I bought a new truck on 05/24/2022. I paid cash. No financing was involved. The sales guy told me that he needed my social on a credit app because the government wants to know every time someone pays cash for a car. I can understand that. Everything else on the credit app was marked out. I give them a check and took the truck home that day. On 05/25/2022 the dealership did a hard pull on my credit.

I called the manager I think his name was Jeff. He stated there policy is to do a soft pull to verify who I am. That's a lie because they did a hard pull. Jeff came across as trying to threaten me saying they could reverse the deal and I would have to have the truck back by the time they closed in 2 hours. I had it back to them in 45 min. I loved the truck. 2022 High Country 2500.

Who wouldn't? The point is don't lie to people. I told the sales guy if they had to pull my credit for a cash deal I would go somewhere else. This dealer is not upfront and from my experience with them was all lies just to make a sale. All they had to do was say my bad we will remove it because we should have told you that and 2 guys told me it was a company policy soft pull. Soft pulls don't really matter. To late now. I have bought 9 trucks in the past year. All cash and never had a issue with any other dealership. Good luck everyone!

If you want your car done right the first or second time.don't bring it to Bradshaw Collision Center in Greer. They had the car for over 50 days to reset a check engine light, paint the tailgate and replace the rear bumper. Went to pick the car up the first time and there was so much junk in the paint. After a few days they finished it again. During that time I had Enterprise harassing us for the rental because Bradshaw put in that my car was finished.

Just realized that the black on the bumper and the original black don't even match. Went to bring it back and they don't even have a vehicle to fit our family for a loaner or rental.

My service engine came on over the weekend and On-star stated to service immediately. I took my car to the dealership early. They took the car in to be diagnosed and found the issue. They even researched and found a limited extended warranty that covered the issue. Blessings from above and to them. I am thankful and grateful. They were nice, polite and professional. Kudos to Zack and Easton.

I drop my truck off to see why it was making a strange noise. When the service tech call me back to explain what was wrong, He wasn't on the same page as the mechanic. He gave me a quote to fix the problem. Then called me back with a different issue. So I came up to the dealership to see what was going on. So after talking to him in the mechanic. Found out what needed to be fixed and what he was telling me was two different parts. +2 different quotes and prices.

It seems like to me over the phone he was trying to get me to agree on the higher price issues. Because it needed to be fixed, not realizing that the other issue had to be done as well to have my car back and running. Plus I didn't like the fact that too check out every little detail they wanted to charge you $120 inspection fee. If I have my vehicle at your shop and I'm spending thousands of dollars to get it repaired.

You shouldn't nickel and dime me on the small things. It's not like I'm bringing my car in to get service for a few hundred bucks or something. Plus I had a $ 960 Charge on my bill that wasn't supposed to be there. I had to call back to get reimbursed for it. Overall it was just a bad experience and I will not be back anytime soon.

I had amazing service for my regular oil change/ tire rotation by Service Rep. - Brandon. Brandon was very friendly, knowledgeable and got my vehicle in and out quickly. Very happy with my experience at Bradshaw. Thanks and keep up the great customer service! PS: So glad to see you have coffee back and available for customers if they wait on their vehicles! :-

Bradshaw Automotive provides superior customer service, with a professional process for service. It is reassuring to the customer to walk into the clean and orderly service area. Our Buick, which we had purchased from Bradshaw a few years ago, needed several repairs. Howard Bush, our customer service representative was courteous, professional and detailed in the documentation and cost of repairs. Mr. Bush kept us updated regularly on the progress of the repairs and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Having been in the Human Resources business for many years, we particularly appreciated Mr. Bush's customer service skills.

When we picked up the car, the office personnel were efficient and courteous. The service person who brought the car up for us was also very polite. Congratulations to Bradshaw for maintaining an excellent level of quality service and customer care during the staffing challenges posed for every business during the pandemic. By the way, the car is running beautifully!

Effortless buying experience and totally painless! We started the purchase process of our 2022 Traverse High Country while it was still in transit. Our salesman Don Abney kept us informed the entire way. We also purchased out of state from Virginia due to current inventory shortages and had no issues. All of our paperwork for SC and VA was prepped and ready to go.

Vehicle was detailed with a full tank when we arrived. Finance department was superb as well. We've purchased four Chevrolet vehicles in the last six years and this by far was the easiest and best experience we've had. Hats off to Bradshaw and their entire staff. Everyone was genuinely friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you!

Every time I get my car serviced, I am always greeted by an employee who is happy to help. All of my questions get answered if I have any and the work is completed in a very timely manner. The actual waiting area is impeccably clean. There is plenty of seating to be socially distant. They do provide beverages if you are thirsty and before the pandemic, snacks were available. They truly take care of their customers and I know that I'm valued.

I made a "one year" service appointment for my 2021 Corvette seven weeks in advance in order to ensure the necessary parts were ordered. I checked to verify the appointment three weeks prior and there was no record of the appointment. At that point I attempted to contact a service writer with no luck. Several massages went unanswered. I finally was able to talk to Brian in parts who verified that the parts were in stock and verified that a new appointment was on the books.

It seems to me he is the only person in the dealership who gives a darn. Never had contact with any service writer, even after numerous attempts and messages. I am not impressed with your service department. It has gone downhill over the last 2 years.

In Reference to servicing the vehicle everything was great. I was given Howard Bush who was amazing by the way and I don't normally say that. I purchased my car in Greer, SC, but I live in Columbia, SC I explained to him about my check engine light being on considering the fact that I only had the car for 2 months and the check engine light was already in kind of upset me but Howard talked me through everything and just gave me some insight and understanding about things.

He helped me get my rental car that thank God was covered in my Warranty I purchased. The process was smooth quick. Well Howard called me while I was at work and told me my car was fixed and ready to be picked up, I was a little taken back as I had to work that weekend and was unsure how I was going to do this. I called Howard and explained he stated that he would drive my car to his home which was much closer for me to get to and we exchanged the rental for my car.

The service definitely A1 keep in mind I've only had to deal with them once but the service department as a whole was generally sweet and really looked out for me. So glad I for the warranty though 0.00$ for the fix. Thank Howard Bush you really are truly appreciated.
