Lela, Matt, Chris and the gang should be your go-to shop. They are prompt, professional, and they explain everything so that you truly understand what's being done and why. They have been a wealth of knowledge for my daughter who is new to driving and car upkeep, and they do everything they can to get your car working properly while being mindful of price. We are lucky to have them!

Car Care Clinic is the most impressive car repair company I have ever used. Their customer service is beyond courteous and helpful. They are thorough with diagnosing the issues at hand and are very fair with cost. Even sending pictures via text explaining the issue. Lela is extremely thoughtful. Recently flew to CT to purchase a vehicle sight unseen other than 10 pictures. Thankfully, it ended up here as the owner of the vehicle was "other" and going to have me drive 9 hours home in a snow storm with one headlight. Lela got the vehicle in replaced a hood cable to allow the hood to open, replaced the headlight bulb, topped off all fluids, even have me a gallon of washer fluid in case it was needed on the adventure home, in a day with the car being dropped off there in the morning. Even offered to pick us up from the restaurant we had gone to awaiting for the work to be completed. Can not thank enough.

I brought my Jeep GC to another mechanic in town and after having it for 8 days and $550 later, they told me the engine needed to be replaced. It didn't seem like they spent much time actually diagnosing the problem. I decided to get a second opinion and brought it to CCC. Lela and Matt were fantastic to deal with. The didn't just read an engine code and toss our a generic repair plan, they took the info I was able to provide and really investigated the problem. I would highly recommend bringing your vehicle to CCC. Their honesty and ingenuity set them apart from the other shops.

Wow - just so easy to work with these guys. Great communication. They seem to care and everything was done as expected at what I expected to pay. If you're like me and have the automotive frowns then call Lela or Matt and let them turn it upside down. These people even outside of the shop are absolutely amazing. Inside of the shop they will do whatever it takes to fix whatever issues you may have while staying In your budget. I enjoy working on my truck but outside in the cold is no fun. It does not matter the project size. Small or large they are guaranteed to surprise. With all of the options available I hope you give this one a try. They are AMAZING!

Delighted to say that the new management of Care Care. clinic has maintained the high standards that. Jeff Robinson and his colleagues provided. They have maintained my cars ( one now with 240K miles) in good order for the past twenty six years.
