Something is weird there, Went to purchase car with my credit union financing/Ck Good to go, however, they were trying to do it inhouse after I already talk with the sales person, then they were trying to charge an extra $500 and run my credit with their lender. Noooooo WAYY.needless to say I was disappointed with the salesman and the tactics, decided to purchase another car else where very happy with it Don't take word please see for yourself. Thanks Chris

What a great car buying experience at Duval Acura! Nash Ibrahim is an awesome salesman. I got an amazing deal, very fair price for the 2020 Highlander L that I saw on their website. Nash patiently answered all my questions and there was no haggling necessary. Nash ensured a stress free afternoon. Will definitely return to see Nash in the future for my next vehicle purchase.

Hands-down the best service. Robin goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Very little wait time and they are quick to get your car serviced and even vacuum and wash it for free. Robin is always so friendly and accommodating and flexible. Top-notch customer service! Their service team is the best.

Our salesman Roger Slavens was super friendly and was a pleasure to do business with. The financial staff at Duval Acura were straight to the point with no high pressure sales tactics, no back and forth sales shenanigans, and no absurd "Market Adjustment" like one of the other local Acura dealers. They made an excellent offer on our trade-in and we are extremely satisified with our new 2022 MDX.

Khalid was beyond exceptional! He is polite and knowledgeable and went the extra mile to help me out. All of Duval Acura is wonderful and I highly recommend them. One of the best features is that they have a loaner car ready and waiting for me. I never have to wait. They are awesome and they have created a customer for life!

I worked with Merrick and Aryck. I must say the service was top notch! I walked in and within 30 seconds someone had greeted me and gotten me connected to the service department! Within about 10 minutes they had gotten my car back in service and were setting me up with a rental! From the moment I walked in, and when I came back to pick up my car, there was nothing but complete professionalism and amazing customer service! I definitely recommend the service department for any issues you need dealt with in both a professional and timely manor! Thank you guys again! Y'all rock!

I didn't buy my Acura from Duval because I already owned it before moving to the area but it's always a great experience getting my car serviced here. Everyone I have encountered has been great to deal with, pricing is fair and as an added bonus they actually clean it better than my previous dealer did after the service.

This dealership sold me a 2012 Camry with a transmission recall that was never addressed. They did not inform me of the recall or mention that the car had any transmission issues. Now I am looking at replacing a transmission less than a month after buying the car. This place is dishonest.

Dealership has the worst communication I have ever had. I asked several times to have a manager contact me in regards to my deposit and other questions and I never received a call. I wasn't treated fairly with my deposit for an allocation on the new NSX type S and I missed an opportunity to acquire one due to negligence. I absolutely would not recommend this dealership

After relocating to Florida, I needed to find a new dealership to service my car. I tracked down the local Acura dealers and this one stood out to me. I tried to make an appointment through my Acura application on my phone, but they wanted me to come out mid-October. I think it was because they give out loaners and come and pick up the vehicle. This is very nice service that I don't need.

I picked up the phone and gave them a call. I spoke with a very nice person named Robin. She worked up my order and when I asked if I could come and wait in the lobby, she said I could and was able to get me in the same day. I was happy when I arrived that they had a covered area to pull under as it was raining; it's Florida right, so go figure. I was able to work in their lobby with their free WiFi, so I didn't miss a beat. Their service was fast and I was out of there in just over an hour.

Although I didn't officially go through with selling my car to Duval Acura, I would just like to say that if you are looking to sell your car, do not hesitate to call Acura up and see what they can do for you. Very friendly dealership and Ward Peters was really helpful and had great customer service.

I know dealerships are a little pricey for routine car maintenance like oil changes and whatnot, but after trying the budget oil change places, including Walmart, I don't trust anyone more to take care of my Honda Civic than the folks at Duval Acura. They're detailed, honest, and don't try to hard-sell you other services. If you've got a Honda or Acura in need of mechanical services, take it to Duval Acura. You won't regret it.

Ok I have bought many cars before. Since I was not able to find a car at my go to dealership Arlington Toyota. I thought why not try Duval Acura. Big mistake! The quality of the car was ok. I had to spend some money to put new brake pads on as Duval Acura refused even though I mentioned it was a problem. Also had to add new tires for safety. Then they messed up the Registration by putting an incorrect color. I called several times. I even called and asked to speak to the manager. No return call. After several days I realized the rear door lock was broken. Buyer beware!

This review is for Tim Crow who helped me purchase a used Honda Fit from out of state. After searching for weeks I found the best deal here and Tim made it easy for me to get the car inspected at a 3rd party mechanic, and ensured that paperwork was overnighted to me to sign so that the sales process was quick and easy. They also had the car shipped to my address. Overall, I had no issues and would recommend working with Tim and Duval Acura again.

I have been going to Duval Acura for the past few years to get my car serviced and every time I am greeted with a friendly and professional team! They are very honest and upfront and I never feel like I am pressured to do any additional maintenance on my car unless I want to. On one occasion when my car randomly started acting up at like 4pm, they were able to fit me in the same day AND give me a loaner. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised. I know that my car is in good hands when I leave it at Duval Acura.

We bought a used car here this past Saturday and it was the most painless car buying process I've ever done. The salesman, Hector C, couldn't have been less pushy and was very polite and informative. We appreciated being able to take the car for a drive alone. Agreeing on the terms of the deal was incredibly smooth, no haggling and back and forth stuff.

Then on to the finance department and I don't remember the guys name but he too was very polite and friendly and efficient. I would definitely buy a car again from this dealership.

Always good service slow but good! However I have one problem. As I have to sit here for 2 hours while waiting on my car I've had to sit and watch CNN. this I find ridiculous! Why is a car dealer ship forcing its customers to watch a news station that hates our President and AMERICA! Why can't we watch a non political station while we wait?

My husband and I stopped by Duval Acura this past Saturday with no intentions of making a purchase. We were in need of a new car as my husbands looked like a petri dish inside, along with some major mechanical issues. Our plan was to drive the Atlantic strip and stop at various car dealerships to get an idea of what car and price we were truly looking for. Duval Acura was only our 2nd stop and it was our last.

We were greeted promptly by Luis, a sales associate, and ended up test driving a car we loved that was in our price range. We ended up purchasing a car that day and with the extensive help from R in the financial dept., we left a happy couple. We had to return back on Monday to bring my husbands car, as we were driving my car on Saturday. R was able to get us a better rate and a better warranty as well.

Both Luis and R were great, dealt with my sarcasm and jokes with smiles on their faces. Even though we will no longer be living in Jacksonville when we are ready for another car, our experience was incredible and we will reccomend them 10x over.

1st class! 5Star post here! Loyal Acura buyer for 20years, but this is the first time at Duval Acura. And now, I will not go to another dealer, Duval Acura has EARNED my business. This dealership is full of good people and believe in customers come first. I visited the service where Khalil was my advisor. Just Outstanding with Khalil personal services and took the time to walk me thru my car and ensured I understood.

Now for the sales department. I was in need to turn in my 16 MDX lease. Duval did not have the model I wanted, what did they do, dealer trade from South Fla. what! Tried to get this special model since it was released in July, no other Acura dealer would help me. Cain and Andrew C. got it done for me. These gentleman Not only put in the extra work, but gave me a better deal than I ever imagined. Sold!

The sales person Sergi was very rude, it was my husband and myself that went in there and when I spoke to him he didn't even acknowledge me. It was as if I was invisible when I was speaking but as soon as my husband would talk he would acknowledge him and answer his questions. I became very frustrated as the car that we were purchasing was for me to drive but since the sales person Sergi didn't want to acknowledge me I took my business else where! I'm not going to give my business to someone that doesn't even acknowledge my presence.

We had a wonderful experience at Duval Acura when we went in search of a used Acura sedan. We worked with Micheal, a patient knowledgable extremely pleasant man who helped us find our 2012 Acura TSX, which we are extremely happy with. The employees are all top notch from the salespeople to the financial to the mechanics. We love the Acura brand and are an Acura family, our son daughter now ourselves proud owners of thess wonderful cars. i would recommend all who are in search of one to visit Duval Acura, you will not be disappointed in any way and will leave smiling as we did.

What a nightmare. 2 cars purchased within 2 months and we are being treated like garbage. Promises from dealer owner to correct our issues, then turned around and didn't follow through. They have destroyed our credit and admitted fault. Now will not write a letter as promised, to reverse the harm done to our credit. They specifically did not have our permission to apply to multiple banks, and did over 15x.

We specifically told them in writing to Not apply to any other banks. They are no different than any other salesman. Go in with your own fincacing if you must shop here. Very dishonest.

I've purchased many cars over the last 30 years, like 86. I've never had a better experience then the one at this Duval Acura dealership. I have to mention the manager, Andrew was phenomenal ib his dealing with me and the deal. Extremely up front and by far a great deal. I will be returning to them as well as sending in anyone i can there. There was a small concern with the car, that got handled beyond my expectations. The service department was great as well. Top not h service as usually. Duval Acura delivers Aplus service in a timely manner. Merrick is an ace of a service manager. If you have an Acura this is where you want your car to be serviced. You and your ad be happy for the excellent service experience.

This is one of the two authorized Acura dealerships in the Jacksonville area. The other one is located in Orange Park off of Blanding. I was truly impressed with the customer service at this Arlington location. Right when I walked in I was greeted by Jovie, one of their service guys. Super friendly. I had an appointment for 11 o'clock to have my airbags replaced. I was in and out of there in about an hour and I would not hesitate coming back if I need future repairs or anything else done to my Acura TL.
