So easy to work with, the paperwork was seamless and done in no time and I never felt pressured into making a decision. Beautiful lineup of quality cars, very friendly and knowledgeable. Love love love my new car! Jon was super helpful and patient, stayed much later than closing time, and Alex was very kind and professional with the paperwork. This small dealership seems to be honest and care very much that the cars they sell are the very best for the price.

What can I say? This dealership was amazing! They had so many cars to choose from with the budget I had to work with. I called and asked if a vehicle was still available and Jon checked the status and told me to "come on down and check it out!". He answered some questions I had over the phone and long story short, I got myself an amazing vehicle at a solid price with low mileage and a clean car fax.

I had gotten a loan through another dealer in town. They were drowning me in interest. I walked into brothers auto with very little hope because of how much I still owed to the other dealer. However 30 minutes later and a couple guys bending over backwards to help me I was able to lease a VERY nice car. I will recommend them 1000 times over. I asked Cameron to come help me find the seat buckle and he helped me install my car seat to make it the safest possible. They went above and beyond and I am so very grateful.

I truly enjoyed my experience with all of the salesmen I encountered at Brothers. Jon was very helpful answering questions and addressing my concerns while looking for vehicles. I feel I got a good value for my trade in. At the time I picked up my purchase, Jon helped this old lady with some of the tech options. Found an issue after purchase that I had missed and they are going to take care of it. Oh and he even helped me get plates changed out!

I had planned to buy a vehicle with Caleb at Brothers Auto. As we were making plans to come up and test drive, I found a vehicle with an independent sale. Caleb was super professional and kind. He worked with me to purchase my car so I didn't have to go through the work of selling it on my own. I will be buying my next vehicle from Brothers. Super easy and quick car buying experience. Have sat hours in car dealerships in the past and this was not the case! They accommodated to my limited schedule due to work and went out of the way to pick up/deliver the car for a dent repair from the previous owner. Communication was great as well

I just purchased a vehicle with Brothers Auto Sales and had a great experience! There are several great things I think it is important to point out for potential customers. Everyone was friendly and chatted with me. I have worked in customer service and since I left, I have been disappointed with a majority of my daily experiences, but NOT here. When I was waiting for one person, several individuals made sure to check in with me; making sure I was being helped as well as making small talk with me.

Everyone seemed so genuinely interested in making sure I was comfortable. I was offered water, coffee, and tea several times while I was there. Brothers Auto takes pride in the vehicles they sell and their work, and from my experience, they should. They demonstrated integrity and honesty. They worked to help me out, outlining the steps I needed to take, and they worked quickly and effectively on their end.

When Jon found out about my previous car and insurance issues, he worked with the finance manager to see if there are other assistance available to help alleviate any potential issues I would face with just getting a new vehicle. They laid out the process for me once I purchased it. Even though Jon did not have the spare key for my vehicle working, he was humble and sincerely apologetic.

And he quickly made a plan to address the issue. I would recommend Brothers Auto Sales, no matter who you are or where you come from, they try to give you the best pricing on quality cars!

We shopped around for cars over the course of a few months, talking mainly with Jon. He was extremely knowledgeable about the inventory, very patient, and never pushy! When we settled on a car, we traded in at a competitive rate, and the buying process was smooth and seamless. We will definitely be back in the future!

Easiest and quickest experience buying a car. Cameron explained everything to us and wasn't pushy trying to get us into anything we didn't want. He got my girlfriend into the exact car we came to look at. We'll definitely be back!
