Had my q60 serviced here for a belt squeal issue and they took care of it very fast and it was even covered under warranty. I had a small problem when picking the vehicle back up, the service advisor Chris took care of me even after all of the technicians left for the day so I didn't have to leave my car for another day. I was very pleased by how Chris went out of his way to figure out the issue and solve it even after everyone had left for the day.

Terrible. We purchased a tire warranty through Infiniti when we purchased our vehicle with them. The last time we went to Bennett Infiniti the service guy tried to charge us for a new tire. We told him we have extra coverage and it should not cost us anything. He was extremely rude about it telling us we were wrong and we owe them money. I called around to prove that I was right and we have the extra coverage and should not owe anything which we didn't owe anything because of the extra coverage.
I will never again go to Bennett Infiniti for anything. I definitely recommend willow Grove Infiniti instead. They took the time to prove that we have the extra coverage and should not owe anything. That's why we paid for extra coverage

I had a great experience @ Bennett Infiniti. i knew what I wanted, the price on my CPO Q60S was negotiated beforehand and respected, no pressure in the finance office, and throughout it all was Xavier who just couldn't do enough for me. They even delivered the car to my home in NJ which is about 2 hours away from the dealership! Great service, great experience.
