Short on service techs. Came in on a Saturday and wait time for oil change was over 5 hours. Was told weekdays are better. Came back on weekday and was almost 2 hours for oil change. Not worth spending $100 for an oil change. Vehicle was done but nobody came to me to let me know. I Finally had to track someone down to get checked out. Tons of recommended service including brake fluid replacement and noted low fluid. I would've thought they would top it off my brake fluid. Agreed to new air filter but it didn't get done. This is my last service with Chapman after 8 years.

I always have a good experience at this dealership. I've been coming here since I've bought my car in 2016 because how great I am treated. Personally, having car issues is the most dreaded thing to occur in my book and this place does their best to make the experience less dreadful. I met with Tyler B recently for an oil change and found to have a cracked coolant tank among other pricey things.

He had me in and out by the end of the day which always impresses me. He also called to update me once which is probably a first since I usually have to call for an update. I'm very appreciative of all the effort put in to make this day go smoother than it started.

The financial paperwork was messed up. It stated my first payment was 100 days out, not 45 days out. I never received a call about re-signing the paperwork. I called two and a half weeks later to ask why the vehicle I traded in wasn't paid off. No thank me could give me an answer. I continued to get transferred to finance, no one answered the phone.

I left three or four messages, NO ONE CALLED ME BACK. Once I finally got a hold of Tyler in finance, he stated he would send someone out to me to have the new paperwork signed. That never happened, and I had to drive to the dealership to sign. Tyler stated that would put a rush on my documents, which again never happened. I was late on a payment on a vehicle I didn't have anymore.

Once it was paid, there was still a $24 balance. I paid that. My experience was terrible, and I will never buy a vehicle from here again. Tyler was always on his cell phone, and was lazy in everything he did. I will stay far away from this place. This was the absolute worst experience in buying a car that I have ever had.

I'm a first-time customer and I must say I've never received a more professional and outstanding service as I did from Service Advisor Tyler Ballard. He's an affable individual that took the time to chat with me and answer all of my "first timer" questions. It's a 15 mile trip to Chapman Chevrolet from my home but it's worth the effort to receive the level of service that I received today. Also, I would like to give a tip of the hat to the technician that worked on my 'Vette. My review of his work showed that he was very thorough and left my car as clean as when I dropped it off.

I'm giving them 5 stars because of the great service the service advisor provided. His name was Tyler and he was great to work with! He got my truck in right away for a diagnostic test. He was extremely helpful through the check in process, and very good at explaining what was going to be done! He should get a promotion!

Tyler was very helpful. From the moment I arrived to the dealership all the way up to delivering my truck he was very informative and attentive and genuinely showed interest in me and my vehicle. The service department here is amazing. They helped save me from a disaster before it occurred and had the necessary repairs done very quickly. I could've lost my engine and been stranded. Phil and Tyler are great service writers and Blackbeard is a great lead technician! This place understands the importance of maintaining vehicles to prevent unfortunate events. Thank you!

So I had recently posted a negative review but Chapman Chevy brought back in to see the result and showed me why they wrote the findings they did. It turns out that they acutely presented serious issues with my vehicle and that it was the other dealership that failed to show my actual results of my vehicle. I have to say that this dealership (Chapman) is a very accurate and honest dealership and I will be using them fro here on out.

I want to apologize for my last review and I'm glad to know that Chapman service team Tyler and Robert really did work hard to show me they are a honest dealership and are capable of great service. I'm glad they responded to me and made me feel like they really want my business. With that said, I fully recommend this dealership to anyone in the valley and can honestly say you will be pleased on how complete and honest their service team is. Thank you.

The car buying experience with Chapman Chevrolet was like no other we have experienced and we would highly recommend this dealership. There was no pressure to buy, the staff was very friendly, and the whole process was smooth and painless. Our salesman Robert was very personable and he really paid attention to what we were looking for vehicle and payment wise.

Once we fell in love with one of the vehicles it was a very smooth process. We did not have to play games and go back and forth with numbers. We were able to wait in their nice lounge area while we waited for the finance department to draw up all the paperwork. Roberto in the finance department made every effort to get us the best interest rate and made sure to stay at our budget amount.

There were no surprise fees/add ons. It is no surprise that many employees have been there for 10+ years. Thank you all for making this a great experience we will definitely be recommending Chapman Chevrolet to everyone!

I had a wonderful experience with Justin G (salesman), David S (sales manager) and Danny O (finance). As most do, I walked in cautiously and ready to "haggle" for cents. To my surprise they cut to the point, they were flexible and no pressure! I left to think on it, and after dealing with other dealerships, I returned because of their service. Exactly the kind of group you want to deal with!
