Very friendly service. I took my car in for a noise I was hearing from the front suspension area and they were able to diagnose and fix the same day. I had previously taken the car in for the same issue to another out of state dealer that told me "they didn't hear any noise and they couldn't find anything wrong". These guys found the issue in no time at all and the parts were all in stock.

Add to that I have extended mechanical coverage through a 3rd party agency and the service manager Rene handled it with ease. For sure I will get all my service there and when I am ready to trade in this is my dealership of choice.

Justin of acura service dept. Came through as always when I needed to repair one of my vossen custom wheels that I had curbed on mon. Chapman acura in house wheel tech did a top notch professional repair job. I can't tell where I damaged my rim.

Took my Acura MDX in for new struts, which is no fun. But, the team of Chapman Acura made it as painless as possible. Zach checked me early and the initial diagnostic appointment took an hour just as promised. Then Rene walked me through what needed to be done and some other options of things I might want to consider having done. There was no pressure, just information.

Because the work was extensive they gave me a great loaner MDX so I could get to work and called to let me know it was ready even earlier than I expected. Thank you Chapman Service for getting my beloved MDX back on the road - I highly recommend this professional team. I will be back!

Have been shopping for a crossover since February 2021. Low inventory and NOBODY wanted to work with us. Everyone was, "that's the price we're asking, that's the price you pay." Chapman has inventory and went old school, with a little back and forth to get the price we wanted. THAT is why we made our purchase of a 2022 RDX A-Spec. They made us feel like our business was valued, not just a number and another mark to gouge, while inventory is low.

I was able to get same day service when needed. There was no effort to make unnecessary repairs. Service was quick and efficient. I was pleased to receive it back washed and vacuumed.

3 months and they still haven't sent the license plate, they told me it's at their offices but they can't hand it to me. They also never answer the phone, or call you back. Would not recommend coming here.

I would not recommend purchasing a car from Chapman Acura or any other Chapman dealer. I Purchased a 2017 Mustang GT Premium March of 2021. I cancelled my GAP August of 2021 and now it is January of 2022 and still have not received payment. I go every few months with paperwork they have signed. Still nothing. I will be going today but I have zero hope.

I have appointment today. Before I come t told them I just need oil change and ask them how long for service cause I must come back to work. They said just 1hr for oil change. I came earlier 15 minutes. Before I gave them car to doing my service. I told them, I just changed 4 my new tires at Costco. I did rotate, I did alignment, and air tires too last week, I told them I don't need do any services about my tires.

Just oil change it took 1hr45 minutes and then I received messages for add more service about my filters. I said yes for filters change then I waited next 30 minutes they came back and said no filters and wait 2hrs to change it or come back. Total 2hrs15 minutes but service did not done. Then when I checked out I was so upset cause they charged me $28 for rotate the wheels and air tires even I did not ask. I just did them last week. Why they upsell me? Don't upsell customer and doing the service with your heart with the honest.

Back in July 2021 we went in to Chapman Acura after looking online on at one of their used vehicles. It was a 2007 Toyota Avalon. We got there and met with David Valenzuela who we had previously talked with to discuss what we were looking for. A fellow co worker had him a sales rep and recommended him to us. We get to Chapman Acura, we test drive the Toyota Avalon, Negotiated a price, got approved, signed all the paperwork, went home, took a nap, ate lunch and got a call only to find it out it had already been sold the PREVIOUS Saturday.

False advertisement! So after all that mess, we decided to test drive a 2012 Toyota Corolla. Come to find out, we can't test drive it because they have the engine all tore apart due a check engine light being on. So we sat in it to see if it would even work for us. They ended up putting a newer engine it which took over a month for us to get the car back.

They did give us a rental which was appreciated. Now, since August we have been trying to get our license plates. My husband has called and talked to David several times and he just gives him another temporary. I have left 4 messages with Patrick who Davids supervisor, and the general VM (cause no one answers the phone) and I have NOT heard back from anyone.

We are so done. We just want our license plate please and be done with Chapman forever. This place is ridiculous. They really dont care about their customer. They have MAJOR FALSE Advertising! Terrible customer service. Dishonest and NO INTEGRITY. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

I wouldn't buy from this dealership again. I'm pretty sure they sold me a CPO car that wasn't actually certified - and they had to cover for this after the sale. They lost paperwork, they asked for more money 5 months after purchase, they took months to get me my Acura finance paperwork, and months for my plates to arrive. This dealership is shockingly disorganized. Mr. Chapman needs to do a review of this place. Shop elsewhere.

Took my vehicle in yesterday for an oil change and tire rotation. I got a cup of coffee, sat down, and before I could even get comfortable in the waiting room my service was complete. Close to 30 minutes in all. I could not believe the speed and thought perhaps this was a joke, "An oil change and tire rotation at a DEALERSHIP this fast?" That's exactly what it was. So great service from a friendly staff who I can clearly see work as a team. Thank you!

Sales team is great BUT the services team is horrible. This is the third time I have had my Acura serviced and every single time I am told I can not get a loaner vehicle. They never want to help the customer. On multiple occasions things have been passed to me to do that should be their job. "You can call Honda and ask for a loaner car, " the man told me. Uummm sir, why is that my job when you are the same company and you are servicing my car? They only start to be nice when you call the GM, which I have had to do before. I will NEVER buy another vehicle here.

The agent Rene was very helpful and friendly. I took my vehicle in for a recall repair and Rene was the only person that greeted me and apologized for the wait. The only reason I am giving this rating is because I didn't really feel comfortable nor welcomed. The wait time was long, no one offered water or a chair and for the most part it seemed like everyone was in a bad mood.

Chapman has a reputation statewide for quality customer service. Their staff is professional and courteous. Beware of the parts department--you can't leave without buying something. They have so much cool merchandise.

My husband has been researching SUVs online and found one at Chapman Acura that he wanted to check out. Eddie Rush greeted us, helped us find the specific car (bringing us inside to cool off and get some water first) and also showed us other options. He was super nice, helpful, and not the least bit pushy! Honestly, we liked him so much, we were extra disappointed that the Acuras ended up not working for our needs - we would have liked to purchase from Eddie.

Service Representative Mr. Pence was at my driver's side door upon pulling up to have service on our Acura. The service was superb. Upon waiting for oil changes was quickly informed of the advised or questionable repairs that was needed. "Engine Filter and Cabin Filter". I can say that this was a smooth quick process as I had made the appointment online and Mr. Pence made the stay at the dealership very limited especially during these times with the COVID-19. Thank you James and the person who serviced our Acura MDX. Much appreciated!

I have been coming to Chapman Acura for 15 years. I purchased 2 cars, and have never had my cars serviced anywhere but Chapmen Acura Tucson. In all that time, I have NEVER been disappointed in the service. My Service Advisor, Joe Cassano, is outstanding. Never have I left feeling I was taken advantage of. joe is always professional, polite and knows what he's talking about. I highly appreciate Chapman service.

Chapman Acura is in my hometown where I now have a vacation home. In the last couple of years I have had occasion to need service on short notice prior to returning to my principal residence in San Diego. Most recently I needed a "B" service on very short notice because of a tight schedule. The scheduling person was extremely helpful and got me right in.

The service personnel were very friendly and efficient. My service was quickly completed while I had a cup of coffee and read the newspaper. I almost didn't recognize my dusty car with bugs on the windshield because it had been beautifully washed in the short time that my service took. I also got to sit in a vintage 1991 Acura NSX and compare it to the new NSX while I waited. What fun! This is really a great dealership and service department.

My 2005 was in desperate need of repair and Chapman was able to accommodate the repairs on short notice. I drove away in what felt like a different car, all of the rattles and noise were gone! I'm thrilled!

Came here today looking for a car and was "helped" by Michael M. Everything that came out of his mouth was a lie, wasn't helpful. Told me leasing was better, he leases the last 5 of his cars. I told him sure bc you get great deals working here. He told he that employees don't get deals. That was laughable. Then he told me that they dont buy back a lease.

So I guess every other car make does but Acura. I had enough and told my husband that we should go look elsewhere. He then stated to ask if he lowered the price would we work with him. Umm no thanks because you already lied to me enough, how the heck am I supposed to trust anything this guy says going forward. He just screamed used car salesman.

I just purchased my 2019 Acura Advance model RDX at this dealership this past week. My experience was terrific! It was so good, in fact, that I chose to drive down to this dealership from Phoenix to pick it up. They were fair, respectful, and everyone was so friendly and down to earth. Special thank you to Kimberly Peters, who sold me my car and communicated with me for months (literally) before I decided I was ready to make the purchase.

I spoke with several other dealerships during this time, and ultimately I chose to go with Chapman Acura because they were not pushy, condescending, and really trustworthy. Kimberly Peters made a process I was dreading enjoyable and stress-free. AND I LOVE my new Acura! Thanks, Chapman Acura!

Stephanie in finance is amazing. She really works hard for you to get the very best deal. I went to several dealerships and I'll never go anywhere else. Purchased a new vehicle from Chapman Acura today. Lupita was our sales associate, and she did a great job of showing us all the vehicles we were interested in. Jaime, the manager, was very patient during the negotiation process and worked very well with us. Stephanie and Dennya (the two finance managers) were also very pleasant and helpful regarding the purchase. We also met a number of other staff members and they were all very friendly. It was a truly easy and enjoyable car buying experience.

Service was done on time and recommendations were followed as they were deemed necessary. New Michelin tires were installed as mine were over 8 years old. My only complaint is that it can be difficult to reach someone to make an appointment. I made four calls before getting through.
