Everyone was great. Went out of their ways to get us a good deal. Even if I tried to negotiate for hours. Ricardo was very helpful and also Bruce (the snake guy, he crazy ) we're all very helpful and very glad we came and purchased our car. And will recommend to everyone from now on. Thank you guys.

My experience with Catus auto was less than positive. My expectations, quite possibly to high, the staff and personnel were Friendly and professional, however we couldn't come to an agreement. I voiced my opinion via text and was given a call back from a manager, the points I brought up were down played and my needs not met. I was told they sell a hundred cars a month and they don't know everything about all the vehicles they have on property. I wish the staff Prosperity and good luck. I wish my experience had been different. Buyer beware.

Ismael at cactus auto sales sold me my new car today. He was very professional and kind. He listened to my needs and helped me get into a great car and trade in my old car. The folks at Cactus Auto were phenomenal! They had a great selection and got me EXACTLY what I wanted at a great price. They are great people and gave me the fastest, most efficient, least painful car buying experience I have ever had.

I recently sold my 2015 Altima to Cactus Auto for an unbelievable price. When I brought the car in, the whole deal took less than 15 minutes and I walked (!) away with check in hand. Everyone at Cactus was extremely helpful and pleasant. If I had another car to sell I would definitely trust Cactus Auto.

I wanted to give a positive review for Cactus Auto. Today, I sold my SUV to Xander. He gave me the highest price out of 6 appraisals. Xander was very personable and so easy to work with. I had a few hiccups at first but my day ended great with a new car. They were able to even get my price lower a very low payment for a first time car buyer AND an extended warranty for almost the full duration of my loan. Great Company!

As far as car dealerships go, this one was better than others I have been to. A little smaller than most, but there was still a LONG time sitting around waiting on "paperwork". I felt like we got treated fairly. We're happy with our purchase and experience!

Do not buy from cactus auto. They do not stand by their word on fixing issues. My daughter has been given the used car dealer run around and it is still not fixed. It has been over a year.

Easy transaction. I went to look at a car. They gave me the key so I could do a test drive. Answered all my questions. No pressure at all I made my decision we made a deal did the paperwork, that's it. Friendly, transparent and professional.

Ricardo was awesome, I got a great car and am totally satisfied with my experience. Just make sure you bring ALL POSSIBLE PAPERWORK, because they asked me for everything one piece at a time, the whole process took almost seven hours over two mornings. If they had given me a checklist up front, I probably would have 5 starred them.

I was able to find a vehicle I was interested in on their lot on the web. I met with one of their representatives and they were able to help me test drive a couple of their vehicles. I went with their 2014 Chevy Cruze, they were quick to help answer any questions that I had in a professional and informative fashion. The price of the Vehicle I purchased was at a fair price point. I was in and out with a newer used vehicle within a couple hours! Well Done Cactus Auto!

I recently purchased a used Nissan Altima 2015. Ask for Julian, he gave me an awesome deal. I didn't expect to be driving off today with a new car. He will get you in the car of your choice. Plus, this place has a 2 year warranty if anything goes wrong with the electrical, transmission it will be replaced. Check them out. They have a wide variety of used cars.

I was looking for a VW Routan all over the country. They are inexpensive mini vans. Not a lit of them around under $8K. Everything I saw would be a rust bucket. So eventually I ended up seeing one and buying one in Arizona. Communication with Xander was good. Got my van shipped today. Everything he told me about the van was like it is and I feel like it was worth it to spend a little bit extra to get van from so far away.

Final and last update unless Xander post some dumb crap. Even IF it has been a year, I am allowed to beat a dead horse for a vehicle that EXPLODED with me and my CHILD in it. However, it has not been a year. This literally happened the beginning of 2020. Nice try. And uhm no. Your words were exactly "The only thing I can do is give America credit union $3000 for the car AFTER you submit proof that you paid the rest of the loan off first" even the credit union said that's not how it works.

Even more so, you should have done way more for me than refuse to look at or fix the car you destroyed and sold someone. Make excuses all you want. I don't care if your employees do this for a living. They make a living off of scamming people so you are all scum in my eyes.

We saw a van advertised on their website and went to look at it on a Saturday. When we got there, the first guy that talked to us asked if he could help but didn't introduce himself. We told him that we wanted to look at that particular van. He said he'd get the keys and suggested that we look around. He didn't tell us where the van was parked, and he disappeared.

We started looking and several others asked if we'd been helped. We said we had but didn't know his name because he hadn't introduced himself. Since we'd been "helped", the next couple of guys weren't interested in helping. Finally, asked and we told him about the van and they told us where it was parked. When we found the van and looked it over, still on our own, we discovered that the interior engine cover was in the center of the van and the engine was exposed.

My wife gave up then. I waited another five minutes or more for the first salesperson to finally come back. He said that they were waiting for a part and they couldn't even start it until Monday or Tuesday. I started to walk away and mentioned that they shouldn't have advertised the van if it wasn't ready to sell. He said they'd have it running on Monday or Tuesday and I could come back.

I said that I'd already driven across town to look at it because they advertised it as being ready to sell and they were wasting my time because it obviously wasn't. He said something about they could consider that in the negotiations. Again I said no, they were just wasting my time. I never did get his name, but it doesn't matter because in this instance they've already shown that they're disorganized and I wouldn't buy from them.

I recently bought a Jeep Renegade from Cactus Renegade. The experience was terrific. Victor could not have been more helpful and made it a wonderful experience. I would certainly purchase another vehicle from them in the future.

Bought my first used car from Cactus Auto 4 years ago and oh boy have I had NOTHING but trouble with it. I was very happy with the car at first but after having the car for about a month small things started to creep up. Small things eventually turned into even a bigger headache. I have a sneaking suspicion that Cactus Auto truly does not check all of the cars that they end up buying.

I would say this dealer is garbage. Sold me the worst lemon in the world. I would never ever buy from this company again and definitely will not be recommending anyone to buy from here.

This was my first time buying a car in almost ten years. If was an amazing experience. Go speak with Bob, Eddie and Bruce. They will bend over backwards to get you in the car of your dreams. They were so good that we bought three cars from them in a month. They are kind, and have great chemistry. You will not be disappointed. Shannon was my salesman. He dealt with me changing my mind for over 5 months, and today he found the right car! It's exactly what I needed and he didn't hesitate to make sure I saw this vehicle and I fell in love. He's a great person, just tell him what you need and he will make it happen. I've been in sales for a long time, and he is definitely someone you want to do business with. He is the only reason I bought a vehicle at cactus auto.

This is a garbage dealer. Sold me the worst lemon in the world. Went to their service department like a month after buying the car and multiple other times all about the same issues. They always said they couldn't find anything. Now the problem was finally presented itself (to the Chevy dealer, not the cactus auto service department) and the warranty we got through cactus auto won't even cover the thousands of dollars in damages because they're blaming us for the issue.

I also called cactus auto to get the service records from before they sold me the car. They didn't even do as much as an oil change before putting the car on their lot. Never ever buy from this company and definitely don't send anyone you care about, to buy from here.

I purchased a vehicle from them and was told the problems would be fixed. I have no jack, at first, I had no spare. The main belt has squealed from day one. Still not fixed. Two tires blew due to being in poor condition and when the wheel is turned to the right something under the hood still clicks. I was told by Zeus all these problems would be fixed but was later told they will not do so.

And I just found out from Toyota there are 6 serious recalls on the vehicle that are going to require a week to fix. They sold me a lemon. I will not do business with them again. And Yelp reviews from employees to boost your yelp rating? lol

No push to buy and have been treated with respect. Not drilled with questions and have nice selection of used vehicles.

This is a good dealership, and Gary was very helpful. I am very picky, and unfortunately they did not have a car I truly wanted. They have some vehicles that have been sold still listed online, and that's the only thing that may annoy some people. Definitely recommend this place to anyone, and will consider it in the future. Just have an idea of what you want, and take time to think about your purchase.

I wrote one review and deleted it. Thinking my hands were washed of Cactus Auto. Not so. People need to know how terribly shady they are. Sold a car with wobbling at speed, after two trips to their dealership, I was handed an invoice for completed work. After bringing my car to a long time trusted ASE certified garage, they informed me that no new parts were installed.

This is AFTER I fought with their incompetent staff trying to get my refund on an awful warranty. They will lie to you with every breath. They DO NOT care if you are safe in your car. They only seek to take advantage of people in need of a car with tough financial situations. They are masters at manipulation. Should you choose to do business there, do not, under any circumstances buy the warranty.

They will try force it on you. Walk away if you must. Its an expensive way they pad their bottom line. Dont be swayed by the BS canned response from Xander. His job is damage control, nothing more.

Zeus was the sales rep that helped me. We were negotiating for a week and he always answered my questions and made me feel like I was well taken care of. I would highly recommend cactus auto!

I had some issues but they were resolved quickly by management. Hans is an easy going sakes guy with no pressure. Would buy from them again.

Gary was the absolute best! He worked hard to get my wife and I approved. He was laid back and easy to work with. Buying a car is a lengthy process so we were with him a few hours, he made us feel comfortable and welcome. I wont go anywhere else for a vehicle. It was easy and fun. And, We went home happy in our new car!

Bought a 2006 Chevy from Gary here at Cactus Auto Gary was easy to work with, and I ended up driving away from the lot very pleased with the entire experience. While driving away, I noticed the ignition was being "funny", so I told Gary. He said give me a call in the morning (he stayed after hours to find alive my car). Gave him a call, and within 2 weeks they fixed the problem. 4 weeks later and 2 days before I moved out of state, I notice the spare tire was missing. gave Gary a call and he took care of the entire situation.

Point in case, give Gary a call today! He will take care of your car on the lot and off the lot. If you're easy to deal with, so are they. Car buying should be easy, and it is here if you understand its a business and you can't walk away with a 1/2 priced car. They are fairly stickered and honest with the condition of the vehicle. I realllllllly needed a new, dependable vehicle. I have to commute about 20 miles to work every day and make a lot of trips back and forth between Phoenix and Tucson on the weekends. started seeing my mileage creep up. I knew it was only a matter of time before diving head first into a car payment. You know what has always stopped me in the past? Being a young woman who knows absolutely nothing about how to check a car's maintenance, haggling, or the language of a car salesman. I've heard (and seen) horror stories.

I already knew which car I was interested in. I saw it on their website: a 2012 VW Beetle with only 8k miles on it! It seemed too good to be true! It was not over priced and once I visited in person saw it was in even better condition than I could have imagined. Absolutely perfect! I had to have it! This was my first time financing a car and I was walked through the entire process.
