I ordered a custom interior kit for me Chevy impala over 5 months ago, only to get a call saying that they don't have the original color chosen in stock. The Company advised me to come back to the shop which is two hours away from my home and choose another color. I found another color which they couldn't get either. What a waste of my time! Why didn't I get this call sooner?
I asked for a refund, I was given partial refund for everything except the carpet because it was a custom color. Six months later no interior. NOW I have to find another shop which set me back from my car show entry goals.
