Went to bob allen at 7am to get an urgent service on my brand new bronco. The front end shakes intensely at speed. I'm out of town and wanted to get it looked at, the service advisors comments were. "We can't put you in front of anyone else without an appointment, I suggest you drive slower" thanks bud!

I didn't buy my Ford here, but I sure do wish I did. I have stopped in a few times and every time the service here has exceeded my expectations. They are always friendly and helpful. Every time. It is quite a refreshing change from other dealerships. If I buy another Ford, it will be from this location.

Meant to review this dealership a longtime ago as I was traveling through the Midwest. I had an issue with my front end and I took it to them. I explained my situation that I lived on the eastcoast and was passing through on my way home. They took me in right away, found the problem, (both front axles needed replacing) and fixed it to get me back on the road.

I truly am grateful for the service representative and the technicians that got me back on the road. If in or around Kansas City, take your Ford to these folks. Recommended. :-)

Mike in service is absolutely awesome! Super helpful, great communication, worked with me to get a better deal on my Ford Fusion repair and quickly even with how busy they were. Rob Sight Ford is less than 5 miles away from me but I will definitely be driving the extra 25 miles just to return my business back to Bob Allen Ford instead. Thank you Mike!

I just bought a 2018 Mustang from CarMax and decided to go to Bob Allen for service. My service advisor, Jeremy Ervin, was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. Excellent customer service. I had an oil change done today and am going back Saturday for tires, on which I am getting a great deal.

I bought a $98,000 Corvette from them with 5900 miles and they didn't even change the oil on the car when I called them to ask they said they thought the previous owner changed it. That just tells me their so called "inspection" process isn't that great! reply: The car had 5900+ miles on it when I got it. I don't work in the car business and that wouldn't matter either way.

I purchased an expensive car that you admit you didn't inspect or change the oil. Chevrolet does pay for the first oil change but all you had to was make a phone call to find out that it was already done at 3300 miles and 1 year ago. So why would I trust the people to change the oil in my car who didn't do the job right the first time?

Their people must be overworked and stressed all the time. May 18th, 2022. About 3:30 pm. Called parts department for price and check availability of struts for my rear hatch glass for my Ford Escape Person named Jim seemed upset I did not have VIN number to look up the strut part number an put me on hold for a while. I was on hold a long time and found the VIN in my filing cabinet from a receipt from getting the oil changed there.

He never asked for it so it must be a fairly common part that just required him punching in the year and make of my car. Said he would have to order it gave me a price of 4 times what aftermarket struts are selling for and I would have to buy them separately instead of a pair as most aftermarket sellers were advertising. I guess this stuff is not his fault but the last couple of visits to this dealership have resulted in people not being very friendly. Myself and 2 of my family members have purchased new cars there but I doubt I will use them again. Will drive to Olathe and try them.

I cannot say how grateful my husband and I were for finding Bob Allen Ford. We were on a cross-country road trip with our new Mustang Mach-E, and it came to our attention that our original dealer forgot to tell us about a very important update that would extend its range and charging speed. We called Bob Allen Ford *on the trip* and they got us in the next morning, updated our car's software, and didn't charge us a dime.

Everyone at the dealership was incredibly friendly, especially given the urgency of our situation. Cannot recommend them enough, they saved us and did so with a smile on their face. Love them, would go for all my service needs if I lived in the area!

I did not purchase a service here but Travis with the mobile unit was the best! He helped me in the rain to air up my tire and used a plug for my tire to get me home. He was very nice and was happy to help. Please note the service center closes at 6 on the dot and they will not help you if the service can not be completed before then, the guy in the shop was very clear about that. that is a reason I did not buy my new tire with them.

I don't normally write bad reviews, but this dealer was nothing but unkind and lied to my face. I took my car in to get a diagnostic check, later I found out I was going to need a $500+ part replaced (not a huge deal). Well I decided against the repair because I found the parts for cheaper and knew I had the expertise to do it myself. I came to pick up my car to only find it absolutely trashed on the inside.

It was also parked super close to other vehicles making it hard to tow. Once we got home, we opened up the engine to find the part they wanted to replace broken more than initially told on the phone. The mechanic who worked on the vehicle used caulk to cover up what was wrong. I find that to be very unprofessional and a lack of honesty from the service teams part.

If you're a woman, get ready to get taken advantage of because before I left I had a man tell me that my brakes were completely out and that they almost crashed my car (even though the car was drivable not 3 days before this incident). Overall I'm glad that I chose against getting my car fixed at this dealer and will return my business to someone else closer to home.

Although I didn't purchase here, I e moved all my service work here. I've been happy for the most part and they always get the job done at a fair price and pretty quick. I love the fact that they have shuttle service both for drop off and return when your vehicle is done. I recently purchased tires and found their prices competitive with tire shops. I just wish that service advisors were a bit friendlier.

I purchased a 2021 Bronco Sport back in spring and waited until my first service to leave a review - I'm still really pleased with my choice to purchase from Bob Allen Ford. Jerome was helpful during the purchasing process and continues to be so - just today he called me with a part I asked for yesterday! As for my experience with a trade-in, their initial offer was low, but they were fair during negotiations. The guys at the service desk were friendly enough. I dealt mostly with Mike and they got my care taken care of quickly. Overall my experience has been great!

I've never had a good experience at this service center. The service advisors seem to be trained not to cover in detail the parts and service they offer. This creates an experience where the consumer is left guessing and hoping the service center is acting correctly. As the knowledge experts in this situation it is the service center's responsibility to ensure the client has a complete understanding of the work and cost associated; they do not meet that expectation.

The service center is impossible to reach by phone, they do not pick up and eventually the call disconnects. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and new tires at 7am when the service center opened. I was contacted that my vehicle was ready less than 15 minutes before the service center closed for the day which did not provide me enough time to get to the service center that day and left me without my vehicle.

When I started my vehicle to leave the service center I was greeted by a message that my oil needed to be changed, this was after having my oil changed. When I voiced my complaints to the service advisor the response was "well what do you want me to do about it?" This is an extremely poor level of customer service. I am very disgruntled by my experience with this service center I will not be taking my vehicle back. I do not recommend anyone take their vehicle to Bob Allen Ford.

Went to Bob Allen to find my son a car and the car they had seemed a little high priced so we showed them a compatible car at a different dealer Max and the manager tried to list theres as clean and the other as good to offset the price, then said they would come down and it was the price they had listed on the internet. Max and his manager were both rude and would not even come close to working with my son. Not like we were asking for 5k off the price just come down close to the other car. If you have the chance go somewhere else!

Chico in the collision center is awesome. Stopped in there because my engine cover was hanging down and he saw that they got it right up on a "lift" and fixed it! There were 7 bolts/screws missing on the cover which obviously was caused by the "quick lube" place I had gone to recently for an oil change. I will be using Bob Allen Ford for all my Ford needs. Including oil changes! Thanks so much Chico!

Not happy so far with the service. I'll update my review if anything different happens, but I will just say this. I called and told the service guy exactly what was wrong with my truck and that it was a recall item on Raptors that is a very common problem and an easy fix, every forum and article I read states it takes a few hours max. He said great, my next availability is Wednesday, bring the truck in and we'll get it done.

I asked, "what's the turnaround time on this?", and he said we'll call you by end of day. Okay great, I'll take my $70k truck in, they'll set me up with a loaner car, and I'll be done. I get to the dealership, ask him if they can do the 10k mile service while they do it, and can he make sure they put the oil that I bought and left on my floorboard in the truck when they change the oil. "Is there an oil filter too?" He asked.

I told him no just use your guys' and I'll pay for it. I then ask to get set up with the loaner so I can go to work. Turns out I get taxied to work and dropped off because they wouldn't give me a loaner. Kind of annoying that I drop a $70k vehicle off and I can't get a vehicle to use while Fords bad engineering is being fixed on my truck.

Drop the truck off at 7am sharp, don't hear a single thing all day about when I can come get it so I call at 5:45, 15 minutes before they close, and ask what the status is and if it's done. His response. "oh yeah, it's cam phasers. You can come pick it up". I ask, "so did you fix it?". He said no, we diagnosed it as cam phasers. I literally told him exactly what the issue was on the phone before i scheduled the appointment.

When I get there I find out they didn't do the service on the truck either, so basically my oil was still sitting on the floorboard untouched. Why did he ask if I had an oil filter then? When I asked why he didn't call me all day, and what was done on the truck all day. He responded and said "we diagnosed it". Nice. Long story short, I'm leaving this review 3 weeks later because I have called numerous times and never get a call back from the guy that I was working with.

Simply trying to see when the trucks going to get done! This being said, now I'm not sure if I trust taking my truck back there to get worked on after leaving this review! Just wanted to put the facts out there though since it appears other people have had some of the same problems!

After being thoroughly disgusted with Shawnee Mission Ford (and yes, with multiple visits), decided to give Bob Allen Ford a try beginning in 2015. Have had my 2012 Fusion serviced there since then and with 107,000 miles, it runs like new. Just had an oil change (the works) performed yesterday and am still impressed with their customer service. The customer lounge area is kept very clean and offers fresh ground coffee. Josh and Ryan are very good at their job and provide exceptional customer service. Received a complimentary car wash, so now i won't have to power-wash in the driveway in 90 degree weather. :-) Have never experienced sales/repairs pressure outside the normal maintenance schedule. Recommend this business.

I got an oil change here. A few weeks later my car smelled like it was burning and fluid stains were all over my driveway. I rushed it to the nearest car dealer ship. After a $125.00 diagnostic fee they informed me that the oil filter was put on incorrectly by and therefore fell off. I contacted Bob Allen Ford service regarding my fee and issue, and have never received a response. I personally dropped off the paperwork from the other Ford dealership. I was told I would get a call. Never heard a word. Please do not go here.

My sister lives in Kansas City and asked for me to help her buy a new car. I contacted several dealerships to help us and I have to say Bob Allen Ford was by far the best of any of the other Ford dealerships in the Kansas City area. Dustee was our sales person and did a fantastic job with her communication and follow up. She was out of the office for a couple of days and Kellie stepped in to help. WOW.both were wonderful to deal with and should be commended for a job well done! Dustee and Kellie were totally responsible for our purchase! I know where I'll be going if I'm in the market for a new Ford, Bob Allen Ford! Thanks again, Dustee and Kellie, job well done!

If you need a part for your Ford please give this company a call. Jeff and Jim at Bob Allen Ford saved our 1998 Ford F150 from being salvaged (according to our Allstate Ins) because they carried a part that was needed after an accident that no dealer local to us had (CA.). Many many calls were made to Ford dealers for this particular part but to no avail.

My motherly instincts (better than the FBI themselves) would not let this go. I knew that somewhere out there that there had to be this part. We (let's be honest, when I say we I mean my husband) have taken excellent care of this truck and just could not let the ole girl be salvaged. When I spoke to Jim about the possibility of the part and he said Yes, they had the part new and in a box I thought the heavens had opened up.

It was a timely transaction purchase and sent to where our truck was going to be fixed and Allstate was none to happy that we would not settle on salvaging the truck. I believe that Allstate used all the tactics of well you could really use this money right. yes, you still can have your truck so it's a win win, right. No! It was not right! So if you have a need for a part you might go the short route and call Bob Allen Ford because they were professional and kind and willing to mail the part to CA so our truck could be made whole. Very glad to have met Jeff and Jim even though it was over the phone. Really nice people to deal with.

My wife just got a oil change there. VERY disappointed they sold her things she did not need yet - wiper blades and cabin filter. I recently had this replaced on her car. Please don't over-sell customers who may not be familiar with what is truly needed.

Now the cassette is damaged along with the pistons. Thanks Bob Allen for the giant paper weight. I still owe $4k on it and that is what it's going to cost to fix it. This place is full of scam artists who will do anything to sell you a car even if it blows up on you after only driving it for 40k miles.

I have always bought my cars out of town despite driving by Bob Allen Ford frequently. Well, shame on me! This has been the best car buying experience for me. Mike M and Kevin listened to my life story and found the best solutions for me. Not once did I not feel valued by this dealership and they appreciated my loyalty to Ford. Larry, Guy, Kaytie, Ray and Jason all treated me with respect and kindness even the next day and at Quicktrip after my purchase.

I can't imagine the relationship I may have missed out on all these years, however now is the time to start one with Bob Allen Ford. Mike Madrid is a patient and caring salesman. He scoured the inventory looking for several cars and found the one waiting for me. He also understood the emotions of letting my old car go and helped me lug the stuff out of the old car which was a feat in itself. He even helped me with the car accessories the next day on his own accord. If you are in the vehicle market. Go see Mike Madrid!

This is the most disorganized car dealership I've ever visited! New mixed with used. Ford mixed with every other brand on the planet. Sales guy couldn't "for sure" point us in the direction of the model we were looking for.needless to say, they couldn't even find a dedicated sales person to help us. The one person that spoke to us was kind and friendly but other than that.totally unimpressed with this dealership!

This place is tremendous to say the least. I am not going to go into to details but Bob Allen got us into a car that no one else could. James(sales guy) and Greg(finance guy) were the best on the planet on understanding what we needed and how to get us into a vehicle. None the less we were not hoping for much when we got there. But, when we drove off the lot in a brand new 2017 Ford Fusion SE with Ecoboost that had every conceivable technology option on it and with a low interest rate we never dreamed of and a awesome payment.

My wife and I were at best completely stunned! OH! wait. Then there was the warranty we got. Are you "kidding me" they actually do that? That was amazing as well. Thank you Bob Allen Ford for the best car buying experience ever! PS: For those who do know me, they know for me buying a car is one of the worst things on the planet I could do. But they changed my mind that's for sure!

I waited several days to make sure I wasn't just posting angry. But, I still can't justify more than one star. I was so excited to find my ideal car. I arranged financing and an appointment. I get there, and literally no one is there to greet people. After hunting down someone in sales and telling him I had a 4:00 appointment with a sales representative (who I don't hold responsible so I am not naming them), he assured me he would tell the rep and directed me to a seat. Forty. Five. Minutes. That's how long I sat there, attempting to make eye contact with any rep, with the few who came near me actively looking away.

I get that you're not wanting to snake commissions, but this was ridiculous. I watched as many, many people in Bob Allen shirts stood behind their glass walls and chatted, ignoring all of their few customers. I finally just got up and left. Clearly, as someone who waited 45 minutes, I'm a pretty patient person who understands salesfolks get caught up.but, for literally every salesperson to ignore me? Insane.

To make it worse, I got a "sorry we missed you" email WHILE I was in the lobby.unfortunately, I wasn't staring at my phone while I was waiting. Then, they texted and I had to re-explain what I had already explained via email. They offered me $500 off for my trouble. But, it was an issue of customer service principle, not an issue of my time. I offered better customer service while off the clock at some of my workplaces. Then, I went elsewhere to get a car.

They tell me my rate is high because my credit score is fair. WHAT?! It had been awesome the previous week! They show me the form.and it had dropped significantly because of my applying for credit at Bob Allen and not buying a car because I was literally never served. I offered them the opportunity to make things right before I wrote this review. I don't think they even really understood why this is a problem, and even asked me how I would regain their business.after I said they messed up my actual life. I work really hard to have good credit, and this place screwed me. Do not go here.

My car had a minor recall on a communications component - after getting a letter and call about it, the dealer scheduled and appointment/reservation with me. My schedule is mostly flexible when I not traveling so the operator suggested an appointment almost a week out from the time the part arrived, this worked for me so we schedule a 1pm appointment the week after Christmas.

After taking off work and showing up 30 minutes earlier, I was greeted at the dealership with reservations I. The service department are just suggestions and they wouldn't be able to work on my car that day because it was first come - first serve. So I still haven't gotten to talk to anyone further at the dealership - despite trying to reach my sales person and a manager.

I got a text and replied but there was no further communication. I am very frustrated that I wasted a day of PTO at work and drove to the dealership to keep an appointment they suggested only to be turned away. I will likely be taking my business elsewhere upon the termination of my lease. I realize mistakes happen - but I followed the procedure laid out for me to the letter.
