I was thoroughly pleased as a first timer yesterday. I brought my 928 in for an issue that was relatively pressing. After I called my "usual" place (not anymore!), they told me that they couldn't get me in for 3 weeks. I got a recommendation from a car guru friend to head to Eurosport. Roy made time in the schedule for me and even finished in less time than originally promised.

As a woman, sometimes I feel auto repair establishments are not as respectful as they are to men, but Roy and his team were so courteous. Even more, I had a conversation with another customer who was waiting, and he said he had been taking his 911 there for over 10 years. Roy performed a pre purchase inspection for me on a Porsche Cayman that was available at a nearby dealership. He was extremely generous with his time and happily answered all of my silly questions. His insight and expertise were a great help in making the right decision on that particular vehicle. I am extremely pleased with my overall experience and would 100% recommend Midwest Eurosport to anyone looking for a great Porsche shop.

I read great things about them online, and these guys RACE Porsches, so I knew they were the ones to trust when my Boxster was showing problems. Mind you, I had just bought the car 3 days earlier at a dealer in Addison, and I was having a panic attack. These guys were honest and beyond professional! Roy was the guy I spoke to, and he came out, took one look at the car, and immediately diagnosed the problem.

A busted ignition key. Tony was the mechanic who took care of it for me, and now it's back on the road. I'm forever indebted to these guys, and I'll be coming back for the life of this car. Without a doubt! They even gave me the old part they replaced to add to my trophy case. For better or worse, I'm in the Porsche owner's club, now.

I have used Eurosport for several years now and they are a great shop. George and the team are very knowledgeable, reasonably priced and have never let me down. They handle a ton of work for many of the Autobahn members and everyone I have talked to has the same positive feelings about them.

Asked for an aggressive alignment on my car, they modified (ruined would be a more accurate word) parts without my permission and tried to charge me for it. Refused to pay for the replacement parts and insisted "they knew they could modify the part just by eyeballing it." I'm in touch with the original creator/engineer, who told me it was made as aggressive as possible already. Also balked at re-doing the alignment for no charge when the new parts came in.
