Great first time experience! Just needed inspection on this visit but they did offer suggestions for other services that may or may not be due depending on service records from the previous owner, a relative. No pressure at all, but they said after I check the records, if there's anything that needs to be done, just bring the car back. If I find out the car does need any other maintenance at this time, I would be confident in bringing the car back to Colonial for the service.

There was no work done. I brought the car over to have the headlights evaluated for the possible replacement. I was told they did not meet the criteria for replacement. I was there about 1 hour (just like I was told). I was then told that my rear brakes would need replacement. How did that come up when I brought the car in for the headlights? I know the answer will be they wanted to check my car and make sure it is safe to drive but I feel this is a gimmicky approach and really turns me off

Wow definitely can't buy any Nissan from another dealer. I've never meet a good person in their profession so far. Other car dealers so far have been trying to get me to pay the most I can pay or even if I can't afford it just brush it off because it's not their money. Bryan Armstrong is the best and really did everything he could to help me out and inform me.

Colonial Nissan is by far the best car service repair facility I have ever been too! Every single employee greeted me with kindness and a smile which is so rare nowadays! Even though I was stressed and concerned about my vehicle they promptly fixed it and easily provided me transportation for work and getting my son around until my car was ready! I had an issue with my vehicle. Colonial was polite, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Most importantly they handled the issue I had quickly and got me my vehicle back. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone who asked.

I walked into Nissan not having much of an idea of what I wanted, all I knew is I wanted something different. Bob Gray greeted me at the door and sat me down instantly. After no longer than 30 minutes of getting my information and asking me questions, trying to understand what I was interested in we only looked at 2 cars. about 2 hours later he had me driving off of the lot with a 2019 Nissan Altima making payments in my price range!

This car is everything I could imagine driving and on top of that, the service Bob provided was professional, respectful, comforting, fast and understanding. Bob definitely is my go to! Thank you Nissan, and Bob Gray! Definitely worth it!

Only had an encounter with the service department & I had no issues. Marc & his team was great. Everything went smoothly and my car runs better than before. Went in for brakes & rotors that a prior shop messed up. They replaced everything the prior shop did & it runs smoother than ever.

Wasn't sure how this would turn out since most dealerships are overpriced but I was satisfied with the work they provided for my wife's car. Nissan took responsibility for my transmission even though it was a week past warranty expiration and paid 90% of cost which at 3,900.00 was a relief to pay 390.00 for the work. I definitely noticed an improvement in the way the car drives and so far happy with the work.

Bad experience with the manager. Extremely not a professional do not go to Colonial Nissan location. All people that work at Colonial Nissan including manager need to learn how to talk to the customers.

My brother works here and a salesman made a racist remark to him. So he told management and they did absolutely nothing about. He told both his service managers and the owner and not action has been done. The salesman name is Rick Trier.

Did not like how they treat me. I received letter from this business with offer to sell my car and get new one for a good deal, and when I got there, they said "It's just advertisement to get you here." So, now I am here and they are making fun on me that I believed their offer and that I will receive a good price/customer service! I took my time to come there so they can humiliate me. Horrible!

This review needs to be the first one seen on Yelp cause it needs to be front and center. this is a warning that people should not go there! As an observer of my friend who unluckily purchased her car at this dealership. When purchasing the car her decision was either a 2011 versa no warranty or a 2013 Sentra which she was told had a 36,000 3 yr warranty as the car had so few miles it needed no repairs until this month 33 months into warranty She was sent in by Nissan corporate and they would let her know if they will pay to fix it Discovered they lied no warranty. but first offered to take a look at the car to "just see if maybe they can fix it for her " and then told her they would have fixed the window motor but since it's the master switch there's no financial compensation.and oh yeah they billed her for looking at the car even though Nissan corporate sent her to Colonial Nissan

My Mom and I had a 9:00 AM appointment with the intentions of looking at a used Nissan Rogue. We were greeted by everyone and were offered water and coffee numerous times while we were there. Mitch showed us some Rogues and my Mom test drove it and she ended up buying it right then and there! We were even offered a soft pretzel and they were grilling up hot dogs for customers outside! This dealership is also in a great location!

It's hard not to be wary of servicing your car at a dealership. However, I must day for the last 2.5 years, I have had nothing but amazing service. When I arrive, I am always greeted with a smile by the valets. I am incredibly lucky bc Bryan became my assigned service manager and he's fantastic. He's kind, thoughtful and never ever pressures me into doing any of the services.

Sometimes I have time to do them, some I do later and some I prioritize. My schedule stinks so outside of the regular oil changes (which are super cheap at $20 every 5000 miles through their oil change club), Bryan always works something out with me. Not only are the oil changes cheap (pathfinder) but even the brake job ended up being cheaper than 3 other places I called. Suffice to say, I'm pretty happy.

We were looking at new cars and stopped in were accosted immediately by a Salesman and led to his desk we put the brakes on that tactic by saying we were unsure which crossover would fulfill our needs and wanted to check a couple out first well every stereotype you imagine about a car salesman you can find right here one thing that really turned me off was the little add on sticker saying " market value adjustment" and adding an additional 3500- 5 grand to the already overpriced offerings they had Market Value Adjustment? Are you kidding me?

I didn't see a hoarde of people lined up beating down the doors to get their own new car and, the TV commercial claims "if you can't make a deal with me, you can't make a deal with anyone" Bullshit! I wouldn't even consider buying a car from a Dealership that openly reams the customers! Absolutely criminal because if you buy here you pay up to 5 grand over sticker and when you drive off the lot you lose about 40% of value off that sticker and you just paid 5 grand over Not this guy!

This is for the service department. I had an appt here this morning at 7:30, got there on time, this is my first experience with CN, drop off is a valet model, they cover your seat with protective plastic and a floor covering right there, walked inside, right up to the counter with no delay, lots of people there working at 7:30 am, registered with the agent and I walked home to wait. Got a call a few hours later, I was not in a hurry so I told them that any time before 2 would be great, service was complete and my car problem is now solved. Picked up the car, easy breazy. BTW, they have a $100 oil change package for 5 visits, good deal.

Just like the previous reviewers said, this is a horrible place to do business. People in the office are arrogant and don't care your business. I met a sales guy who was silent unless you ask him a question and this guy loudly made a phone call in his own language while we were reading a document. Most of the sales team just sat there in the sofa and didn't care to greet you. I would not recommend this place.

Their sales department is trash. Once you've purchased a vehicle, you better not have any further questions or issues because they start treating you like an alien with two heads! Their service department across the street is way more professional and pleasant to deal with. I gave three stars because of service department.

I won't be going back here, even with the few free oil changes I rec'd when I purchased my vehicle. I have had many years experience with this dealership and maintenance shop. I have purchased my last 4 vehicles here and will never go back for maintenance or another vehicle after this last experience. They consistently are trying to offer repairs not needed and charge entirely too much for the services you do need. Stop ripping off the community.

Stopped in here last night to look at a used Rogue I had seen on their website. The price was more than listed on the site, the salesman was vocally irritated at having to work, made a homophobic joke, and was just generally unpleasant. We ended up leaving without even test driving.

I came in to Colonial Nissan to get an alignment and some other things looked at that I was having issues with. They told me I had a bent/leaking strut and to just keep an eye on it and that it didn't need to be fixed. I spent close to $400 fixing my car and thought I was done. A month later, I went to another Nissan dealership closer to my home to get an oil change and a tire rotation and they mentioned the strut to me and told me that my extended warranty covers it and it was ordered for the following week. WHY DIDN'T COLONIAL MENTION THIS TO ME?!

I am furious - if something is covered under warranty, then a customer should be notified. Now I am wondering --- did I get ripped off? Did I REALLY need $400 worth of repairs? Never going to Colonial again. Don't care how close they are to my work. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Had a horrible experience at colonial Nissan with the owner. He was like if I had to guess your payments are around $330/m I was like no it's $520. He asked what are you trying to do, I said get into a new car and lower my payments. He said how's that feasible, I said well I have quotes for $28k on the a brand new 2014 max, he said what package, I said the premium package with tech, he goes where are you getting the prices, I said true car, he goes we are the #1 Nissan dealership and we don't deal with true car, gets up and walks away saying thank You for your time. Is there NEGATIVE STARS!?!?!? I would give this thing negative and report them to BBB! I took my car in for services here many times and suspected they are scamming people but i give them the benefit of a doubt. I'm too naive! I took my car in for service again the other day, and i was told i need new rear brake pads and refile rotors for my next visit (3000 miles).

They were going to charge me over $200 for this service. Drove home for the holiday and took it to a mechanic (friend of the family) and have him check it out. Rear brake pads have 50% life left and rotors were perfectly fine and in perfect condition. He said it would take me at least another 6 MONTHS! to even think about changing. Since he had them out already, i changed the rear brake pads anyway! NEVER AGAIN I WILL GO BACK HERE! I RATHER DRIVE OVER 100 MILES FOR HONEST BUSINESS!
