We were nearby for a visit with family and found a Tesla that happened to be 45min away from us at this dealership. We called and were able to secure the vehicle with a reasonable deposit. Elias and financing made this transaction very easy as we didn't want to take time away from family, we were able to do all paperwork over the phone/email and pickup the next morning! We are so happy with our like new purchase and highly recommend Elias and this dealship!

Working with Adam was an absolute pleasure! Adam is extremely patient, I never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly, a professional - who knows the car business inside and out. The buying process of my Mercedes took about 1 - week. The best part - Adam stayed in touch with me the entire time which only made the buying experience even more enjoyable. Would highly recommend asking for Adam if you need assistance financing a car! Adam was professional, accommodating and didn't rush or pressure me. He was very welcoming and made me feel at ease with my purchase. He took the time to find the deal that worked best for me and made the process quick and simple. He even charged my phone and paid for my Uber on the way back to the dealership to pick up the car. I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase and wouldn't think twice about doing business with Adam and Momentum Maserati in the future!

A bit confused, initially, as to the nature of the dealership and how they interact with prospective buyers. Once that was explained to me, everything was smooth sailing. A fast process to buy, sign the paperwork, and get out of the dealership. I was very pleased. As of this writing, happywith my purchase and have no regrets. I also liked my rep, Johnny. I'd definitely go back to Momentum if they have a car that interests me in the future.

I bought a BMW X3 and a Volvo SUV from Adam and he was extremely helpful, he went above and beyond to ensure that I got everything I needed and worked out any details for me that needed to be worked out. He showed that he truly cared about me as a customer by calling me, following up on things and just over all excellent service. Adam, my salesman, was very helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The deal was processed quicker than any other car I have ever purchased. The day after I got the car it was damaged by a grocery cart and the service department response was top notch. I am extremely pleased with my car, my salesman and this dealership.

The customer service here is superb. We came a bit unprepared but our salesperson Benjamin was on top of things. He was so quick in getting things all tied up and done so we could be out the door in our vehicle. We purchased a 2020 Model X. We hope that if we need another vehicle in the future to purchase from eCarOne because they truly care about the customer experience and you driving off in your new vehicle same day.

So many beautiful cars to choose from. Went to dealership 3 times, always difficult to find someone to help you - I understand - very busy every time. I continued to try, as they were the only dealership with the quality selection for which I was shopping. Once I found someone with time to help me, they were very attentive, responsive. Buying a car has changed. Bought 2 cars during "covid", and things have changed for availability, price, dealership's ability to negotiate, etc. Once Mr. Tran was working with me, things went smoothly.

Got this baddie through Ahmad, did it all remotely over the phone and email, car delivered from start to finish within 5 days. Team over there went out of their way to take care of everything. Setup a test drive appointment on a Tesla. Arrived 5 min early. Waited 40 minutes for my salesman who was tied up with another customer. They said no one else was available to help. Gave up and went to another dealer and did a test drive as scheduled and made the purchase. If their not able to honor a simple appointment for a test drive, I can imagine how bad they'd be after the sale. Too many reviews about shady dealings.

I bought a car here 3 years ago. The overall experience was bad, I was blatantly lied to and I chose to take the lump because I trusted a car salesman over the phone before driving up from Austin, trust and car salesman don't belong anywhere near each other much less in the same sentence. I have since sold my car and per the bank, I need to contact the dealer to get the gap refund initiated.

I have called 4 times over three weeks and left voicemails, I have also emailed twice. I literally cannot get anyone to return my phone call, return an email, nothing. Its a shame they care so little about their customers. I would not ever, ever do business here again.

In June 2019 I bought a Mercedes SLC300 from Ecarone; at the purchase they gave me a clean CarFax on the car. But, 2 weeks later I realized the car had front end damage because it had been wrecked before I bought it, so I contacted the manager. The manager said he would repair the and took the car in to complete the repairs. But 2 weeks later when I got the car back, it had punctures and scratches in the driver's leather seat and the original damaged had NOT been repaired.

While they had my car to repair it, they gave me a loaner car, then, 6 months later I got a bill for Toll charges and late fees from the loaner car that, I wasn't told about and would have paid, had I been alerted about the charges. When I called about the charges, I got no call back or response of any kind. Then the car was totaled (not my fault) in August 2020.

Over my 14 months of ownership, the repairs of all of the damages caused by Ecarone cost me an additional $2000 out of pocket, over and above the payment and usual costs of ownership. Now, when I bought the car I also bought a 4 year tire warranty. After the car was totaled in August, I cancelled the warranty and was informed that I am due a refund on the unused portion of that warranty.

But after 4 months, I have yet to receive my refund. The warranty company says the refund must come from Ecarone but even after waiting 2 months for processing and making 4 calls to Ecarone to ask for assistance, I have yet to receive a call back or a refund check for the remaining years of my tire warranty. I highly recommend that any buyer avoid this company and NOT do business with them. In my opinion, they are a fraudulent business.

Spent 3+ hours of my Saturday at this dealership, found a car, put the deal in motion; only to be told that the car is already sold. No deposit had been put down by other party, not marked as sold in system and we were told it was a courtesy hold from their sister dealership. No apology made. Just told us their "hands were tied ". No manager came out to talk to us, and sales guy said "I'm just the messenger. Nothing I can do". Rinky dink operation! Will never buy a car here and will tell all my friends the same. Unprofessional.

THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS! Elias S. sold me a car that had never had an oil change even though I was told it was up to date. Within a few months, the car needed a new engine in the amount of $21,000! He also sold me an extended warranty that would not cover the damages. He took NO RESPONSIBILITY for the problem he caused When I went in to get some resolution, he sent some goon named Masoud to intimidate me, trying to get me out the door. I have been IN A LAWSUIT FOR OVER A YEAR trying to get someone to pay for these damages that I didn't cause. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. THEY ARE CRIMINALS

Came into eCarOne on the recommendation of a friend who had bought from them in the past and I was not disappointed! I was impressed by how modern the car buying process was, and the no-haggle policy kept everything low pressure and low stress. Alexis did a wonderful job of walking me through buying a great car with low mileage at a great price, and the entire team made me feel welcome and valued throughout the entire process. Just bought my first car from Elias at ecarone. He made the process very smooth and easy. I visited the dealership three times before pulling the trigger. Each time I called Elias and gave him a 20 minute heads up, and he had the car pulled up out front waiting for me to test drive each time. When it came to discussing the terms and added warranties/packages, there was no pressure selling whatsoever.

He laid out all the options and let me decide what's best for me and gave candid advice when I asked. Very appreciative of how laid back he was. Great financing terms. Will definitely be going back when I'm in the market again

ECarOne is much better then the rest of the dealers around the area. The cars they have in their inventory are in like new condition. They seem really picky with the cars they sale and I am a very picky person that likes my car to be flawless. Elias is my super cool salesman. He will go to bat for you and will do what he can or go up the chain to have your demands met.

This is my 2nd car purchase with Elias and I will not hesitate to purchase my 3rd car with him in the future. *UPDATE* After purchasing my Lexus it seem to have an issue with pulling to the right side. I came back to ecarone and met Masoud. Masoud is one of the managers there. He could have just turned the other way, but he didn't. He worked with me for two weeks on getting my alignment issue resolved and I didn't have to pay a dime. I am a very happy camper thanks to this guy. Thank you Elias, Masoud and eCarOne

Found a car at ecarone. This place is much more friendly all the salesman are great. They treat everyone with the same respect. Massoud is great, honest, and a good guy to work with. Had a great experience buying a 2015 Mini Cooper Roadster. I found the car on the web and I love the information available about the car. Lots of photos, maintenance records, features, etc. I checked on a link to ask if the car is still available and got a reply very soon after. When I came to see the car a few days later I was surprised, pleasantly, that Alexis has it ready for me and also included another Mini Cooper to check out.

I ended up buying the car and the extended warranty package. Not having to haggle about pricing makes it a better experience. I would recommend eCarOne to anyone looking for a car.

I'm giving this place two stars. I spoke to a salesman two previous times before arriving onsite and still managed to get the salesman I was emailing with. Nevertheless, we didn't get anywhere via email nor did we get anywhere onsite. They have a vehicle prep fee in their terms and conditions and this is not legal. After bringing it up to their attention, they still told me this was mandatory.

It is not mandatory by state law. I will post a photo of what is legal. Nevertheless, I heard they usually have great prices on their vehicles and when you walk in, you know you're going to get a different type of experience. Pretty cool layout. Just know what you are required by law to pay for at closing. Check the photos.

The only reason I gave a 4 star is because the exerience is something you may have to get used to. The good is that there is pretty much 0 sales pressure and that is actually really nice. The 'bad', if you can call it that, is there is pretty much no 'sales'. So you need to go in more or less knowing what you want, what features mean what to you, what options are all about, etc. Dont expect someone providing you info on 'add-on' products or services such as paint protection, ding removal, etc. Simple, no-haggle price.

Do your homework before you go so you truly understand the price point. I found the cars, very fairly priced. Bryan Bishop helped us out and was a thorough gentleman throughout the process.

This company claims to be a "no-haggle" sales experience like CarMax, but it's just an excuse to give unfair prices. For example, they dropped the pricing on a vehicle twice because they set it so high initially. If their "pricing experts" are actually finding fair pricing, then why would they need to drop the price over $6,000 after it's been listed?

This just shows how shady they are with their margins. CarMax can do this model since they do massive volume, and they set their prices fairly at the beginning, and don't constantly change them. When you change your prices like that, you lose all credibility as a "no-haggle" shop. Secondly, they claim and priced a car as if it had a bumper-to-bumper warranty when it expires in 7 days. That's a worthless warranty, and and trying to trick buyers into paying extra for it is another shady business practice. Don't be fooled into believing that you're actually going to get a fair price on a car from E-CarOne. Look around and you'll see better deals elsewhere.

Wow. Good service from the sales team. Easy to use kiosks with no pressure tactics. Setting up a test drive is easy and PAINLESS. They made a good offer on my trade and I ultimately decided to close the deal since they made it so easy. Nice people who are efficient and conscious of your time/schedule. Gave up the Porsche for a Maserati.
