When the Bryant Motors Chrysler dealership first opened up its doors back in 1936, Sedalia was just starting to recover from the devastating stock market crash and the Great Depression that followed it. In fact, Life Magazine dubbed Sedalia the second hardest hit city by the Great Depression in the entire United States.

Since 1936, Bryant Motors has been selling and servicing cars and trucks in Central Missouri, including Boonville. Although most of us try to get as much life out of our cars, trucks and SUVs as possible, we eventually get to a point where we have to get something newer. Jeff Luebbering went above & beyond to help me get a right hand drive Mail Jeep ordered. From the first time I talked to him he was very informative and helpful. They'd never shipped a vehicle to Alaska before and I had nevered ordered a brand new vehicle before! Jeff kept me informed of the status of my build from beginning to end. Figured out how to ship it to Alaska and even kept me informed on the delivery. Sent me messages on how to start the new rig and get connected to the online maintenance system. I cannot rave on enough about him. Pam was very helpful as well. I highly recommend this team! Thank you Jeff!

I unexpectedly had to have my alternator on my vehicle replaced yesterday. They were actually overbooked, but worked to squeeze me in so I could have it replaced and make it home, over an hour from there. They very quickly diagnosed the issue and ordered the part. I mentioned that I needed to pick up my child from school, about 20 minutes from the dealership.
They were very understanding and allowed me to borrow a loaner to go to the school. Upon arrival back to the dealership, my vehicle was fixed within a few minutes. It was a lot of money, but the cost of the part was not the fault of the dealership. I was very happy with the service I was provided. They worked me in even though they were overbooked in the service department. They allowed me to borrow a loaner to pick up my child from school. They were not obligated to do either.

I'm not happy with Bryant Motors in Sedalia Mo. Do not do business with them. They didn't do me right and odds are they won't do you right either. I'm posting this on behalf of my mother in law Frances Couts can't believe they charged her 1100 bucks to put a heater core in a truck not to mention they didn't fix the problem completely y'all take advantage of people and then give them back there vehichle not in working order what a crooked dishonest way of doing business you should be ashamed have some integrity and at least do what you say your going to

I just purchased my new Ram 2500 through Bryant Motors and it was by far the best buying experience I've ever had. Jeff Luebbering was my sales guy and he did all the leg work before I even made it to the dealership. I was in and out in about an hour and a half. He is very low pressure and went WAY above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my truck. It was my first time buying from them but It will NOT be the last!

Terrible place to buy a used car. My husband and I are senior citizens. They sold us a used car that had problems from the day we bought it and refused to fix it and refused to help pay to fix it. We now have it at a reputable Chrysler dealership and it is being fixed right now including the purge valve that Bryant said they replaced and did not. This car has so many problems.
It is pretty obvious that when they buy auction vehicles they do not go through them and make repairs like they say they do. They just sale them and rip people off. They lie about what they have done to your vehicles when you take it in to be worked on. Sad part about this we just wanted to be treated fair and the owner was very rude when he spoke to us and said you test drove it and you bought it. He is right we did both.and now it will be well taken care of and be repaired at our expense and not by crooks. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE

Great Experience! I cannot say enough about my salesman Cesar. I've been looking for a Dodge Ram 2500 Gas for a month or so to pull a pull behind RV and decided I would drive by the lot on a Friday evening to see what they had. I saw they had a Red 2019 Dodge Ram 2500 6.4L Hemi gas on the lot. I went to the office and met with Cesar. He got everything ready for me to test drive it.
By the time I got back from my test drive he had already worked up the trade in value on my 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 and was offered more than what I owed. I provided all information to him that would be needed for the title as I was already pre-approved loan from my bank. We back in Saturday morning and all of our paperwork was ready to sign! I have always had great customer service at Bryant Motors especially with the service dept. Kudos to Eric and Mark and the rest of the crew. Had to have some brake work done and they did a wonderful job of taking care of me. They made sure everything was running smooth again so I could take my Escape home. I purchased it at Bryant's 4 years ago and still love it.
They even let me borrow a lender car while mine was in the shop. I've known Kyle for a long time and he really cares about his customers and staff. Thank you again for all you do and I would definitely recommend Bryant Motors for all your vehicle needs.

We have purchased two cars from Bryant Motors and have had exceptional service. Kyle found a vehicle for our daughter and ensured it's mechanical soundness and safety. He looked for a few weeks to ensure he found just what we needed. We liked Bryant Motors so much, my husband order a custom truck and Kyle kept us updated on the progress as it was being built. I never felt pressured, I always felt well informed, and I also appreciated the personal service from a family business. We will be back!

It's pretty sad that they don't treat customers even remotely decent, and that's even AFTER we purchased a $35,000 vehicle. I will never ever do business with them again. I also wouldn't recommend getting your vehicle serviced here unless you enjoy waiting 2 hours for an oil change and having them use your vehicle to get lunch. Always keep an eye on your vehicle.
