I bought what I thought was a great car only to find out less than one week after it was previously damaged with a cracked rim that was welded. What gets better is I paid for the wheel & tire warranty to find out it is useless and doesn't work. Called and wrote for a refund now two months later I am out of pocket over $3k on the warranty and $2k on the tire/wheel repair with no choice left but to sue in small claims court. Dealers responded with lie after lie that they would fix the issue and nothing but lip service. Buyer beware!

Given the current market we are living through, my experience with this dealership was by far one of the best experiences I've had when it comes to purchasing a car. After many months of shopping around, multiple visits to other dealership and test driving the car, I finally found the one my wife wanted. The sales person and the rest of the staff was great, they were not pushy and worked with me on my trade and asking price. I hope be back and purchase another car in the the future.

Very disappointed with this dealership. They told me they had the rdx we were looking for on their lot. After making an appointment and driving 45 minutes we get there and they said it was at an auto body shop getting rims painted black. Really? A new car? And then added $1,800 for this accessory! I would have been happy with the way it came. They also added $4,000 to the price. Also, they only offered us $11,000 for our trade in when all the other dealerships offered us $15,000. Needless to say we walked away. Waste of time!

I cannot recommend this dealer enough! My husband and I were looking for a specific vehicle and were fortunate enough to find exactly what we wanted at this dealership. I worked with Walter to get me into a brand new 2022 TLX, and it was a very pleasant experience! Walter is great, and helped me get everything i desired. He handed me over to Sean to finish up the paperwork. He was very respectful and courteous. I highly recommend this dealership!

Overall great experience, all the staff was super friendly and helpful. This location is PET FRIENDLY, they even have water bowls and a grass area outside. Mauricio was super helpful and honest. I have been to other Acura dealership in the and they have tried to run up the bill. NOT HERE! I will definitely be using them as my Acura dealership. And make sure you check in with the receptionist before you sit down (it on the paper they give you).I definitely PAY ATTENTION NEXT TIME!

I leased my 2021 Acura TLX A-Spec from here. I drove the car for 3000 miles and the paint on the front bumper was peeling. There was a 3 by 2 inch section of paint missing from my car with with no dents underneath the paint. I explained my case to the service manager and was met with a unprofessional response. He repeatedly told me that it was rock chips damage and that they will not fix it.

After multiple visits as the paint got worse the service manager refused to bring an Acura Rep to inspect the car. Finally I asked him to simply take pictures and send them to Acura to see what they say. He flatly told me no and they would not do anything about it. I took my car to Open Road Acura in Wayne and they had an Acura Rep in the next week and he inspected the damage and approved the repair was covered under warranty.

Thanks to them my car looks brand new and it cost me $0. Save your time if you have service needs and go to Open Road Acura in Wayne. They are more professional and actually want to help there customers. I attached a picture of the peeling paint.

It's true what they say. for someone to actually write a review, their experience had to have been amazingly good or horrific. Luckily, I had an amazing experience! I had been dreading car hunting the months leading up to the end of my lease. I have had 3 acuras before this and all were from DCH Montclair. While my experiences have been good just the process of searching and the back and forth can get taxing.

This time was stood out to me. Tony was my sales rep and he was not the gross kind who pushes the higher end models/extraneous upgrades. He respected my budget, was super straight forward with me, and just made the whole transaction go as smoothly as possible. Now, Shawn really set this experience apart from my past trips here. He actually encouraged me to ask questions and took the time to explain every question I had.

Trust me there were *a lot* of questions. While there were definitely people lining up behind me, he was fully invested in our discussion and he did not hurry me through the paperwork. I knew going into this it'd probably pretty dry, but the team went above and beyond to make this an enjoyable experience. They are what a car dealership should be.

I live 5 minutes away from another Acura dealership, but I do NOT go to it. I make the 30 min drive to DCH Montclair and there is a reason why. Do yourself a favor and ask for Tony and Shawn next time! I would give them 10 stars if I could.

DON'T BUY CARS HERE. My experience with this dealer is being the most horrible experience. Let me summarize by saying that when they want to sell you a car, they are the nicest car dealers, but after the sell they don't want to hear about your or help you. They keep transferring you from one department to another and you will never get results from them.

I bought a used car in 2019 close to 2020 and also bought a whole package of insurance that includes car key replacement, since 2020 that I lost my key I haven't being able to get my car key replacement from the insurance this dealer told me to buy. I tried to get my key replacement in 2020 and nothing happen the guy who was a financial manager told me that he will take care of it and never did so ended buy all the key with my money.

I am trying again 2022 to get those keys again since I paid $500 for the insurance and now they are saying that they don't have the information and the contract for my car will take weeks to get it. The insurance company that handles the key replacement ask the dealer to sent a proof of the keys they gave us and for almost a month I haven't been able to get in contact or talk to someone that can help me to finish the process.

You will have to go there personally so they can pay attention to your demands and even thought they always habe an excuse to help. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE DEALER. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS DELAER.

Above market rates, but offer excellent and reliable service. My car was towed here and I was grateful they were able to repair my tire and rim. One tire cost $250 and the rim repair (not a new rim) cost $150. I asked if they could offer any promotions or discounts and they said no. I did not have the option to bring my car to a more affordable establishment as it was towed to this location.

They do a complimentary inspection, wheel alignment, and car wash included with the service. Overall they were very pleasant to communicate with, and provided good work, although pricey.

Buyer Beware I believe I was the victim of a con carried out by Acura of Montclair (100 Bloomfield Avenue) I purchased a 2014 Corvette in July 2021 and in less than a month I started to experience car troubles. The car was towed to the dealer 2 days after the incident (8/17/21) I contacted the dealership for assistance, only to have them ignore my requests.

The car was kept at the dealer for almost a month with no communication from the service department or anyone after numerous attempts from my part to communicate with them. On 9/14/2021 I personally went to investigate what was the status of the vehicle only to find out that the car was sitting there for nearly a month with no repairs they had no excuse other than the storm which was on 9/1/21 and the car was there 2 weeks prior.

That day the car was sent to another dealer to figure out what was causing the malfunction a week later I find out the car needs a new engine which is 15k and it's not covered by warranty due to some after market parts which were added to the vehicle prior to me purchasing it. The warranty was sold with that in mind and we were assured that it wouldn't be an issue.

At this point the car has been at the dealer longer than what I've used it for and I'm still making payments on this vehicle so that my credit doesn't get ruined. Acura of Verona fraudulently sold me a piece of junk at top dollar and now refuses to do anything to resolve these issues. I strongly believe this is a pattern. I urge all buyers to please stay away from these fraudsters because they are not credible and will definitely rip you off.

Brought in my 2021 RDX for its first oil change. Took advantage of their 5 oil change + 2 tire rotations pre-paid service plan for $179.99 + tax ( which is an awesome deal! Don't worry full synthetic oil is same price!). Usually you need to book appt weeks in advance but I called at 730am for express service and they got me in at 830am. Extremely horrible experience! They sold me a used Vehicle As-Is! Did not do any service on the vehicle before they sold it to me. While purchasing, they made me believe the car was in great shape. Kept emphasizing how great the carfax was and how the previous Owner took great care of the vehicle. The first day I pulled it off the lot, the brake lights came on. Took it to the manufacturer to get inspected, brakes were so bad, it was labeled unsafe to drive. DCH fixed the problem after the fact, but did not offer me a loaner. Had lack of sympathy for the fact that the car was unsafe to drive.

I can't believe they put me and my children in an unsafe vehicle. They said they did an inspection but clearly they didn't do a thorough inspection. They were very dishonest about the vehicle during the purchasing process, guy in finance didn't give me a full copy of all the documents I signed. I Requested the complete folder, still did not give me all the documents.

I complained about the vehicle and wanted to swap out, they suggested I spend more money. Seems like if you're not buying a Brand new car from this dealer, then you can't trust the used cars. They don't do thorough inspections on used cars. I wouldn't suggest purchasing a used luxury vehicle from them, (maybe not even an used vehicle) their mechanics may or may not be experienced in the specific vehicle.

Such a horrible experience, I chose this dealership because of the reviews, clearly I got a different experience. Deceitful, lack of empathy, lack of accountability, lack of ownership for repairs. I can't trust a dealership who won't do the necessary repairs and inspections on a used vehicle before selling it. I understand I purchased an As- Is vehicle, but where is the law that protects the customer from the dealership who will sell a vehicle without doing any repairs before selling it. If I could give 0 stars I would. I will be contacting Corporate. Good Luck to anyone buying from DCH!

Had a good experience purchasing my certified pre-owned MDX from Walter and Al, who were both knowledgeable and easy to work with. Barbara at the front desk was also super friendly, helpful, and sweet. Definitely a better experience than at Park Avenue Acura.

I purchased a pre-owned car, low mileage, with an extended warranty that costs about $50/month. Seven months in, I am having very serious electrical issues with the car. It is currently at another dealership being serviced (it is not an Acura), and on Monday, April 26, it will have been in the shop for a MONTH. So, one month of the eight months that I have owned the car it has been in the shop.

The warranty, meanwhile, covers very little, and my out of pocket expenses are in the thousands and climbing. The people at Acura sold me the car. They aware of the situation. I have yet to receive a call from anyone at the dealership despite the fact that I was told someone would be getting in touch. Even if there is nothing which can be done (which I doubt), a call would be a simple courtesy since a customer is in the midst of a horrendous experience with a care that they sold me. There are a million dealerships out there. I do not recommend this one.

Walter was amazing! He was prompt, quick and unbelievably helpful. I was in and out within 2hrs. He was very patient! My 2 kids loved being at the dealership sitting in all the cars in the showroom. Walter Goldman. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicle, during the test, he took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked in the driver assistance systems, also make sure I was set up properly as far as connecting the bluetooth with my phone, Apple CarPlay Xm Radio, etc. I was out of the dealership within 3 hours. But the most amazing part is that during all this time I was with my 5 yr old toddler.

The process was So quick and professional. Walter Goldman went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated and comfortable. Overall my experience at DCH Montclair Acura was Great! Best price around, I fully recommend.

As always, I had an excellent experience at the DCH Montclair Acura dealership this past Saturday leasing my new 2021 Acura ILX. Colleen was extremely informative and helpful, answering all of the questions I had pertaining to the ending of my lease and ensuring that I remained an Acura customer. She went above and beyond making sure I was informed and knowledgeable, courteous as always throughout. Walter likewise provided incredible customer service walking me through the process (as well as returning my phone calls and emails with questions) and making himself available as it best fit my schedule.

I appreciate his flexibility and with all of the assistance he provided me with re-leasing. This is my 5th leased Acura and it is largely because of the customer service of Colleen and Walter that I continue to be a loyal and happy customer. Thank you!

I had an appointment for the AMG GT C and was looking forward to getting in it for a spin. The person that assisted us was a white tall gentleman probably in his late 30s. He didn't sound like he wanted to assist us and he was unknownledgeable of the car and seemed to give us the cold shoulder thinking we couldn't afford the car.

My experience with DCH Montclair Acura is nothing short of excellent. They are attentive and straightforward. When purchasing my vehicle, they provided me with all the information that I needed to make an informed decision. It is clear that they wanted to find the best vehicle for my family needs. Walter Goldman and Hamad Matari made it easy for me to get into a new MDX 2020. I got to the dealer at my appointment time and within 90 minutes the appraised my return 2019 MDX and I drove away in a new 2020 MDX. Walter and Hamas are fair and professional and make it easy and efficient. This is my 4th MDX from DCH and third with Walter. Happy New Year and stay safe!
