Greg is a complete asshole. I walk in liking to spend $150k and he says what do you need? I have an appointment with with a sales rep. He says for what. I don't need your attitude Craig. if you don't like your job get the bell out of here.

So I purchased a Cadillac Escalade which is clearly over $135k, they never went over the vehicle with me, I got over that. I paid for the upgraded exhaust system, which fell off after 2 months. I called at 7:50 this morning to speak to service advisor at the store. The receptionist told me you don't get in till 8 o'clock and call back at that time. Called back at 8:03 and was put on hold for 10 minutes.

After someone finally came on the line They told me that the advisors busy and I had to leave a message. I explained to them I just bought a brand new escalade two months ago and that the exhaust fell off. They explained to me that they could not get me in for two weeks and I have would have to schedule an appointment. As I explained this was not acceptable and I cannot drive the vehicle that I just bought for 2 weeks and for the service manager to call me back within the next 10 to 15 minutes To find a resolution. Well it's 7 o'clock in the evening now and the day is gone and do you think I received a phone call back. Nope there is your one star review!

They have the worst service department, really really bad service!.I would not recommend this place ever. Eric and Hanna( the manager) were so inhuman.they asked for 3000 deposit just to diagnose my car and another 15,000 to fixed my car

Everybody here was amazing from start to finish. Everyone knows how getting a new car can be a nightmare at times, but these guys were so helpful, patient, and understanding. They actually care here. Etan was amazing as well as Jose, if your looking for a car definitely come here and see these guys you won't regret it

Casa Cadillac gave me the run around when trying to cancel my pre-order for the Cadillac Lyriq. Cadillac's website clearly states that you can cancel your pre-order before a final order is placed and request a refund from the dealership you selected during the pre-order (https://www.cadillac.com/electric/lyriq/order-yours). Still, the dealership keeps telling me that I have to contact Cadillac to get my refund.

My attempts to get my $100 pre-order payment over the phone and email were unsuccessful. The last time I attempted to get my refund over the phone. I was transferred to the Finance department and spoke to George; George told me to talk to my salesman when I don't have one. When I tried to reach them over their contact page, Elan responded and said to me that I needed to contact Cadillac. However, when I called Cadillac EV Concierge at 1-844-EVCADILLAC, I was told by the associate that I need to request a refund from Casa de Cadillac. Sweet, now I am being ping-ponged back and forth. I guess I just made a nice $100 donation to Casa De Cadillac.

I'm writing this review as I sit in the service center because I was forced to drive here to get answers as to the status of my car after it's been here for almost a week. Managers are always in meetings and service rep is always busy. I've been here for 20 minutes and I've just been sitting this whole time. WORST place to come

First time I had such a disappointing experience. I introduced myself as a tourist, which I am, to take a look at Cadillac's car lineup and I was advised to leave because they have nothing to show me. But I took the time to browse around their lot and saw a few nice cars. Anywhere else I've ever been i had the opportunity to discuss about US-spec models, definitely not in here.

I recently had very bad experience with Cas De Cadillac. On 04/06/2022 wile I was driving my Cadillac XT-5 my entire keychain with seven keys and an ornament disappeared trough large gap right above sliding cupholder's cover. There was no way to get this item back without dismantling part of the vehicle. So, I took it to Casa de Cadillac to retrieve my keys.

It took them a few hours to get my keys back and return my car. I was really shocked when at the end I was charged $375. It is obviously design flaw, since no vehicle should be able to swallow such a bulky item without easy way to retrieve it. My car is under bumper to bumper warranty and they should have used this warranty to get my keys back since I am not the one who have created that unacceptably wide opening inside the car.

As a result I was charged $375 and for several hours I did not have an access neither to my home nor to my office. So, I was punished for the poor design of the vehicle. This is unacceptable!

I took my vehicle in for maintenance and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I had a loaner car and was on my way in less than 15 minutes. It was a great experience.

I went there on Monday for the first service for our XT4, which is basically an oil change and tire rotation. I had received an email from GM Financial that covered the cost of this service; however, this dealership did not accept it and charged me for the service.

I went to dealer last Sunday. Because my friend give me a referral about this Cadillac store. When I arrived, one salesman with name Greg X. asked me if I need help and I told him I am looking for New Escalade. Ha made me feel very bad, he was rude while talking with me from beginning to end been very condescend. He was one of the worst salesman I have ever met.

I am very disappointed with a recent service visit. I took my Cadillac to them when my engine light was on and at the same time I received a trouble message from Onstar in my email. My service advisor was Lira. She was very professional and wrote up my ticket. After a few hours she told me my car needed a new battery. I told her to go ahead with it.

I was then told it was out of stock and it would take about an hour. An hour later, it was ready and my charge was $420.00. I mentioned to Lira we were driving to Arizona in a few weeks and asked her if the car was in good shape to make this drive. She assured me I should have no problems. I paid her and left the dealership. Three weeks later we were driving across the Arizona dessert and ninety minutes out of Phoenix the exact same problem happened.

We again saw the engine light come on, the car lost power and the air conditioning stopped working. Last time this happened we were told we could drive the car like this so hesitantly we made it to our hotel in Phoenix. When we arrived at our hotel it was 3:00 P.M. and we were at a loss as to what we should do next. So I immediately called Casa de Cadillac for guidance.

I just wanted to talk to someone for reassurance. I asked for my service advisor and was told she was not available. I them asked for the service manager. I was put on hold again and then told she was not available. I explained my problem to the phone receptionist and put on hold again and then told no one was available and she needed to take a message and someone would call me back.

I then asked to speak to the dealer manager and was put on hold again. The receptionist then came back on the line and said I needed to speak to service and someone would call me back. After leaving my phone number I hung up. I tried calling the dealership first thing the next morning getting no where again. Since I left a message the day before, I did not leave another message.

I did not get a call back from Lira until about 9:50 the next day. Of course I missed her call by one ring and immediately called her back. It went to voice mail and I left a lengthy message. She never called me back. When I returned to my hotel late in the afternoon, I did call her and I was lucky to reach her. Is this the way to be treated by Casa de Cadillac? I purchased my car from them about three years ago. Well Casa de Cadillac you have now lost a customer.

Horrible service. Ex-wife bought brand new Escalade last year. Brought it in for service and oil change. They had the vehicle for one week. Did not have a courtesy vehicle for her and she is 9 months pregnant with two small children. Ridiculous. Then on top of that they advised her that the driver assist was not under warranty and she had to pay for $1,400 out of pocket. $50 charge for gasoline. When I picked up the vehicle it had less than a quarter of a tank of gas. Would not recommend this place for any kind of service.

What a treat to work with Matt R. and Robert T.! The purchase process couldn't be more pleasant. These gent's were nothing short of accommodating and kept their word. The process during this time is understandably not the easiest and unpredictable but they communicated through the whole order process and took fantastic care of me! I really look forward to getting the wife her car from this team as well. Even the owner came out and shook my hand which was a treat on it's own. For anyone who hates the dealership experience. come here and get treated like a customer should be!

The idea of leasing a car right now can be daunting with inventory being as limited as it is. The reality of leasing a car with Chris Lewis and the Casa de Cadillac team, however, was anything but. After crunching some pretty ugly preliminary numbers, Chris had made some suggestions on how I could get into the car I wanted at the price range I was looking to be at by allowing the dealership to buy out my current lease.

I wasn't prepared to pull the trigger until my next day off from work, but Chris got the ball rolling on his end, drafted a contract, and delivered my new Encore GX to my job during his lunch hour. Not only did Chris work with me to save some money during these unprecedented times in the automotive industry, but he also saved me time by coming to me, and exchanging my old car for my new one. Admittedly, the color was not my first choice (sunset orange over my previous silver Buicks), but it has since grown on me, and I am now really loving the sight of this thing in my driveway (the color also makes it easier for me to find my car in a crowded parking lot ).

Bottom line, this experience and similar ones throughout the years is the reason why I'm on my fifth lease from this dealership, and why I'll be getting my sixth car from them as well. Special thanks to Chris, Francesca, Rino, George, and crew for doing what you all do. No one does it better and your collective customer service makes that little corner of Ventura Boulvard more of a landmark than the building itself.

Awful service. I have scheduled a visit to fix several issues for a car that has 'bumper-to-bumper warranty'. On the day X I come there, and the guy on the reception says: "No, you dont have this warranty, so we will charge you several hundreds of dollars for DIAGNOSTICS ONLY + more for fixing the issues". I explained that I bought the car in Cadillac and it HAS the warranty. Nope - the guy refused to take in the car as if under warranty and advised to call the Cadillac dealership where we bought the car.

So I did. The dealership checked THE SAME database as the Casa de Cadillac's employee and confirmed: "You DO HAVE the warranty. It does not cover things like battery or wipers, but, say, the issue with the AC you described is totally covered. The other dealership had no right to refuse service". OKAAAAY. so I call back to Casa de Cadillac. Explain all this to them and also "thanking" them for spoiling my day that I planned (and spent time for driving) for fixing the car.

The guy on the phone said "sorry" many times, and said he will now contact the service dept and CALL ME BACK after understanding WTF actually happened and why I was illegally denied service. Guess what? He never called back. Casa de Cadillac is awful. They spit on client's time, on their promises and on the service OBLIGATIONS under fake reasoning that fails simple test in any other Cadillac dealership. Shame on you, guys.

Recently discussed to buy a escalade, I Google Cadillac dealership and a different dealership came up on my phone which I don't want to say their name because this is not about them, so I called them and spoke to sells rap and and after a few minutes I realized that he has no knowledge whatsoever about escalade So naturally did not want to spend over a 100k with someone who doesn't know anything about my purchase.

Then I called Casa DE Cadillac and spoke with jorge Rodriguez, jorge was amazing he was very knowledgeable so I went to the dealership to order the car, George help me with ordering the car and explaining to me all the options ans details. He made the whole purchase quick and easy and very pleasant. He explained to me that at casa de cadillac they dont charge a over sticker up price. Saved 10,000 and found a sales rep that I will be working with a lot in the future

I leased a Cadillac here and the term is just about up. With the limited selection available in whats going on now, I decided to just buy the one I have. I wanted to buy an extended warranty so I called and spoke to George. I received very excellent service from him. I wanted the communications about the purchase and warranty in writing so there were 2 days of back and forth e mails. George responded quickly and gave me options about what I wanted. I am very happy with the way this deal was done.

I can see why people say he's the best sales person, that's because they bought the car from. But try not to make the deal with him, and then see what happen. This sales person GEORGE RODRIGUEZ is the worst sales person I've ever seen. I do sales for a living, and this sales person was doing everything by the book when they had a lot of inventory but not when they are short now.

Our lease is about to end and we are looking for a new lease of the same car, Escalade. When we came there he said: "I got nothing for you now, if you want you can put $2000 down and maybe I can get a gmc Yukon which is similar to Escalade but not as expensive." My wife ended up letting him charge her credit card for $2000 and we waited 4 months until he called us and said: "I have your car come get it".

He even sent me a text message saying that "I owe him lunch" (for him finding me a car). SHAME ON HIM! ** (see picture below) when I came to look at it I told him that I personally don't like it that much and that the escalated we are driving now drives better than the new car that he wants to sell us. plus it does not make any sense for me to get off an escalade and into a GMC and pay much more monthly payment than what I'm paying today, but maybe my wife will like it we'll do it.

My wife went and met with him and she said shes ok with it and maybe she doesn't have to have an Escalade since we have to wait that long for an Escalade to come in. She told George that she will come the next morning to exchange our Escalade for the GMC that he had in stock. By the next day she and I decided not to go with a GMC with a payment much higher than the Escalade we are driving today. (It just didn't make sense).

When I called him to let him know about it he flipped 180 degrees on us and he's respond to me was "OMG! You guys just made me and my manager spend all our time filling up the paperwork for you, it was a waste of time! I told him that it's just does not make any sense to me and I still wanna do business with him and I want to get an Escalade and not a GMC.

He hung up the phone on me! I was in shock! I called my wife to let her know about his response and she said he keeps texting her what to do with the paperwork. When I told her to tell him to keep the $2000 and we will wait until we can get an Escalade he's respond was: "nope, I will have a check ready for you to pick up next week." (**See picture below.) SHAME ON YOU GEORGE RODRIGUEZ! UNBELIEVABLE!

Bought my first Cadillac and it was a great experience! I bought a used XT5 and was treated as if I was purchasing the most expensive car in the lot! Our sales person Etan was amazing. He worked with us to get us the best deal. The manager George was equally as kind and attentive. Etan surprised me with a big red bow on my car! How lovely is that?! Seriously best and easiest experience!

Great people selling great vehicles. Customer service is excellent you can always speak to a live person. Sometimes you need to leave a message and get a call back if they are busy with other customers. Great dealership for new and used Cadillac, Buick, and GMCs.

The dealership staff is friendly, and efficient. I would do business with them again and again. The service center though, I would prefer to take my business elsewhere. They are convenient in a mild sense of the word. The part that upsets me is the inspection fees; $180 for an electrical inspection and $90 for a standard inspection. My 2017 terrain wouldn't start and of course, 2021.you assume it's the battery.

I had it towed to their service center due to still being under warranty. I had had a few issues prior so I was hoping they could check everything while it was there for the battery. They wouldn't check it at all unless I paid for. They couldn't even tell me if the battery WAS THE ISSUE. I had to just tell them to replace the battery and hope it would start after that?! Honestly I've never heard of such a thing.

You have car troubles, you take it in, they tell you what's wrong, they fix it, you pay. In this scenario.you have car troubles, you pay/or tell them what to fix, they diagnose, they fix it, you pay again. Their auto body shop also quoted me over $5000 for damage that another shop quoted $2000.

Bought our XT5 from Jorge here. He gave us a great deal. We are totally happy with our Cadillac. Alex, in the Service Department is our service representative. He's a great communicator and responds quickly with answers. Very Happy with Casa de Cadillac and its employees!

Our salesman Greg Foley was a perfect match for us. He perceived our interests and concerns and provided all of the detailed information we needed. Greg Anderson was very helpful with ordering our CTS and getting our accessories installed, as was Steve Michael. Francesca Barry made the finance endeavor a comfortable and expedient experience. We felt like we were family to all of the great people we worked with at the dealership.
