Expressway Chevrolet Buick Pontiac GMC

Good experience but last time it was serviced I was told I needed new wipers but I had just purchased new wipers from auto zone the week before & they were on my vehicle when I was told I needed new ones. So this time I asked to have new wipers put on & I was told when I picked my car up that I didn't need any at this time so I was confused. Other than that I had very good service.

I have spent several months looking for a used car for my teenager. Tanner was great and sent me updates as used cars came in. We finally settled on one, and then he went way beyond to make the car look really good. The experience was good, and bought my brand new car from Tanner too. I would reccommend Expressway Chevy to anyone who wants great service.

Eric was a great salesman. I couldn't be more pleased with the service that he gave. He was friendly and had such a warm personality. David was great with the finance part. The whole process was smooth. They answered all my questions.

Extremely deceptive advertising. I used to live in Evansville and know they have been misleading people for at least 10 years, so it's not just a recent thing No-one pays the price shown in their ads, there are always extra hidden charges. Don't let these pirates take advantage of you. GM needs to shut them down.

It was a great experience. We called Jason and he looked for used Jeeps with low mileage they had on the lot and sent us pictures. We then choose one to look at, drove over to Expressway, looked at it and decided to trade that day!

I was going to drive to Expressway Chevrolet tomorrow to purchase a vehicle. I decided to research and look at reviews of Expressway Chevrolet before traveling there. I am glad I did. They are not accredited through the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and have been in business over 20 years. The BBB did have several complaints filed against them posted on the website.

My continued research here and elsewhere had similar complaints against Expressway Chevrolet. If you had a bad experience at Expressway Chevrolet and ever wondered if posting your review made a difference? Today it did, as a potential customer I am taking a Hard Pass on Expressway Chevrolet. Thanks to those that took the time to share their experience there so I would not have to have an experience there!

We had a vehicle picked out online, but when we got to the dealership, we found out that we could get a new vehicle for what we would have paid for the used vehicle. All of the staff were friendly and informative. Special thanks to Matt, Ryan, and Rob, who made our visit very enjoyable. Thanks again to everyone!
