Ernie von Schledorn, a native of West Germany, was drafted into the army in 1944 and spent three months as a prisoner of war in Remagen. After his release, Ernie returned to complete his studies at Frankfurt University.

My wife and I were fortunate to find Terry Flaherty and the Eric Von Schledorn dealership eight years ago. Since then, we have purchased three vehicles from Terry in that timeframe. Terry is very gracious and straight forward to work with. All automotive companies faced challenges during the Pandemic, Terry kept us regularly apprised of the status of our last vehicle order. Great sales at EVS is backed up by exceptional service. We have been very pleased with the quality and attention to detail that the service department provides.

I purchased a Chevy Bolt EUV. My only complaint is a dent was found on the tailgate that was not able to be repaired through the paint-less dent repair. The dealer sent it to the body shop so my new car has already had body work and a hole drilled through the tailgate where the repair was done. Honestly would like to have had a new factory tailgate with factory paint installed instead of having the damage fixed as you can see where the hole was made. The salesman Mike was very helpful and did his best to take care of the issue.

This is the first time I had my car detailed at the dealership. Wow! What a wonderful job. I felt like I was driving a new car. I told my friends about you and hope they make an appointment. I also was able to redeem my Buick rewards.

Randy is always helpful, gives all details before doing work in service, this past round I told him I was traveling soon, he did a once over, told me what was wrong with a 9yo equinox with 144k+ miles, what he mentioned were things I noticed driving local. fixed and got to travel safely, I always feel like he's not trying to give me a story. I hope to get another 144k on it, my 83 impala lasted 220k+ and my 2004 monte lasted 256k+ love my Chevys!

I brought my car in for the usual oil change and tire rotation. I had the nicest young man take care of me. I believe his name was Mike. He went over and above what was expected of him as I did have questions about some other issues within the car. I have had many cars serviced over the years and this was by far the best service I have ever encountered. I would have to say you have a hidden gem with him and I hope he stays working in that service department for many years to come.

Very Professional, very knowledgeable about the Acadia we bought, always straight forward sales. They seem to take pride in what they do. We like having a person to contact, NOT, a computer support center and we've excellent computer skills as users, our attitude has nothing to do with old fashion thinking.

Once-good service service experience downhill last six months BACKSTORY: - Consistently took car to dealer for all required maintenance - Oil change every 3,000 - 5,000 miles. - Complained to selling dealer about an oil leak for years - not significant, but annoying. Technicians could never find it. August 24, 2020-Sept. 1, 2020 - Replaced exhaust system from catalytic converter on back. Noticed exhaust odor immediately after that.

I thought; Could catalytic converter have been damaged from welding? Could too much pressure been put on exhaust manifold? November 18 2020 - Took car in for "exhaust odor" - told them to check engine compartment. November 18 2020 - Dealer quoted $337 to replace leaking TIMING COVER GASKET. June 15 2021 - Replaced TIMING CHAIN TENSIONER $247.99 Leaked more after that! July 15 2021 - Dropped car off at 7AM Thursday morning. Heard nothing at all on Thursday. Called at 5PM but no one was in service to answer the phones. Called another service writer at 7AM Friday morning. ("My" service writer had the day off) He knew nothing. Asked him to check on it and call back. Called again just before 3PM closing since he did not call me as promised. - Nothing had been done to the car. (Our only car - I needed it for the weekend).

I told him to deliver the car to me as-is unless he could give me a loaner. Car was dropped off unrepaired. - Leak is significant now! - I'm thinking could some technician be deliberately be tampering with engine to boost his income? - Had that experience at tire service-centers and one other dealer where the sold you on services you didn't need. Hopefully that was not the case here.

Over a month I purchased 2 vehicles, I alway hated sending hours at the dealership but I was in and out both times in an hour, good people to deal with willing to listen to my wishes and concerns and make a deal.

My wife and I had another very good experience with our lease process. Our salesman Randy was very professional and knowledgeable and he and his co-workers went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We are repeat customers at EVS Saukville for these reasons and hope to continue our relationship with Randy and EVS in the future.

We were on vacation and the tire valve stem was leaking air. This was the first place we came across. Not only were they able to fix it, they got us back on the road quickly with a courtesy car wash too! I appreciated that they explained the problem to both me and my husband. They were friendly and helpful. I couldn't be more happy that our little vacation hiccup landed us here. Thank you!

Went with my Dad to help him puck out a new car. We worked with Terry Flaherty, he was awesome. Everyone was friendly and respectful during the time we spent here. Very pleasant car buying experience. Dad had called the day before and explained what he was looking for. Today, Terry had pulled a car inside for us to see so it wasn't so cold. He went with for a test drive and explained what all the functions of the car were (there were many!) After Dad decided to buy the car the process went smoothly.

I would reccomened others to stop by if you are looking for a car, tell Terry hi for me! (Also had fun checking out some of the cars in back, hadn't expected to feel like i was at a mini car show!)
