Great experience doing something sometimes isn't great. The team in Greer are knowledgeable and make you feel welcome in purchasing a vehicle and insuring that they will do everything in their power to get you the car you prefer. Jimmy was a very pleasant team member, as well as the rest of the team. If your looking for a new vehicle head there and make the process professional and pleasant. Thanks again guys!

Recently I took my car in for an oil change and Chris Clark Service Advisor assisted me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about what the 27 point inspection had found my vehicle needing repairs on. Chris took the time to comprise a list with prices for me. We discussed how auto repairs go hand in hand with safety on the roadways. He stated how he treats everyone as if they are his mom and I believe that to be true. Thanks Chris Clark appreciate it a lot!

Both Chris and the other Service Advisor were Extremely helpful and knowledgeable of my vehicle and the issue I was having. They both listened attentively to me about what I was concerned about and made me feel like I was their only customer for the day, even though they had many others they were taking care of the same way. By far, My best dealership experience.

This was my first visit since owning my Mitsubishi for almost 2 years to the Greer Dealership and Service and they have earned my business for the unforeseeable future on all my cars.

Chris was fantastic. He was very informative regarding the services my vehicle needed and helped me to stay within budget. I have my next service appointment set however, I know if my vehicle is in need, I can give them a call sooner. They always fit me right in. I never have difficulties in greer, from service to sales everyone there is amazing!

I had the best experience at Trick Farm of Greer service department. Chris and the other young man were very helpful. Shout out to the service department as well. My visit would have been at least an hour anywhere else. Chris shared the details of my service appointment with a smile. I even met Tiffany a salesperson that was extremely pleasant. Thank you Team

As a full-time Uber driver, it is essential my car be n tip top condition at all times. In addition to regular servicing, I recently had several repairs that had to be performed. Service at Greer Mitsubishi is excellent. They are great at diagnosing challenging issues with simple solutions, for at a very cost effective rate. My "transmission overheating" warning was displaying & I equated transmission issues with big $$$. It turns out my fluid had been overfilled & needed to be drained slightly. The team explains things well and doesn't add services that are optional or unnecessary like other dealers I have experienced. I will definitely return.

I knew my car needed an oil change. But when my car started telling me "Routine Service Needed ", I knew it was time to do so. I am glad I did. James, the service agent with whom I was speaking, told me the condition of my front brake discs. I knew that if I did not address this, repairs would cost much more. I prefer to have all service performed at the dealership, so that everything is done properly and documented as such. James was helpful and very easy to speak with. I hope that when I need further service, James will be the service representative on duty. Thanks for making my service needs easy!
