This was by far the best vehicle buying experience I have ever been through. Kevin, my sales associate was very friendly and prompt with communication. I ordered the vehicle, and they were great with updates on assembly and delivery. I was coming in from Nashville and they were able to have all paperwork complete and ready to go so I could get back on the road! Would highly recommend Courtesy Acura and their team, great job!

Top notch service, picked this car because of the care and compassion of the sales person. We have previously gone with another brand, but they did not compare with the sales team. They did not require a down payment for the car we ordered, did business on a simple handshake. This goes above and beyond for us.

Lovely experience. Our car had trouble on the highway, so we slowly found our way here by finding this location in the on board directory. No one knew we would be there yet they made time to fit us in. They have a well appointed waiting room, clean washrooms and a nice mall across the street. Found this place out of necessity but I certainly would consider going back on purpose. They are kind, professionals. Chris in the service department went above and beyond for us. Thank you.

The staff there were friendly and served me so patiently. I wish I could give more stars for Jonathan. He was very knowledgeable, he was NOT a pushy salesman. EDIT: I forgot in the original post to give a shout out to Chris Stamper! He was very polite, available when I called for updates, knowledgeable, and arranged for quick service repairs. My car was not working at all because of the alternator. Chris also very courteously (pun intended.) offered to help arrange a tow to Courtesy Acura, but I already had AAA.
Within I believe 24 hours, the Service Department had run the diagnostics, confirmed the issue, called and I approved the repair charges, etc. then picked my car up the morning after they called to say it was ready. Thank y'all :)

A HUGE SHOUT OUT TO MR. LEVI RICHARDSON! If you're looking for great attentive service this is the place to be. I promise it isn't like typical dealerships with typical dealership B.S. I felt comfortable and at ease while working with Levi. I ended up not buying from Courtesy only because they didn't have the vehicle I was looking for, but Levi was absolutely amazing, patient and understanding.
