Power steering went out while driving. Radiant leaked within 2 days of purchase. Got an estimate for hundreds of dollars of repairs to two head gasket valve seals. All within 30 days. When calling for repairs their phone number is disconnected. When calling their Lancaster location they refuse to assist and tell "Do what you have to do" when you inform them that it is against the CA Lemon Law to knowingly sell an inoperable vehicle. Do not waste your time purchasing a car from this lot. Horrible experience. Will pursue legal recourse for my loss. Do not subject yourself to the same.

Worst place to buy a car from no matter what the price is do not buy cars from them i bought a acura from them and the transmission went out the following week they also changed the battery when i bought the car so it didnt have any warning lights on the dashboard watch out for them do not buy from this place in lancaster or the palmdale location.

We bought a 2004 Ford Crown Victoria on July 13th which we fiance and it was $300 a month. 2 days ago the car died triple AAA tried to give a jumpstart nothing. Then hit the starter nothing. We did the oil change and got the windows tinted. They picked up the car and said it was voluntarily picked up. They are not doing anything or stopping the leasing. Why would I pay for a car that doesn't work. Worst dealership dont shop there

Very unprofessional. Wanted owners name and license information, hung up on me several times and even made false claims toward me. Very bad company, cars run for about 1,000 miles before you have problems. Do not shop here or Palmdale location.

Worst dealership ever. Bought a 2010 Mini Cooper. Car broke down after two weeks. After taking it to a shop in Lancaster to be fixed come to find out the shop had record of the vehicle being there by desert auto sales prior to me purchasing it. Desert auto sales took it there a couple weeks prior to me buying it so they were well aware of the issues and did not disclose them when selling the car so I had to pay over $2,000 to fix the parts that they were aware of.

After calling "Mitch" from the Palmdale store he kept giving me the run around and refused to tell me the owners name or GM's name. After going around around for 10 min he then says he's partial owner then changes his story again to he's only the sales guy. He ended up yelling at the top of his lungs and hanging up the phone after I confronted him with the question of "is he the owner or just the sales guy?" Completely unprofessional.

After calling the Lancaster store to get answers I got the same run around. Good thing the mechanic has all the documents on this car guess it has to be handled legally now. WARNING! DONT EVER BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS! THEY KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY DO "SELL LEMONS"

Don't ever buy a car from here unless your looking for broken down useless junk cars for a high price. Most if not all their cars have mechanical and electrical problems. Karma will get them back. Money hungry folks taking advantage of the people who trust them. Do yourself a favor and go to Carmax or a REAL DEALERSHIP not these fake ass wanna be dealers with scrap cars.

Took a little over a month to get all proper paperwork, car almost immediately had costly repairs needed such as oil gasket pan repair and oil pump replacement which had my car out of commission for well over 2 weeks. Can't complain too much because of what I spent on car but also expect a better running car than what I got here.

They are unprofessional, sold me a car leaking and transmission was bad, electrical problems, a fire hazard. Be warned. This place sucks and they stole my husbands cigarettes. Thankful I managed to get some of my money back.

Very bad rude nasty towards customer will not sell to surrounding area like Rosamond or Mojave not like other dealers that do, when you go to see there cars they follow you around the lot like a dog, very high mileage cars bad treatment from them.

I bought a 2004 Chrysler Town and Country with $2,000 down and they worked with me on the amount of my monthly payment. They are always there when I need them. They are personable and extremely fare and honest, a breath of fresh air. I have a lot of mouths to feed so I do not by any means have a lot of money to throw away, I wanted something that would last. They stand by their cars, I have referred friends to Desert Auto Sales and they all thanked me. Great cars, Great people, Family owned. Happy, happy, happy.
