Duncan always does a great job on my vehicles. They work on it when they say the will and they always return it on time. The times when I needed extra work they did it right away and saved me a trip back. The service staff if friendly and helpful.

Selected a vehicle and it was all but signed for and they sold it out from underneath me. It's a joke that they will sell a vehicle to someone else when someone is coming to buy it not even 24 hours from then. $2000 cash down walking in the door and they will pull the rug out from underneath you to make a sale just that little bit sooner. Friendly enough if you plan on walking in and buying something right then and there, but they have zero patience for anyone who isn't.

Duncan is an amazing place to just look around or buy a vehicle, they really treat you like family. Zack was the salesman for me and he was beyond great, he listens to you, is very honest and give you all the info you need and want. This is my first time ever doing a review on anything but it's worth it to help them out and you in buying your forever vehicle!

Duncan Fords body shop did an excellent job at fixing up my baby after my accident in March! Todd in the body shop was very informative, an absolute pleasure to talk with on the phone, he helped me set up a date to come pick my car up once it was ready because I live out of state. Todd and his team did absolutely wonderful work on my baby, and took care of my concerns and needs as well. I highly recommend them if you need body work!
