My husband and I purchased a bus from Don Brown's and it was a GREAT experience! We worked with Dawn and she was very knowledgeable about the buses they had available. We looked at a couple of them before we made a decision on one. It's in beautiful condition and there were a couple of things they knew they had to fix on it before we took ownership.
They called us when the work was done. Dawn got the title put in our name and the whole process was seamless. Any question we had she was able to answer or get us the answer as quickly as possible. She was great to deal with. She stayed in contact with us to make sure we were all set. Though there were a couple of glitches, Dawn was quick to have them corrected. Thanks again to Don Brown's for the awesome experience!

We purchased a small 15 passenger School bus for our Scout Troop and the process couldn't have been easier. We're from almost 8 hours away and happened to have one of our leaders coming through the area on their way home from a family trip. Dawn worked with us to find the perfect bus for our needs. Our family wants to appreciate Rickie and the other associates. Even had the opportunities to meet Don! (very kind and friendly man) They were all wonderful people, they put forth so much effort in helping us get exactly what we wanted by working around the troubles we had during the sales. I have a dream of a sweet little mobile shop for my retail business. I needed a short type C school bus to make it happen. I looked for one for over a year. Don Brown's had it right on the lot. Dawn (and the whole staff) went beyond the expected to help it become mine despite some crazy unexpected difficulties that popped up. When I picked it up it was inspected and road-ready (except for needing a color change). I'm very happy that I found them. This is the place to go if you need a bus.
