I had an absolutely wonderful experience here. I saw Brandy Webb looking for a new vehicle to lease. She was incredibly personable, attentive and worked with me to find something that fit my family's need and budget. I've never had a better experience visiting a dealership (this was my first time at this particular Ford location). Usually I have someone punch in numbers tell me a price and seem to only care about the sale. Brandy was different and I appreciate that. Jade, the sales manager, was super kind.

It seemed to be a very friendly atmosphere. They even offered my 4 year old son popcorn or a popsicle and gave him a toy car! Made a long process, for a 4 year old, a whole lot more enjoyable. I never felt pressured, rather that they cared, which I have found rare in sales. Definitely recommend this place and ask for Brandy!

I have a right to work on my own truck! While warrant is approved I want to do the work myself. Work is 100% covered if they do the work, but was charged FULL RETAIL price for parts - Over $1,200. Service manager refused any discount because she couldn't get the labor hours. I HAVE THE RIGHT TO WORK ON MY OWN TRUCK AND YOU CAN NOT DENY WARRANTY COVERAGE.

I was referred to Brighton Ford by someone I trust and I am so happy that I gave it a chance! At first, I was very reluctant to purchase any vehicle at a dealership. For me, working with dealerships in the past had always left me feeling anxious and frustrated- like a walking faceless dollar sign- and everything always seemed way overpriced and unrealistic when it came to affordability.

I worked with Troy Hill at the used car lot. He was exceptionally helpful and professional. The vehicle I had been driving-prior to my recent purchase- kept having issues and I was tired of putting money into it for repairs. I wanted something that felt new, with nice features, that I didn't have to worry about fixing if something went wrong. I was ready for something great, and I wanted it asap. Troy made the entire process feel effortless for me.

The whole process took just a few days, and I'm sure it would have been faster, but I happened to want something that they had just received in their inventory. Either way, it was ready and looking beautiful in no time. Then, Tareck, the financial manager, hooked me up with a great extended warranty to ensure I was worry free for even longer. The vehicle I chose had low miles and looked brand new, it even smelled new.

I couldn't believe it. I felt like I was scoring big and I was actually EXCITED and eager to sign the papers and take my new babe home with me. I will come to them again, first, the next time I am in search of a reliable, affordable, and beautiful ride.

Recently purchased a used 2019 Escape SEL. The deal on the vehicle was very good, and overall the car is in good shape. Took it for a test drive on Thursday evening, during strong winds and blowing snow. When I opened the hood I was disappointed to see how many leaves were left under the hood when they did an oil change. I mentioned this to the salesman, and how I felt it showed the lack of pride in their work, or representing the dealership he agreed; however, when we picked the vehicle up on Saturday morning the leaves were still there.

Also when picking the vehicle up I notice a piece of molding missing at the bottom of the windshield on the drivers side. Salesman indicated he would order and ship to us, well it has been a week and haven't heard or received anything. I understand it was sold as it, and we didn't catch it during the test drive so I won't complain too much other than it was promised and hasn't been delivered.

When we picked the vehicle up on Saturday, it still only had about a quarter tank of gas. By time we drove 26 miles home, it was 50 miles to empty. Never been to a dealer who didn't provide a full tank of gas when you leave the lot (and we left the keys with the dealership). Found a receipt from May of 2020 in the door pocket after we got home on Saturday, obviously not a detailed job of cleaning the vehicle for sale.

The salesman did offer a free first oil change, which I declined as 26 miles is too far to drive for a free oil change, but I'm not sure I'd trust the service department after they left leaves in during a prior oil change. I also asked about the tire recall, and was told a safety inspection had been completed. Shame on me for not asking for a printed report of the inspection, but I think I'll be taking the vehicle to another dealer to check on the recall.

Overall - Good deal on the vehicle, not at all impressed with service. Update: Received call from the salesman, and after speaking I understand they don't clean the vehicles, so I'll retract the cleaning of the vehicle and us finding an old receipt after getting home. Salesman also confirmed he looked in Oasis while on the phone with me and the tire recall did not affect this vehicle, and he has the part on order. As a result raising the review by 1 star.

Went to Brighton Ford to buy a used BMW they had listed. Traveled 45 minutes to get there and only took a little over 1 hour to get the deal done and on my way driving back home. Thank you Brighton Ford (Michael Bellant ) for the great service. will be back when I need another vehicle.

Took my $84k dollar truck in for service and was completely disappointed with the mechanics the next day when I noticed greasy hand and fingerprints on body panels from rotating the tires and I then got into my truck and found more greasy prints on the dash and door. I also noticed that they didn't set the tire pressure on the tires correctly, front was 72 & 74 rear is 75 & 78(not 60 & 80 the door shows).

I got the kind of service I would expect from a run down garage on the side of the road, not at a dealership. At this point I'm not sure that my truck will ever be serviced by the mechanics at the Brighton Ford dealer again.

I really appreciate the help from Scott Pratt at Brighton Ford. He submit the retail order for me a popular vehicle and helped me got the allocation. I worked in automotive industries and knows almost every details about the truck I want. I'm still impressed with Scott's knowledge about the truck. Before I came to Brighton Ford, I also visited other two nearest Ford dealer south of I-96.

They won't submit the order for me and asked me to pay $500 deposit to get on their waiting list. The lady at H P Ford even lied to my face and said the order bank was not open and cannot submit the order for me. I have to pay the deposit to get on their waiting list. They will call me when it's my turn to submit the order. I worked out the door and made a few calls, then I found Scott.

He helped me submit the order right away and I called Ford's customer service phone number next day. Ford confirmed they received the order from dealer and it's waiting to be scheduled. A month later, Scott slotted the build allocation for me and the VIN#. After a few months waiting, I finally got my truck delivered! Brighton Ford kept their words on the price we agreed when ordering.

Didn't try to add the crazy ADM at last minute like some other greedy dealers during this inflated car market. Finally, I got my dream truck and will keep it for years. I really appreciate Scott and Brighton Ford made this happen!

Prior to vehicle purchase of my 2014 Ford Focus ST, when arrived to the dealership the car was completely covered in salt. To me at that point it wasn't a big deal just figured someone just took it on a test drive. But, after the purchase of the car the vehicle was left at the dealership for two nights, in till I was able to get the car back home.

Now the issue I have when I arrived was the car was still completely covered in salt and under a half tank of fuel. Which, from previous work experience at a dealership, it was always protocol to have the vehicles detailed and gassed up for the new owner prior to take home.

I went to service department about 10am and was greeted by a young gentleman. I told him I had a slow air leak in one of my tires. I also had a flight I had to catch in the after noon, and asked if if it could be repaired quick. He said, they could probably take care of it before noon, if it was not too serious. They found a nail and the total time took an hour and a half. I thought the repair was handled in a courteous manner very professional manner.

You can tell that Brighton Ford has made investments in improving their Service department in these last 20+ months of fun. Caleb in Service was prompt, professional, and provided detailed explanations, as well as assessment of how necessary repairs would be. When there was a follow-on issue, they stood behind their work and resolved the issue promptly at no additional charge. Have recommended to friends/family.

Hands down the best experience we could have asked for. After 10 years in my old car it was finally time to start looking for something newer. We moved here from Florida and quickly realized that we needed a AWD car for the winter. After hours of searching and reading reviews we decided Brighton Ford was our best bet. AUSTIN WAS AMAZING! We were in and out in a little over an hour and Austin was extremely communicative throughout. If you value your time and appreciate being treated with respect, give Austin and the entire Brighton Ford team a call. Other dealerships need to take notes.

I was in a car accident last summer up north approximately 250 miles from my home & there was substantial damage to my 2016 Escape. After dealing with police & insurance company over the accident my car was finally towed to Brighton Ford. I had to have it towed as close to my home as possible due to insurance reasons and expensive tow bills. Brighton Ford was still an hour from my house & I wasn't too happy since if I had questions on the work I would have to drive there.

Well after two weeks they had my car completed and the work was outstanding. Almost a year has past and I noticed my rear door the side the accident was on never locked, never noticed it since I never use that door and the door hinge dropped. I called and explained the situation to them and Jerry the body shop manager was very nice & helpful. He told me they would do whatever it took to make it right.

I explained to him that i needed my car to get to & from work & asked if he had a loaner while the work was being done. He said he did not but could send someone to my job at the time I needed, do the work, and have the car returned to me before my shift was over. To be honest I didn't think that would happen! At 9am the gentlemen showed up took my car, repaired both doors and had it back to me by 2pm. ALL IN THE SAME DAY!

I highly recommend Brighton Ford and when I'm ready for a new car or truck I will definitely be visiting their showroom! Great job to all who helped make this horrible accident turn into a positive outcome.

Purchased my vehicle here and have brought it in several times to the service department for oil changes, tire rotation, etc. Made an appointment today, pulled in and got out of my car - no one greeted me or even acknowledged my presence, so I went inside. When I went to the counter inside the service area, I was told I had to check in with one of the guys outside.

Apparently the three guys sitting around staring at their phones! I made an appointment for 1:00, and then was told that they "close at 3 today" but would "try to get to it today" WHAT?! Will definitely be finding another location for maintenance services.

After our son had a blow out on his way back to school we needed to get a reliable car for him to get back and forth. Jeff Johnson came through for us not only did he sell us a Fusion he also was so kind and delivered it to us. He help surprise our son with his first new car and about 48 hrs later he was able to get our other son into a new lease as well. Jeff is a pretty cool guy and we will be back to see him soon!

They said me a lease pull ahead email that says they can pull me out of my 150 lease and put me in another new 150 for about 50 bucks less a month. Two weeks later, they send me another email telling me they can lower my payment over a 100 dollars! Sure. I say I'm interested. No call back. I send another reply, the lady sets up an appointment over the phone. He's 25 mins late calling and I'm on another call for work.

He calls the following afternoon and tells me he can trade me out of my lease (due up in May) and save me what they indicated in the email. I go in. They're at just about or more a month than I'm paying now. Just a waste of time. I guess I should have known better but Dominique sounded sincere. He pushed me off to another sales person and nothing. If you have friends in the car biz, deal with them. gotta go through my Rolodex and look for friends in the biz.

I made an appointment and when I got there, no one knew about my appointment. But Michael was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on what I was going for. The manager Brad and Tareck was awesome, very helpful on the paperwork. I have some people who are interested in getting a vehicle. The whole staff was friendly, help each other. You have to go there. Also Kyle who looked at my vehicle was great and helped me and my husband understand what was going on with our car. Thank you all for the best service.

Terrible service department. Took our expedition there 2 times in a matter of 4 weeks and they never fixed it. Tried to blame it on us, saying we rushed them. 1st time they had the car over a week. 2nd time 4 days. Also claimed nothing that needed to be fixed was covered under warranty- however most of it was.

Easily the worst service department in the area. Actually, I have never experienced a service department as poor as Brighton Ford's. My truck was "fine" after I experienced a loss of turbos and power. A week later I get a called saying there is no issue. So I take their foreman for a drive and show him. He then misdiagnoses the issue (by a long shot) and says it will take another week to repair.

I get my truck back, and voila, the issue is not solved and I am halfway to the UP on 4th of July weekend. I take it back the following Monday and they fail to diagnose the issue again, then finally get it right and replacing the wrong part. Ok great, truck is back to normal, except they tried to make me pay my warranty deductible AGAIN after failing to fix it the first time. "Well in Fords system it is technically fixed." What a joke. No, I did not end up paying again after arguing with the service member. I will never return to Brighton Ford again to buy a vehicle, and have steered multiple coworkers away from this dealership.

Bought 7 vehicles from Nick in sales (he's great) problem is service. I work in quality control for Ford and I cringe every time I have to take it in, stripped oil plugs, broken clips, missing shield bolts on a simple oil change. Told me my 100lb wife was abusing the rear door and that's why the door panel they fixed fell off and broke. Last one was for a air bag recall they broke the wood grain panel on the air bag (chipped big chunks out of it) and had glue all over the seats, console, carpet.

They said they will replace the wood but said they can't find one, showed them where to get used one on ebay but they would not. That was about a year ago. They never said they broke anything so take before pictures for any repair you have them do. SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS CONSISTANTLY THE WORST! Bye Brighton Ford! So Sorry Nick your service department is the sole reason I need to move on!

Worst car dealer in the country. Took my car there to have new tires put on, left the car on 3 different occasions for warranty work and swapping the tires. This past Friday, was told they only had 3 lug nuts on hand. No tires. No service. Not too sure how they stay in business.

I got a 2018 Ford ecosport from Brighton Ford. It is so nice, straight off the showroom floor. It is exactly what I wanted. It is beautiful and runs so nice. I am so happy with it plus it has the automatic starter from their Ford plus app. The guys are so nice there. Khosrow our sales guy was so helpful and did everything to make sure I left with what I wanted at a fair price.

I will definitely recommend him, he worked very hard for us. There was a mark on the wheel and I called the dealership and spoke to Artur 'R2' he told me to come in. He changed my wheel, stayed a bit later and had my car detailed again. I will definitely recommend these guys to anyone who is looking for a car. They go above and beyond. Everyone was so nice but R2 and Khosrow really nice and wanted to make sure I was happy. Thankyou guys.

I have purchased 3 new vehicles from Brighton Ford and this last one was the worst transaction ever. My sales rep was great however the finance dept not so much, felt as if my money didn't matter. After I followed through with the purchase I was given a free oil change voucher. When it was time for my first oil change I made appt, arrived 25 minutes early and after waiting over an hour had to go ask how much longer.

After the service rep checked on my vehicle I was told it would be at least 30 more minutes before they even get to it, so if I was 30 minutes late for my original appt they said I had to have I still would have been waiting for my vehicle to be taken into the garage. After being informed of the extended wait I decided to leave, the service rep apologized but nothing else for my inconvenience, lost time, wasted mileage and fuel. Definitely not worth it nor is Brighton Ford!

Only took an hour and a half to get my oil changed which was the good news. Then I had to wait another 15 minutes while I watch my vehicle sit there after it was pulled around. I Had to go find a service tech to ask him if I could leave. He said sure it's no charge as long as you don't want your paperwork you could leave. Yep that's what I call customer service.

Less anyone thinks it's just me, while I was waiting two separate people/customers made comments as to how they hated this dealerships service department. 6-12-17 Here for my last prepaid oil change and after 2 yrs this place is still terrible. It only took an 1-1/2 to change my oil and they pulled my truck up (meaning it's done) 15 mins ago. Still waiting on my paperwork! This place sucks!

I waited 1 week to write this review due to the shock of my recent experience with their service department. I took my work van for a rough running engine.after 1 full week in their hands and 7 different attempts to repair. I picked it up not wanting to rack up an even larger bill and the van was worse than when I brought it in. $4500.00 dollars and they only wanted to keep "trying" things. Be warned the techs are not mechanics in my experience Only wish I could give them a negative star rating.

Brighton Ford did an outstanding job on my 2010 Escape. Their estimate was right on target, they had a text-based notification system that kept me up-to-date on the status of my repair. Then there's the repair. My God, was there ever an accident!? It looked brand new. Lastly there's the little touches. They pretty much detailed my car, so it was clean and new on the inside. What a great company.

Bait and Switch Lives! I saw an ad in the paper for the Escape SE FWD with a lease payment of $139 over 24 months on the A or Z plan, which I had. However, surprise! When I actually sat down with the salesman the lowest price I could get was actually $247 a month over 36 months, LOL! Talk about bait and switch. Folks, I'm in PR and good PR usually means you exceed expectations, not get them in the door for some false promise of a $139 a month lease (I would gladly pay more, but $247 vs $139?) and try and sell them the much higher lease.

That just tends to piss people off. Add to that a high pressure sales manager who wanted me to sign on the dotted line right then and there (Joe Isuzu lives) and it's unlikely I'd return and lease or buy from this place. A shame, since my wife purchased two cars from them. As for me, forget it. I don't like B.S.

Incredibly inefficient. I made a 2:30 appointment for a routine 40,000 mile check for a car I bought here. Holy cow. 2 hour delay! You couldn't call and let me know there'd be a wait?! How inconsiderate is THAT? Ever hear of.cell phones? Everyone wants to keep their warranties up but this? this is too much. I will never buy a car here again if they can't value my time when I come in for routine maintenance. They've shot down a loyal customer by their lack of consideration.

The sales manager "Kelly" keeps calling me every morning and leaving a message for me to call back and follow up about a car that I test drove 2 weeks ago. Obviously I'm not interested, or I would have come back and purchased it. I even called back the sales associate I was working with, thanked him for his time, and explained that I was still looking and would call him back if I decided to go with a Ford.

He understood, and stopped calling. And yet she calls, every single morning. It's always when I'm asleep, and I don't recognize the number so I don't pick it up. If I wanted to fill out some survey about my experience, I would do it. In fact, I'm doing it right here, in a format that will actually help other people instead of the dealership. I regret the day I ever gave anyone here my phone number.
