I typically don't ever leave reviews, However after my experience with BMW of Eugene I needed too. I recently moved to the area and had a few questions regarding my BMW that was purchased in another state. I was dreading going to a new dealership thinking I would just be pressured into a new car that I didn't want. Jim Tully was extremely professional and kind. Jim answered all of my questions quickly easily and without giving me a run around. I look forward to purchasing my next new BMW from Jim Tully! Thank you for being so fabulous!

We called in early morning to see if they still had a challenger in there lot. A good man name sam answered. Honestly, he was such a good help. Answered all of questions, made sure we were taken care of at all times. We went in with what we wanted our monthly payments to be and Sam and his team was able to deliver! I would recommend anyone wanting to buy a car here, i would say to go to Sam.

I had an amazing experience yet again purchasing my second BMW from BMW of Eugene. Ezra was the BEST salesmen I could've asked for. I also had the please of doing a test drive with Brandon who also is pretty awesome and he answered all my questions regarding the vehicle I purchased. The whole staff was quite amazing. I have never felt more taken care of going into this establishment. They will always have my business. Thank you BMW of Eugene for yet an another amazing, fun, and super fast vehicle She is a beauty.

We came in the other day just to take a look at what they had and ended up with the car of our dream. Brandon Winn was supper professional and very helpful at getting us a car in our price range and something affordable. He made sure to advocate what we wanted and what was affordable for us. And never tried to push stuff on us that we didn't want! Very satisfied with our visit and will definitely come back in the near future

I had such a pleasant buying experience. Gunner helped me with finding the right car, and helped me get the price I needed it for. Jim secured the loan with the bank, for a great price, and Theresa finished all the paperwork and got me a great warranty. Everyone was so nice, and worked really hard to get me the perfect price, and a great deal on my car. I just love my new car!

I have been more than happy dealing with BMW of Eugene for several years now. They are very friendly and professional and have been going out of their way to make their customers happy. There was no loaner available at the time, so it was a nice surprise to get a ride home with a very friendly young woman who was very happy to work for BMW. I would recommend this facility to everyone

Avoid at all costs if you are looking to buy a used car. Bought a used car from them, used doesn't mean cheap. Within a week of having it I was told by a mechanic that the vehicle was NOT safe to drive. I contacted BMW to get it in to be looked at and was told that the service department would call me, they never called me. I called multiple times.

I checked our warranty, and it is only for DENTS, even though I remember asking the finance lady if it covered more than cosmetics, and of course, she said, "Oh yes! The only thing it doesn't cover are wheels and tires." I find it incredibly disgusting to have a new family walk in your place of business, with a two week old baby, have them finance an SUV that is unsafe, have them sign up for a bogus warranty, and then NEVER return their calls when they call within 7 days of purchasing a vehicle from you. Horrible experience. I guess since we weren't purchasing some $60,000 BMW, that we just weren't important enough to them.

Drove 5 hours from Seattle to check out one of their M340iX. There was a bit of miscommunication about the car I wanted to check out and it being sold, which caused some bumps and minor inconveniences. However Will and Jim (and Jacob as well) were very professional and respectful. They both respected my time and business, and accommodated me for my inconveniences, so I bought the other car on the lot. Overall, even though I drove 5 hours, it was a much better deal than I would have gotten in Seattle. Thanks BMW Eugene!

I still can't believe she's mine. Never have I ever been so impressed with an entire staff's customer service. From reception, to sales, to financing, to management, every single person I dealt with was so competent, friendly, and fun :-) Ryan helped me with the sale of my car. He was absolutely the reason I pulled the trigger. He went above and beyond in showing me this car, even going the extra mile of pulling it out of the show room so I could test drive.

He's extremely knowledgeable, patient, and down to earth- Think the opposite of a pushy car salesman. He was so relatable, I was talking to him like I would my friends! Next up we have James the genius. This guy impressed the crud out of me. Never have I ever had a salesman tell me the features of a vehicle (or anything for that matter) with such passion and excitement!

His knowledge blew us away and his absolute love for these vehicles shown through through every one of his explanations. This kid has bought and sold over 100 cars personally by age 23! He is only going up from here :-) Who on earth could make financing fun? Anne at BMW! We were cracking up within two minutes of sitting down and were almost too busy having fun to actually sign anything!

She's a lovely, sweet, force to be reckoned with and knew the ins and outs of the back-end perfectly. (Ann, I haven't forgotten about your green house!) Last, but surely not least, is Jim the manager. Jim was with me from the first phone call I made to BMW to handing me the keys to my new X4. He loves his job and he loves life and it just radiates out of him every time he talks.

I would put a lot more compliments in here about him, but I am certain he's heard them all before and I don't want his head to get too big;) He was born to make people happy, both customers and his staff :-) If I could give them all six stars, I would- No need to look at any other luxury car dealerships - this is the one you want to go to.

They swindled me into a 12000$ loan for a car that isn't even safe to drive. I bought the car halloween night and was told it needed some repairs but that I would probably have it back in a week. Fast forward to a month later and the car was finally ready. I went through 3 of their loaners in that time frame but that's another story about how awful these people are.

So anyways, I get the car home and realize that the center console won't light up at all, I can't see what gear I'm shifting into when it's dark out. I called to complain about it and was told I would have to fix this serious safety issue myself. With this, there's an awful smell every time I turn the car on and the power locks don't work at all. I have to manually lock every one of them. These people will sell you anything so just beware if you want to buy a used car from them.

Hands down the best service I have had at a dealership. One of the Client Advisors, Will, was such a great help through the buying process. He was upfront in what was going on and very negotiable through the process and made it super fun as well. Very friendly overall and very relatable which made it super easy to talk with him and understand what I needed.

The whole team there was great! Matt, Jim, and Jake are some of the best in the business and deserve a ton of credit for the operation that is happening there. 10/10 Will recommend to others and definitely will go out of my way to do service at this dealership just so I can catch up with the guys.

I had the best experience ever. Jennifer Pasquini was top notch and went above and beyond taking care of me. I purchased several states away and Jennifer helped me get the best price and helped get it delivered to me. Richard in management is awesome too! If you want a BMW, it is worth it to do business here!

My husband and I purchased a vehicle from this dealership today, we are content with the car but the customer service was ridiculous. We made an appointment a day in advanced only to come in and were prepared to purchase and the car wasn't even serviced (oil change basically) We live almost 2 hours away, and Emily told us we could come back the next day.

We took off work and planned our whole day around other appointments to go and purchase the car. after multiple texts to Emily and no response we finally reach her and she states there is 'no way' the car can be ready by a certain time. then she states she still needs to run a credit check. I dont know why she didnt do this first thing In the morning, and we have purchased cars before and gotten oil changes. they take 15 minutes.

She had is waiting hours, we missed appointments and had to pay for childcare, not to mention the day before the general sale manager was refusing to give us any kind of good deal, and we were lied too and told the car just arrived a few days before when in fact it had been there for 2 weeks. We felt disrespected and they clearly only want your money and don't care to accommodate you. Emily was lazy, took hours to get back to us, and it was all such a hassle when my husband finally got there he asked for them to comp the oil change package because of everything they put us through, Emily LAUGHED at my husband and Richard told him "no I'm not doing that, if you dont want the car then so be it" these people wont accommodate or go above and beyond for their customers, I definitely wont be recommending or return to this location. We didn't even want to buy the car, but in the end we did because of everything we went through to get there.

My first experience was last week at BMW Eugene. They were friendly, courteous and very prompt with service. They even offered me a loaner car for the afternoon to run errands. I just miss the Car Wash an vacuum, but do understand with the COVID-19 issue, they have suspended it to keep people out of the vehicle for now. I totally appreciate kind, courteous and respectful service.it's not always happening these days. Thank you for the great job!

First time shopper at bmw of Eugene and had a different expectation of hospitality. My Fiance and I have been shopping for a new/used Crosstrek and saw they had one on the lot. We coordinated a test drive and initially the visit was smooth. Christian took our driver's license while we were doing a once over the on the car. We took it out on the test drive and while on the test drive we had it inspected and quoted for repair and detail.

The car was in poor condition. Absolutely no indication from photos yet on line. The bumper needed to be replaced/repainted (500$). Tires were 3/32nd (1k) all terrain tires. Car didn't have back seat belts as previous owner dog chewed through them. There were severe scratch marks throughout the cars interior from the dogs as well as terrible dog odor.

Detail to get this car in decent condition will be 1k range as we got a quote from a reputable detail shop in town. Car seats had rips, holes in the driver side door from something that was previously mounted. Car needed major TLC, which were not afraid of, but as buyers we need to be aware of expenses that this car will need. Before we even get to talking numbers or negotiation we were told the car was on "covid pricing and the price was reflective.

I asked for a kbb to back that statement up. Christian proceeded to gather a kbb quote for a Crosstrek in "very good" condition with options that the car we were looking at didn't have. After pointing that out and stating we're not paying that cost for a car that's not in the condition of the quote you're giving, we were answered with "well, you could look somewhere else." So that's exactly what we're doing.

We walked away at that moment. Overall, impressively poor experience from bmw of Eugene. And forgot to mention, we are prequalified, ready to buy shoppers. Christian didn't even talk numbers before recommending us to shop elsewhere.

This is will be my first experience at this dealership, , I've owned Bmw for over 10 years and by far I've been having the best and amazing service treatment by Tony in the service department and that definitely make this dealership number one in my list! highly recommend it. Beside the service they seem like they have an amazing team and big selective of cars!

I saw a beautiful red Tesla that I was interested in but knew I probably couldn't afford. I thought I'd look at it anyway since I had time to kill. It was an older car (2012) with 70,000 miles on it and asking 36000. I had no idea Tesla's were so nice and really wanted to buy this car so I took it home to show my husband. Since there is no warranty on this car, I wanted to make sure everything worked and of course was assured by everyone that the car was in perfect working order. Turns out the sun roof was broken (which they knew) and I would have paid 36k for a car with a broken sun roof.

Even though this wasn't a big deal, I didn't trust anything they had to say at that point. And. they kept making it personal saying stupid stuff like "I thought you liked us" How very unprofessional. Nothing to do with like. I was there to do business. I felt like I was in a low end hustler kind of dealership rather than a high end BMW dealership. I've bought 3 cars from 3 different dealers and have never met such a dislikable and untrustworthy team as at this BMW dealership. I'm so thankful that I dodged what I'm certain would have been an expensive mistake

Have to give it up to these guys. I'm in Los Angeles, and I'm having the car shipped from Eugene to LA. I worked with Samuel Hill, who gave me a great deal right off the bat and was super friendly and responsive the entire time. There were some issues because of the out of state contract, but Sam and Richard Schutt, the manager, quickly corrected it and worked quickly to get the deal moving.

Purchased a pre owed Toyota. No transparency and integrity by the sales man and finance guy. My fault for pursuing the purchase even though they refused to tell me/show me on their records of their service department: 1. What they fixed 2. What they did in terms of maintenance and 3. What they recommend. I ended up with and over $600 bill from my mechanic.

Not even fixing the 3 open recalls and using zip ties to hold up the plate beneath the car. There are so many dealerships that provide the print out of their service records, offer to take the vehicle to your own mechanic. Such a sad, sad set of values.lesson learned and never again:

I had the best experience at this dealership with Christian and Ed! I used to work at a dealership and know how aggressive car guys can be. These two were completely different! They were easy to work with, no pressure. I gave them a call beforehand and let them know my situation I needed to negotiate the price because I had a restrictive budget AND I can't just drive out to any dealerships because the mileage on my lease was close to going over. They were very understanding and hooked me up. I love my new-to-me Lexus CT200H! Thank you guys!

Worst customer service ever. If I could give it a minus 10 stars, I would. Don't buy your car here. No one cares! Lack of everything. No follow through. I've never experienced such bad service. You'd think they'd put some effort for a car that cost more than a 100k but no. Not an ounce. Never again. Lexus treated me 10000% better than this. Lesson learned.

The pressure tactics, games, and outright lies that have given the car business in general a bad name are nowhere to be found at BMW of Eugene. I was able to complete a major transaction 99% online, with full transparency, with the help of Internet Sales Manager Christian, General Sales Manager Richard, and General Manager Adam. I literally spent less than 5 minutes signing documents and the vehicle was mine. It was surreal. I cannot recommend them enough - I'm trying to get my best friend a car from them next! They listen, they care, and they are there to help.

So I want to share an update since the new management has come in. I've noticed a big difference in a desire to do right by customers. Things still aren't perfect, there have been some times where things slipped through the cracks or didn't go smoothly, but every time I've talked to someone about it, they have done what they could to make things right, and I appreciate the change it attitude across the board.

I just moved from Santa Cruz, CA and my service light came on. When I was waiting in the showroom, I looked up 'Yelp' to see what I was in for. The reviews were NOT positive and I frantically tried to find another dealer, but couldn't drive that far or wait that long with my service light on. My service writer and service were flawless!

She listened to my concerns (I didn't mention Yelp) and she and the resulting work were thorough and addressed all issues as well as a much needed detail- inside and out. I thought I'd need an exorcist to get all of the bugs off (600 mile drive from Santa Cruz). I'm REALLY glad I stayed @ Eugene BMW, of the 3 service departments I've experienced since buying- they are the best! I highly recommend Eugene BMW's service department!

Horrible experience here. The blonde bitchy face at the service desk was absolutely rude, arrogance and unhelpful at all. Last week, we gave them our car to take a look because the light for service engine was on. It took them 2 days to find out what problem is it and 2 more days to diagnose. She called and said they need to replace some parts, I trust them and let them do all.

The cost was $1300! Just 7 days after we have our car back, that stupid light was on again but this time, our car was worse than before and it came with shaking experience. We returned to complain about this problem. Her response was absolutely ridiculous, "Last time was a different problem, we fix it and the light was off. But this time is a different problem, how am I supposed to know when your light is on again."
