I went there with a coworker so that he wasn't taken advantage of. He wanted to purchase a Hyundai Sonata Limited. We test drove the car and while during the drive we asked what the price of the car was, knowing that the normal price of the car is should be around 35K or 36K at the most. The salesmen stated that the car was $38,270, which I found really odd.

The car itself is awesome and has a ton of useful tech. My coworker was really excited to continue talks in the purchasing of the vehicle. Then we sat down with whole other salesmen. Then the experience went from bad to worse. He was trying to talk real fast into running his credit. Then I so happed to look at the price of the car and it suddenly now was $41,500.

Its still a Hyundai not a Mercedes and its not even the N model. I let my coworker know of the price that the salesmen was trying to sneak in. When I asked about the price and why it was 41K he stated that the car has some dealer installed accessories that were $1995 in cost and there was also a 3K market adjustment. He couldn't even explain what the extra installed options were.

Then I went outside and saw that it didn't have any installed options. One of them was leather protection which the seats did not have any protection of chemicals on them of any kind. The car wouldn't smell new if it did. The other was paint protection, the car didn't have any 3M paint protection in the front or the rear. I also pour water on the car and it didn't have any coating on them. I talked him out of buying the car and we left with a sour taste in our mouth. Attached is the fake accessories installed.

Had an amazing experience here! Carlton was the one who helped me look for vehicles, he was absolutely amazing and showed me cars that were really in my price range without trying to get me to spend more. Brian the manager was a lot of help as well with helping me finance. He got me the best price and was super cool. Steven was the one who went over paperwork with me and he was nice enough to explain what I was signing for and let me ask all the questions I wanted to. Overall amazing experience here and amazing people! Also Carlton and Brian wear the coolest shoes! Had to add that. Will definitely be back in the future!

Brandon was so helpful & fun! He didn't pressure us one bit. We came late on a weeknight & were there till 9:30pm, he was very patient. Brian was also very helpful & easy to work with! Feeling very grateful to have such a beautiful car!

My son went to buy his first ever new car and even though I warned him that a dealer would screw him over, I had no idea the depths they stoop to these days. He wanted an all-electric Ioniq 5 SEL that they had advertised on their website. After hearing the price would be marked up 20% over the ADVERTISED SALE PRICE, he somehow still wanted the vehicle.

After being pressured into purchasing a $6400 warranty that he didn't need, he was still excited for his experience. What we didn't know was that they had no such car to sell. It was in another state and they were inventing excuses waiting for it to be shipped here. He was told it would be ready to pick up the next day after they cleaned it up.

Then the next day, the day after, the following Monday and the Tuesday after that. Six days after forking over a $12,500 down payment, he has no car and no reason why. I went in and asked to see the car. They drove me around 3 different lots pretending it was "somewhere" but could not produce the vehicle. Finally Wednesday it appeared with a 3rd different story about why it wasn't available until just now.

When he finally got the car it had 130 miles on it instead of the 30 they documented on the paperwork. By the time he got the car, he no longer wanted it. They had screwed him over so bad, he was just sick to his stomach - Lesson learned. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. They lie, cheat and steal and laugh at your gullibility after you are gone

I bought my 2nd car here. It was easy and the manager, sales and finance were all kind and helpful. They were not pushy and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want. Great team.

I bought my car back in January and was promised a headrest for my 2021 palisade. We had a promise in our contract for them to provide the headrest and all we have gotten is a run around. Our sales persons name was Kyle. Would not recommend him to anyone. He promised to get our headrest and get us taken care of but after he got the credit for the sale his attitude completely changed and he said there was nothing he could do for us and lied about helping us get the headrest and basically said it was our problem because he had already gotten commission for the sale. When you talk to the main sales manager in person he is very nice and very promising but it has been almost 4 months and still no headrest.

Absolutely love this place! Sam will take great care of you! Traded in my old 05 jeep and he gave me an amazing deal on a used 2017 Hyundai! Even filled up the gas tank for me before I drove it off the lot. If you're looking to trade in your vehicle or even purchase a used or new this is the place to go!

My car had a recall on it for an leaky t-joint and was leaking oil so I took it in to get it replaced. Because it had been leaking oil, I was keeping a close eye on the oil levels and checked the oil the week before taking it in. It was barely low. I requested an oil change when I took it in and they told me that they'd have to drain the oil anyways so I'd have an automatic oil change.

The repairs were done and I picked up my car. Fast forward three weeks and my car starts making engine sounds. Checked my oil and it is dry, there is NO OIL IN MY ENGINE, I had to put two quarts in just to get it to register on the dip stick. I called the service department and took it in. They claimed that they did not drain the oil during the repairs and that they checked the oil levels before giving my vehicle back. Said they could look at it but I will need to pay for a diagnostic if my car is still leaking oil. IF my car was still leaking oil I would have a puddle in my garage and considering I've hardly driven it for the past three weeks, no way did it burn through 6 quarts of oil.

These people will never get my business again, I am in the market for a new car soon and would love to stick with a Hyundai but I'll drive out of town to a different dealership. They are obviously incompetent and can't take responsibility when they have a mess up. I understand it's a large dealership and there will be mistakes, but at least own up and take responsibility for them. Your staff was great to work with. Had you not made a colossal mistake on the repairs and nearly cost me a vehicle, I would definitely be back in the future.

I hate I buying vehicles! Over the years, I have had the displeasure of dealing with all types of dealerships and sales staff. This was by far the best experience I've ever had when purchasing a new vehicle. I did an online search for a Veloster N and it just so happens that this dealer had one in stock. The next day I got an email with a personalized video walkthrough of the car.

This showed me the car was actually in stock Vs. something that you would have to order. I gave Austin Miller a call and he had the car pulled up and ready for a test drive. After the usual wheeling and dealing of the sales side of things, we were able to make a deal without me feeling like I just had my teeth drilled! We had the usual back and forth, but this experience was by far the least contentious experience I've ever had. Brian the sales manager was able to get me more for my vehicle in order to earn my business. Customer service is top notch here. Really no hassles. Straight shooting and friendly. Thanks Austin and Brian! Thanks Edmond Hyundai!

Carlton the sales man was awesome! And the finance people helped me out a lot. Best experience I've had so far. If you are looking for a good dealership don't go to Joe Cooper Ford instead choose Edmond Hyundai!

Buying my car here was great! Sales representatives are super! Service people are rude when coming in. The Edmond hyundai promise says 3 years of free oil changes. I got my car end of 2019 it has been 2 years, came to get my regular oil change and they said this is my last free one. It has been 2 years not 3, they are not loyal on the Edmond hyundai promise. I'm only rating 3 stars because the buying of my car was great.

Bought the car of my dreams at Genesis of Edmond. To say the least I didn't go into this uninformed. I researched Genesis, BMW, Acura, Audi and Volvo for over nine months. After all my research I decided that the genesis G 70 was the car for me. Now it was time to find the dealership that would work with me. Living in Tulsa, I visited dealerships in Kansas City Tulsa Oklahoma City and Dallas.

After visiting with Austin Miller my sales person, I felt very comfortable with Edmond Genesis as my dealer. Austin worked with me for about two weeks never putting pressure on me just giving me all the information I needed to make the right decision. I'm very happy with the choice I made not only with Austin and Genesis of Edmond, but especially my G 70! Thanks Austin!

Went here with the hopes of buying a car. Got told we were approved singed contracts got the keys and after having the car for almost 30 days they say that we weren't approved and they weren't giving us our money back oh and top it off they want the car back even after two supposed contracts were signed and payments were ago. They were willing to leave myself and my daughter stranded at the dealer didn't give a heads up or nothing thankfully we found a ride I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. Most definitely go somewhere else. And fyi if cole is your finance guy your definitely screwed

DONT USE THIS DEALER. I read several comments thinking there's no way it could be this bad. But I had went there in search of a new Hyundai, the car salesmen were great, they were very knowledgeable and super friendly. Although when It came down to valuing my trade the finance guy named Brian proceed to tell me my car was junk and he'd only give me 5,000 and then said he wouldn't offer me anything if I didnt have a loan out on it already.

Well the car is a Camaro with KBB of at least 9,000 and upwards of 11,000 he was very rude and had no sense of professionalism do not use them I went to automax Hyundai in Norman and had great service and they treated me with respect.

Went in ready to buy a 2021. Sticker in the window stated the price as $50,000. Go to negotiate, and Sales Manager quotes us more than $10,000 OVER the sticker. Reason? 1. $599.00 for stamps, fees, etc. 2. $2000.00 for "extras in paint gloss, window tinting that they've already put on ALL vehicles. 3. My personal favorite. $8,000 because the market has more demand and less supply (he even mentioned the ships off of California holding their cars). Outcome: Don't waste your time. Go elsewhere! Price gouging is the "best service" they can offer at Hyundai of Edmond!

I wouldn't recommend them at all. If I can rate "0" then I would. They are friendly when they want your money. Once they get it, they treat you like you don't even matter. I bought a car from them and it broke down traveling to TX. I only went 90 miles and the engine light cut on. I called them to inform them and they said there's nothing they can do for me.

I literally drove this car two times. On top of that they had my car for 2 weeks and gave me a loaner to find out no service was done on my car. They been lying to me. As well as no car wash they claimed is apart of their promise. I literally asked for something simple as this and nothing got done. RUN GUYS RUN B/C this isn't it.

I'm am beyond disappointed. My parents and youngest sister went to this dealership to look at getting a new car for her. She called me nearly in tears to tell me how a specific salesman was treating my dad. My parents are hard working immigrants and have been in the US for well over 30 years. Might I also add that they are US citizens, not that that should even matter.

The salesmen refused to let them see the vehicle they requested and eventually they were able to talk to a manager who helped. Come to find out this salesman was more worried about his commission then helping his customers. My sister said my dad felt bad for the guy and didn't even want to speaking to the manager. I get that the sales guys have families and bills to pay too but having integrity should mean something too.

My new car was serviced here for its very first oil change and they forgot to tighten the drain plug which caused oil to leak out and it blew my engine. Getting ahold of anyone to help me out has been awful.

I caught the new car sales manager in a bold faced lie and he knew his deal was done so he said to me "get the F out of here". He tried to play the I've got your trade in keys game but I just picked them up. He said it was the rudest thing ever done at the dealership. Really lying to customers saying you have a car you don't and wasting 3 hours of my time seems it may be a bit more rude that me picking up MY keys off of your desk. Grow up kid and discover honesty and integrity it will serve you well. Just be truthful it won't hurt you. But this review might.

I'm truly less than pleased over my "oil change" today. I had a 9:45 am appointment. I called at 9:45 am and said I was running late. Then I asked them if this would mess me up or if I should reschedule, because I had a tight schedule this morning. They said no, it should be fine, I arrived at 9:00. They are under construction in this building and so the sign says to honk for service.

I did. Nada. So I walk inside. I reiterate I'm on a schedule. Because the building is under construction I have to go next door. No biggie. I come back at 10:45. There are still 2 cars in front of me! Wait! I had an appointment. They are not a doctors office. I ask to go. I get my keys at 10:54. So I waste 1 1/2 hours of my day with driving only to get nothing. I waste gas too, also with the same result. And what of my phone call. They could have rescheduled me when I called. This is RUDE!

If I could give a place ZERO stars I would. Quick to sell you a car but boy are the slow when it comes to a mess up on THEIR end. Currently have been sitting in the dealership for almost 2 hours for a paper they said the would have ready at noon. Lousy, Lazy, and Inconsiderate staff along with inconsistencies through out the whole selling process.

This place sucks - bottom line. Do not buy a car from here if you're looking for a stress free or much less a LESS stressful place to buy a car. Finance is slow As helllllll, if you need anything don't call SHOW UP. they will never give you a call back - EVER. So you will have to plan to take the day off if you do come up here because it'll be at least 5+ hours even if you just need a single paper. I promise you if you purchase anything from this place, immediate regret will sink it. Best of luck. Just don't go here

The finance manager Dallas was very unprofessional and insulted me. Insinuated I was stupid, and told me to go somewhere else. He later came back and acted a little better but never even apologized after he blew up on me. I've never been treated this way when buying a car, totally unacceptable. Outside of the poor customer service they falsely advertised their price online including rebates in the price.

The price listed online wasn't attainable because the rebates didn't stack so there was no way to get the listed price even if you qualified for all rebates. This is illegal in the state of Oklahoma.

Don't waste your time. Typical car dealership. I wish I could give them zero stars but it won't let me. I have been looking at buying a car for my daughter. I talked to Samuel via phone and text multiple times over the course of about a month. Long story short they lie to get you in, then tell you that you don't qualify for the internet price because those rebates don't apply and your price is an extra 8500 plus a $500 fee.

At worst they were extremely misleading. I was told the internet price was the price I would get. I expected to actually negotiate it lower. I was also very clear I am buying the the specific vehicle in question and I was not interested in a used vehicle or a different model. Of course the sales manager, Dallas I think, tried talking me into something else. I could not have been more clear as to my intentions and requirements. What a monumental waste of time.
