Eby Ford service did a great job. The work they did was fantastic and they were easy to work with. When a billing issue came up they did what was right for me as the customer rather than fighting to try and get as much money as possible out of me. One of the last few Ford dealers that really embody what Ford is. A great American company that values their customers. Highly recommended, and if you are in the Elkhart/Goshen area, Eby is your best bet.

WOW! What else can I say. I had an emergency yesterday and I called and spoke to Jason in the service department and he said to get my vehicle towed to Eby's and he'll have it taken care of the next day! Mind you, this is after I called around to at least 10 different shops and dealers who were completely booked. Once I arrived I was greeted and assured that I will be on the road next day!

Being in the transport industry this was very important to me. They shuttled me to a hotel without hesitation when I had no idea how I was going to get there. When I arrived today my truck was fixed as promised! They literally dropped what they were doing to make sure that I was back on the road and able to make my delivery on time! The price I paid to get my truck fixed was very reasonable and I must say this is a dealership you can trust! My company bought a used 2019 Ford Transit from Eby Ford and the experience was wonderful. I was looking for a Transit of a particular configuration and contacted Eby. Jon DiFranco needed up being my salesmen and was great. They were able to locate a truck with the same configuration that we were looking for rather quickly, considering how the market is right now.

From there the transaction went quick and painless once the vehicle arrived on site at their dealership. Dealing with Jon and Eby was easy. If I'm in the market for another vehicle I will define it's go back. And refer others to go there as well.

When I needed to upgrade my ride, Arron was there to help. He was quick to respond to my messages and answer my questions. He did everything he could to make my first car buying experience perfect. Eby's collision center body shop handled the repairs to my Jeep Cherokee after the passenger door was damaged. The whole process was extremely smooth. Got the estimate in no time and they handled all the communication with the insurance company. The repairs were completed in only a few days and the door looks as good as new. I would definitely recommend them.

Several years ago we paid cash for a sedan that passed their point inspection with no issues. I understand we bought it "as is" and they emphasized this; however, we drove the car home and it never ran again. Yes, we test drove it. Again, I understand it was "as is". We called Eby anyway to let them know we are just purchased the car, the car that passed their point inspection with no issues, and it wouldn't run after getting it home.

We were advised it was bought "as is" and it wasn't their problem. I should have realized when they pushed the point of it being "as is" they knew something was seriously wrong with the car. This is an integrity issue! We had bought the car for my little brother who had been hit by a car on his bicycle in a bigger city. Lesson learned I guess. A $2000 lesson.

I brought my vehicle to Eby Ford for auto body repair and the process was quick, easy and painless. They worked with my insurance company and I didn't have to do anything except drop off and pick up my vehicle. They are very nice and knowledgeable and were able to get me in 1-2months before the other 2 auto body shops. Thank you Eby Ford.
