Jodie was incredibly helpful when I looked into buying a RAV4. She kept me updated over the weeks before it arrived, was helpful and patient along the way, and took the time to help me with documents, insurance, etc on the day I finally bought it. She literally made the difference between me purchasing from DCH versus another dealership and I highly recommend her! Dennis was very professional and gave us all the information we needed to purchase the vehicle. He was very courteous and pleasant to deal with, buying a car is a nerve racking experience but he made the process smooth for us. We were very happy with the outcome. Mike the manager was straight forward didn't waste any of our time which we appreciated.

We received a very good service from the sales person mr. Nelson. He handled us very professionally. Ver good customer service. Very pleasant guy and patient. I will recommend my friends to go to him in the future. After place an order while waiting the car to be shipped which took 1 month we have been updated the status every 2 days until we received the vehicle.
Also we liked it very much the updated version of Sienna. It's feels like luxury vehicle. Feel Very quite inside when it's on the road. I have been to couple of Toyota dealers but DCH is the best to negotiate the price and they almost meet your budget. Overall best customer service.

I've now gotten 2 cars from DCH Brunswick in the last five years and the customer service was outstanding. My sales associate, Hesh, did an amazing job getting me into my Toyota Corolla back in 2017, and when I came back January of 2021 wanting a new car, he listened to all of my spec requests, and recommended the 2021 Toyota Corolla Hatchback as a step up from my well loved classic Corolla.
