to put a deposit to hold the car until he could get there on Monday. He is a paramedic and was starting a 36 hour shift. The sales manager Corey Janda said they would not take a deposit because this was a high demand car and my son had a trade in that they might not offer him trade in value for which might mean he wont want to buy the car. SO I guess that means they might have a difficult time selling this high demand car. Hmmm makes sense. to no one.

This is one place I wouldn't send my worst enemy to. And if this is how they treat their customers when supply is low they definitely won't be getting my business when dealerships are struggling to make a sale again. Customer service is everything. It should be every dealerships top priority. Especially over how fast can we sell this car.

This dealer should be arrested for the "bait and switch" con. Their website has a link to get a trade in value. This is a fair value that gets you into the dealer. When they give you your trade in value it is no where near the fair value. They try to con you into thinking it is a good deal.

I recently purchased a brand new car. I was considering a purchasing a new vehicle from somewhere else just to try something new. But because of the respect and being treated like apart of the family, Julian Sanchez has called several times to just check up on me the purchase of my new impreza and because of him I will have no problem considering my next purchase when it comes time.

Had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from Ciocca Subaru. Worked with Nicole Barron (Internet Sales Manager) and she was great and Anthony Acevedo (Subaru Specialist) made the final transaction go smooth. Highly recommend doing your business with these two!

Shady sales practices - we walked out. Much better sales experience at Faulkner Subaru. I will never go to Ciocca Subaru again.

The purchase of my 2022 Subaru Ascent was absolutely flawless with the help of my amazing salesman Jake! From the moment I walked onto the lot until the time I hugged him and drove off in my beautiful SUV, he made it one of the easiest transactions in my life. His knowledge and communication was nothing short of perfect! Everyone else I met at the dealership were also great to work with and extremely helpful. Thank you to everyone at Ciocca Subaru for making me a first time Subaru owner!

I just recently purchased a 2021 crosstrek limited from here a little over a week ago. Julian, who was my sales Rep was awesome. He went over all the features and even took the time moving over some old accessories from my old crosstrek and installed them on my new one before I drove off the lot. Ciocca Subaru has incredible staff and who really go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience from the moment you walk in the door. If you are looking at getting a car from here please ask for Julian once you get there. Everyone was great!

I originally bought my Ford from Ciocca Ford. This started the relationship I had with Ciocca. When I purchased a Subaru from another dealership that was far away, I decided to continue using Ciocca for service. It just made sense. And it's a new car, so I'm trying to take care of it as best as I can. Ciocca Subaru has done OK for service. It's not difficult to get an appointment either.

The problem I've had is with issues not being addressed, particularly my brakes. I've asked time and time again. Each time it's dismissed as something that it isn't. I remember one time the Express Service dismissed it as "Well it did just rain so. That's probably why they're squeaky." This time will be the last time I visit. I asked for it to be addressed again, fully willing to pay any service, while my car was in for inspection and some other services.

It got looked at. I was advised that the rotor seems to be warped and have a couple hot spots on it. They said they cleaned the area of excess dust, but recommend I wait until my brakes are down to 3mm to initiate any further service. Now my brakes squeal more than ever before. I'll just go somewhere else. Maybe they'll actually do my brake pads and rotors.

And maybe they won't leave their greasy paw prints under the hood, on the paint, and neglect to wipe it off. 3/5: they do complete the service, they are able to get you a loaner, and they're generally friendly. But no thanks anymore. Update: Ciocca offered to rectify the problem by covering the cost of the brake job. I looked forward to scheduling this, but I'd just moved. Since the move, I got my car serviced by another dealer today. Guess what? Ciocca installed my directional tires backwards. We're going down to 1/5 now.

I have been a long time customer of Ciocca Subaru and have always found the service to be excellent. I had an accident which totaled my 2015 Crosstrek. Mark was great in helping me to get a car, especially in these supply chain problem times. He was great in communicating with me despite things being out of his control. Everyone at the dealership was very kind and helpful. I will always use Ciocca for my automotive needs.

I ordered a Subaru Forester with Mark P. He made the buying experience really easy. Called me every week with updates on my order with great communication. Way better than my previous two experiences with car orders at Chevy and Ford. Jason in finance was very low key and not your normally expected dealership high pressure F&I manager. I would completely recommend their dealership to others and will tell others to go to their Subaru dealership even if it's a little bit of a drive because it will be worth it.

Everyone at Ciocca Subaru has been excellent, professional, informative and very kind. They made my first experience buying a vehicle a very positive and memorable experience. Jason Dutsch went truly above and beyond. Never leaving the Subaru Family!

I recently purchased my second Subaru from Ciocca. As one who has purchased quite a few new cars over years, dealing with Ciocca has been a very good experience. They have been very professional in their dealings with me and their service has been outstanding. Kyle Egge has been simply outstanding. Anthony Acevedo did an excellent job in finalizing the sale. I strongly recommend this dealership. Professional, Courteous, and Fair.

I was upside down in my Jeep and had many other variables working against me when I went into Ciocca to trade it in on 12/15. John and Dan were incredibly professional and had me in and out with an approval in about 4 hours. I will recommend this dealership to everyone for their car buying experience and I will not be going anywhere else.

Well there is good reason to give Ciocca Subaru a very low rating- Their Service Dept are on full scam mode. Brought my Outback in for a checkup and was told I needed $3700 worth of repairs. My extended warranty was over by a month. Prior to the end of Warranty they never found much need for repair. The Service Dept works on commission (as does all dealerships).

I took you car to my local garage and had all issues inspected and 90% was not needed! It cost me $410 and car is perfect. one last thing- all Subaru cars burn oil. Love the outback but burning a QTR of oil every 3000 miles and was told that was normal- horrible! Avoid at all costs!

I traded in my 2018 Forester for a 2021 Ascent. Great experience, but bring your patience. No deal can be worked out in a couple of minutes. I have another great Ciocca Subaru!

I would never do business with ciocca Subaru again. I bought my first car from them in March of 2021, I am a 23 year old female and I feel like they took advantage of that. They sold me a 2018 Subaru impreza under the impression that this car was basically brand new it never had any issues and the previous owner took very good care of it. It is one of their "certified" pre owned cars which obviously means nothing because the car squeals every time I brake.

I have taken the car back to them over three times with no success in solving the issue only for them to tell me there's nothing that can be done for it. Then found out this is an issue particular with that car but was never disclosed that information when purchasing as if they thought driving around with a new car squeaking all the time is something normal. I am extremely disappointed that this is my first car buying experience I wish I would've went somewhere else.

To say I was shocked would be an understatement. My 80 year-old mother, who has done business with Ciocca for quite a few years - traded in a leased car in September 2020. I came into the picture in the last month, helping my parents to relocate closer to me. During the process of planning to sell their used car from Ciocca - I found some startling issues.

Some of the blame has to be put on my mother, for being naive and trusting - since she has previously bought at Ciocca. They sold her a 2014 Subaru Forester - only in fair condition - for $9334 (way over KBB and Edmunds - good for Ciocca Subaru, nice profit margin). My mother wanted a maintenance agreement. Well, the Ciocca Finance guy did a great job - and sold her 6 contracts, totaling $7840.

Talk about raking someone over the coals - definitely a lack of conscience in the Ciocca Subaru Finance dept. The good news, is that I found the problem, and am cancelling all of the contacts today. I hope the Finance Rep has to payback some of the commission they were paid on these rip-off transaction. Approach with caution! Buyer be VERY aware!

My story begins on May, 16, 2021 with the EXCELLENT service I received from the Ciocca Service Department. Mike Saraceni and the Ciocca mechanics were able to detect and correct an obscure problem with the EyeSight system in my 2018 Legacy. This obscure issue went undetected for months by my prior Subaru dealership. Mike's Team also alerted me to additional preventive maintenance that should have been performed but was overlooked by my prior Subaru dealership.

To alleviate any concerns, Mike sent me videos of my car being serviced as verification that the work was being performed. My prior dealership is now my former dealership. While Service repaired my Legacy, I was provided a loaner Outback free of charge. I fell in love with the car. When service on my Legacy was completed, I returned the Outback and told Mike I would definitely be back to purchase an Outback with Ciocca.

On June 5, 2021, I contacted Ciocca and spoke with Samantha Fedele, Internet Sales Specialist/Leasing Concierge. I told her I was interested in trading in my Legacy for an Outback and provided her with my must-haves regarding options/features. Samantha went right to work. That same day, I received an email from her with two vehicles that met my requirements, and also included the financing options.

On June 7, 2021, I made an appointment to look at the vehicles, and purchased one of them on the very same day. There were absolutely NO surprises. The finance options were as indicated in her email, and I selected the best option for my budget. Dan Berry, Finance Manager, streamlined the whole process and made it effortless. and painless. I was impressed how quickly the entire process took. Jeff Staver, Sales Specialist, took the time to go over each and every safety feature with me; including the navigation system.

He instructed me which applications to download from the Google Play Store which allowed me to program my car remotely from my cell phone. How cool is that! Jeff did NOT hurry through the process; he stated it takes as much time as it takes. He wanted me to feel confident with the cars safety features before I drove off the lot. I have been purchasing cars for over 40 years and have never received this level of care. EXTRAORDINARY sums up my total experience at Ciocca Subaru. If asked to rate this dealership on a scale of 1-10, I would give them an 11.

Usually prospect of buying a new car is often associated with dread of haggling and trying to avoid being up-sold, and overall just stressful experience. This was not the case with Subaru in Allentown at all! So stress-free, we were pleasant!ly surprised. We contacted the internet department for a specific Outback we were looking at, and Jennifer right away gave us the best price out of anywhere we looked (within 1-2 hour driving radius).

We set-up an appointment to come in the very next day. She also clarified that they would be able to handle NJ tax and registration for us. When we came in, Jake from the internet department took over finalizing the sale. When on-site, we realized the exterior/interior color combination was not as we expected. And were allowed to switch for another vehicle in a color scheme we liked better in person, while still honoring the price we agreed upon.

This was fantastic. No other extra fees that were not disclosed before (such as no silly destination charge etc). Just tax, registration, and doc fee, all as agreed upon prior. Jake was very patient, showed us all the car functionalities. Even set up follow up Zoom call in a few weeks to go over any buttons/functionality questions we might have arise. Overall, amazing customer service. Happy new owners of a Subaru. :-)

Thought we had our minds set between a Mazda CX-5 or Hyundai Sante Fe but we stopped in to Ciocca Subaru with some interest. Same day decided to put a hold on the perfect incoming 2021 Outback in the perfect color! Our only issue was with the Sales Rep we ended up with and his inability to keep his mask on properly. Food open and left out on his desk during the constantly busy and large number of people coming and going, so this equally reflects he doesn't take the pandemic seriously enough.

On a sad note, they were still better about masks than a number of other dealerships we visited. I am concerned about all the negative reviews on their servicing. Their used car sales reviews are equally poor but we bought new, so atleast 1 of 2 concerns is moot. Now to decide if servicing is worth the risk.

Another $$ hungry dealership. Basically next to no help. Was told I would be transferred to a Forman/manager and was transferred to a tech that said checking valve stems while putting $1200 set of tires on wasn't standard practice.

My first Ciocca experience was about 2 years ago. Went in for an oil change on my WRX (I had the maintenance package for free oil changes) they wanted to charge me around $75 because they wouldn't honor the maintenance plan that I got through SUBARU. Called Ertle up and they took care of me right away no problem free of charge. Second experience, I wanted to negotiate a sale price in order to purchase or lease a new car from them.

In short I was quoted at $350/M on a 10K/year lease for 3 years. meanwhile their website has it for $327/M on a 12K/year lease for 3 years. On top of that, I asked if they would honor the Subaru loyalty rebate. I was told no, if you didn't buy the car from Ciocca we do not honor the Subaru loyalty program. I do not like giving bad reviews and I understand their job is to make the company money.

In this case it is obvious this dealership is there more for the Ciocca name rather than Subaru and/or any of the other brands they sell along with giving their customers a fair deal.

Ciocca Subaru when it first opened in Allentown, handled my free recall. When I was waiting for my car, I was told to go to the shop to see the car on the lift. Showing me underneath the car there was some oil, I was told the head gasket at 55,000 miles needed to be replaced. The cost was $3000 for the repair. I took my car to my mechanic to be sure the work was required.

I checked with my mechanic, and the head gasket, although a design flaw in a 2000 model legacy, was fine at 55,000 miles and didn't need replacement until close to 100K miles at a cost of $1,700 by my mechanic. Ciocca in February ( slow time in the shop) tried to cheat me with an unnecessary repair ( I ammiddle aged woman. ) I wrote a letter to the manager complaining about my treatment.

He answered me, without an apology or justification for the dealerships actions. I will NEVER do business there and have told other people I know they tried to cheat me. I bought my 2018 Subaru Legacy from the Bethlehem Subaru dealership and was totally satisfied.

Ok this is going to be a long one! I'll start off saying that $30 was stolen from my center console when I took it for my last service (it was sort of hidden, so I know someone was going through the glove box and center console). That and the following is a reason I will NEVER take my Subaru for service here again: It began about a month ago, I took my Subaru in for Inspection and oil change and to get the driver side seat fix as it was splitting.

I got a call from Harley (service) and she said I needed rear brake pads. I said fine. Everything else was fix including the driver seat which was replaced under Warranty. When I picked up the car - driving home the rear brakes started to squeak after I apply the brake. When I got home I looked at the driver seat and the back wasn't attached correctly the leather was loose and you could see all the wires in the back of the seat.

I contact her and arranged to take it back up - This was the 2nd time I had to take off of work to get the car there. Before I could take the car back up the Service Manager let's just call her Kathleen emailed me and said Harley was promoted so there was a new person - fine. I still confirmed the new appoint to get the brakes fixed and seat. Kathleen wanted me to do a ride with the tech so they could hear the noise from the brake - he did and said he knew what it was.

Now this is the 3rd time. now I'm working with Devon. He messaged me the car was all done and fixed. I pick it up and the first thing I notice; the seat is STILL not fixed - I go in and ask Devon to come out and look - he "tries" to fix it while I'm standing there. He couldn't - he said I would need to bring it back AGAIN to have a senior tech fix it.

I was furious - I said FINE but I will need a loaner - I would have needed to take another 1/2 day off of work to do this since I start work at 7am. I told Devon that this would be another time off of work and he snaps back "well I work also" - WOW dude really!?! So I walk out and get in my car to go home. Driving home, guess what? THE BRAKES ARE STILL SQUEAKING.

I call - and apparently Devon and the service manager Kathleen left for the day. I emailed them that night - and demanded another appointment to get both issues fixed. Later on that night on my way to get food, that is when I noticed the money was missing. It was there when I dropped it off for that last service - but now it was gone. I decided right there and then - I wouldn't be going back for any other service, I would just take my loss and just go to another Subaru dealer for service.

I was waiting for their reply to my email so I could tell them to cancel the appointment. but here is the kicker - Devon and Kathleen NEVER responded back to my email. NEVER EVER AGAIN will I buy another Subaru there.
