I am especially grateful for the prompt response of Wesley at the Service/ Maintenance Desk. The friendly manner and suggested means of getting my car towed to the Dealership was a positive approach. I can truly trust the Dealership team in seeing to it my car would be serviced in the proper diagnostic approach; it died down due to an emission control panel light before I got on the highway.
