If I could give zero stars to these thieves I would. I tried to lease a vehicle from them, talked about what I wanted and they texted me an offer sheet, complete with vehicle VIN. I asked to confirm color and when the car would be on the lot; thats when they did the switch. Said they made a mistake and sent a new offer sheet for the same car, but added 4k to the deal for some add on I didn't want.

I told them I didn't want the add on, I wanted the original deal they offered. They would not honor it. I confirmed (via text, so I have the whole conversation) that they would not honor their original offer / deal sheet and they confirmed they would not. Common fucking crooks these people. Stay away! I would literally rather walk home, barefoot after a colonoscopy than drive a car from these crooked assholes.

Purchased my first car here with Adam who took really good care of me and the team as a whole made sure i was taken care of at all times. I appreciate them soo much for helping me out especially when my temporary tags expired, they sent me new ones in the mail when i had trouble making the commute to get the extension. Great experience

After I was treated horrible this Sunday morning (7/12/2022) I drove extra 10 minutes to go to Chantilly Honda. The differences between these two places are day and night including the cost and customer service. As far as I understand, Rosenthal Honda have enough customers to make profit and they don't care how they treat their customers because their location is good which is the only okay part about them.

This was not my first bad experience but I was patient with them for the last 13 years. They lost one of their loyal customers but enough is enough! I can't believe what I was missing by not going to Chantilly. Good luck to everyone who keeps going to Rosenthal!

If I could give zero stars I would. I took my car in today for an oil change and tire rotation. They didn't rotate my tires but charged me for it. I called the service department and the guy told me "Why would we charge you for something we didn't do?" I then told him I have 2 different brand tires between the front and back and that they're still in the same location. He put me on hold and came back and offered me a free oil change on my next visit. I will not be going back to this place. Untrustworthy!

I want to compliment Adam, the salesman of this dealer. I sent an inquiry for the car, and he quickly responded to the inquiry. He sent me the pictures I wanted to see within 24 hours. No doubt, this person is professional and knows what he's doing. I got a good deal, but unfortunately, I couldn't move forward with it. I give this dealer five stars because of the best salesman, Adam.

Bought a 2019 Pre certified CR-V. Great deal and sales person Adam was great. He worked with me, always keeping my interests as his priority. Never rushed. Haven't been to a dealer before where the sales rep made the experience so enjoyable. Thanks Adam and thx Fairfax Honda! John P, Falls Church

Dejuan Richardson and the staff members at Rosenthal Fairfax Honda were outstanding! They worked around my schedule and bent over backwards to make the sale and deliver timely. As I was there it was a constant how can we help you from all of the other employees. Finance was ready to go and painless with their paperwork. 100% would recommend them to any friends and family. My wife truly enjoys her 21 Pilot. Thanks again Dejuan and Rosenthal Fairfax Honda!

Please avoid purchasing any vehicle from this dealership. The entire sales staff is extremely rude and not properly trained. I visited the dealership to buy out my lease which took them 6 hours to "draw up the paperwork" I was then told at the end, this was able to be completed online. They were going to charge processing fees and others when that was not the case purchasing online. They also misfiled a previous lease we turned in and as a result of this disorganizatio my wife's credit was ruined. Avoid at all costs.

Went in for a recall repair to my Honda Pilot. Scheduling was easy and dropoff was ok. They still lack enough parking spots for drop off when they are busy and I had to park in an open area that I found. Service desk was helpful and professional. The car was ready at the time he predicted. The waiting area is small and was very crowded, not a good environment when Covid is still so prevalent. Wanted to buy a couple of bolts while waiting to better attach my license plate and was told they would be $3 each. For common bolts. Decided to get them elsewhere, but that may be indicative of the parts pricing. If so, I'll get my non-warranty work done elsewhere.

I bought a Honda civic in august from this dealership and regret it so much. They took 8 hours to process my paperwork and told me to come back the next day for the financial department paperwork and still had the audacity to email me about additional paperwork that they forgot to give me. No discount on the vehicle. Unprofessional staff and rude front desk. Salesman didn't reach back out about my plates and gave me temp plates after waiting that long of a process. Salesman explained nothing about the vehicle, luckily I had done research before going but nonetheless I wasn't given any information about the vehicle prior to purchasing.

This was my first time buying my first brand new car and I would never come back even for a great deal on a vehicle. My car buying experience was horrible at this place and I do not recommend anyone to go there.

Brought car in for state inspection. Failed for headlight alignment. Headlights are OEM, had never failed state inspection before. Had a feeling this was a nickel and dime scheme and sure enough, found the exact same experience by the most recent reviewer from 2 weeks ago. This service center is not trustworthy, in my opinion.

I got a coupon in the mail for a free state inspection and took the car in to get that done. Service personnel failed the car, saying that the headlights needed to be aligned. That seemed unlikely because I had gotten the headlights a while back and passed at least one annual inspection after that. I took the car to a local service station and it passed with flying colors.

I think this dealership must make money with those "free inspection" coupons by telling people they need car services they don't really need. I'm giving this place three stars instead of one because the dealership gave a fair price on replacing a battery in a car key. Bottom line: I will never again trust the service station's advice without getting a second opinion.

Honda Tysons service center is much better than the Fairfax service. They do not welcome properly, very rough, do not give a proper update of the vehicle and staff are very prosaic. The coffee dispensers do not have any coffee or anything! I do not recommend this center. They also do not give any discounts rather take more money what I felt from my previous experience! I will not come here again.

Please stay away from this dealership! They will sell you a car, but they do NOT stand behind their product. The paint on my 2017 Honda accord purchased from this dealership started to flake off on the hood and trunk and this dealership and Honda corporation will not assist in getting the problem repaired! Not even partial assistance. They just said the product was out of warranty and go pound sand.

I had the same paint problem with a 2009 Honda Accord (purchased same dealership) but since the problem surfaced in 2015, I did not press the issue. However, this repeat experience is a huge warning sign to be careful about the paint on Honda Accords and more importantly, you will not get any assistance from this dealership. I was a repeat customer at this dealership on new cars 20 years, but never again. In short, this dealership should not get your business. Michael of Oakton, Virginia.

After my car from 2006 finally died, I was in search of a new, smaller hatchback. There were very few new Honda Fits available but this location had the one I was wanted. I ended up reserving it online via the website where an associate contacted me about the necessary paperwork and down-payment. They were very accommodating and allowed me to reserve the car as I waited for the cashier's check in the mail.

They were also understanding in allowing me to evaluate the trade-in on the day of purchase to avoid driving the old car more than necessary Everyone was very responsive on emails and I ultimately received a new car at a very competitive price. The payment method, out-the-door price and time-frame was all handled via email prior to going to the dealership.

I did not test drive anything. The day my cashier check arrived, I called to confirm that I could purchase the car that same day. There was a lot of paperwork with the process taking about 3+ hours. However, it was still quicker/cheaper than financing. The associate showed me some key features, registered the vehicle and transferred the plates. My trade-in was not worth much but the convenience of leaving the old car and driving the new one away was worth it. So happy I bought from this dealership!

I bought a car online! So I thought. When I found the Civic Sport I was looking for in Fairfax Honda's inventory I followed the "buy online" link and selected the lease option. I reviewed and accepted the terms of the lease. I applied for and was approved for credit by Honda Financial Services. Next I selected the pickup date and time and uploaded my driver's license photo and proof of insurance.

I submitted my order and received email confirmation and a Google calendar request for pickup. I was happy to have leased a vehicle online! The next step was a call from the dealership, but that never came. I called on the morning of the day I was supposed to pick up the car, and the salesman said they have no record of my order. I forwarded him my order confirmation email and waited on the phone while he reviewed the email.

He promised to call me back, but several hours later I got a text saying that due to the global chip shortage, his manager was unable to honor the deal. This deal was advertised on their own website. I never negotiated a deal, or any discount whatsoever. I asked for a manager and got a call from Layton a few hours later. Layton told me that the website is broken and that tax was miscalculated, so the deal is not valid.

He couldn't explain why his sales rep cited the chip shortage. He never offered an apology or made even a meager attempt to make a sale. It was as if I was a bother, not a customer. I had to remind him that I didn't develop his website, and I was just trying to buy a car! When I asked him to provide a revised quote, he refused to email the quote, saying people will use that info to shop the competition.

The quote Layton offered over the phone was thousands higher, despite tax on the vehicle being just $990. I asked about that and he told me that he would talk to the GM and call me back. I called again a day later, but Layton never called me back. Online car buying is a new phenomenon, but dealers shouldn't be able to advertise a price online, take someone's credit application, set a pick up time and send email confirmation, and then nullify the deal with zero consequence. Bait and switch is illegal, no?

Summary: they killed my car battery, admitted to it, and charged me for a new one. My car needed urgent service and this was the closest Honda dealership at the time of need. Given that it was 4th of July holiday the car stayed all weekend there and was seen on the 5th. Problem was identified and fixed. They ask me to come pick it up. I pay my bill and wait for the car to be driven to the front for me to pick it up. Serviceman comes back asking if I can help him locate the car.

We find it nearby but the car is totally dead. The battery was completely depleted. Several people are called. Their mechanic told me someone on their shop probably left car on accessory mode for a long time. They tried to revive it without luck. And now they charged me the cost of the battery! $170+ Why calling a customer saying that the car is ready? Don't they have a basic check that the car actually turns ON?

They had also done a multipoint inspection that determined the battery was in "fair" state. If they damaged it due to human error, why charging the customer for a new one? The service salesman wasn't apologetic at all. Instead he was very combative indicating that we never know when batteries are gonna fail and thus I have to pay for new one. The only individual who seemed to care was the supervising mechanic who talked to me. He mentioned that the situation was an embarrassment.

Absolutely horrible service. We went to buy a car and the service was immediately incredibly slow. The employee didnt type correctly or know how to copy and paste, so each entry into the computer was very slow. Rather than work on things simultaneously, such as add the license plate to the car while we were signing the papers, the employees just waited until we were done with each step.

I was asked if I wanted water and ignored when I said yes. We had to request the car be cleaned because it had scratches and oil on it. When we got home we immediately realized something else was wrong with the car, so we had to come back and exchange the car. They said theyd ensure they would inspect this car but clearly did not because it had parts missing to it that we had to come get added. They once again took forever, trying to get us to sign on the wrong price several times. Go somewhere else.

This dealer has a sales process that is built to waste your time. Buy your car online and get an electronic title and never visit the dealer, it is just too painful. We started this process at 1:30pm and at 5:30pm we are still waiting for the one finance man. The level of office management incompetence on display here is at a special new level. Paperwork with only one name, not two, back into the queue and wait for reprint.

Now get this, we are paying cash. why do I fill out a credit report? Just an antiquated auto sales process that Amazon will own in five years. I fear coming back here for warranty service, will have to see if Chantilly Honda is any better.

I went to Fairfax Honda due to a group of lights being on in the dash area. The FCW System failure system was showing along with the ABS light and the work BRAKE in red and a couple of others. I dropped it off at Fairfax Honda and was offered a shuttle to work. I was directed to a blue CRV, which had parts and clothing in the back. I sat there for 10 minutes.

Come to find out - it was a customers car - and not the shuttle. (I should have taken a hint from that at the beginning) I was told that there would be a $160 charge for the diagnostics - which would be waived if I had the work done - well it was not waived. Check your bill people. They charged it anyway with some lame excuse that it was the fee to read the diagnostic - not coming from my service guy directly as he was a lunch - some other advisor called hi and relayed the info.

Really - $160 to read a diagnostic code? My "service advisor" had called and told me there was good and bad news. He said that a brake caliper had seized in the rear - that the car was unsafe to drive and it needed to be repaired to the tune of $1200. And that if it was the FCW (Front crash warning module), it wa thousands just for the part for the 2013 Accord.

And that they needed /wanted to keep it overnight to "test" it after the brake repair to see if the codes returned. The following day, I was called topick up my vehicle - the brake repair supposedly solved all the issues and the codes were resolved. Because I balked at the $160 still being on my bill. I was brought to a "service manager" who waived the fee after some li pservice - He informed me that they saw no code about the FCW failure - evidentlyshould show if that message was coming on the dash.

And that he was confident it all stemmed from the brake issue. Half mile from home - and all the lights are back on. I will not be returning to Fairfax Honda. I feel like I was misinfomed, that they attempted to over charge me the $160 and that the service advisor and manager had different takes on the unresolved issue. This does not inspire confidence. BTW - my 21 year old Dodge was serviced at a dealer in Fairfax 3 weeks ago - and I got that back washed for much less than the $1300 I paid for the Honda repair.

Really - Honda does not wash the cars they service. Get real! Lexus does, Dodge does - but not Honda - shocked. I figured I'd at least have a clean exterior. Being female, we are at the mercy of Google and other means to confirm things such as high tech auto repair. Do your self a favor and check your bill - you might just save yourself $160.

I've been using Fairfax Honda for the past few years after purchasing my Accord. Had to stop by for a recall update. Keith greeted me, went over the items that would be addressed and let me know when it would be ready. Excellent customer service every time I come here. Was impressed how they have adapted to Covid and are taking the necessary precautions.

Summary: Buy a Car here- Sure, Get it Serviced here- Good Idea. Try to get someone on the phone to buy something other then a car- NIGHTMARE. I purchased my car from this location. The Sales Manager had to get involved throughout the entire process. I tried to call and ask them about getting an extended warranty- no one knew how to handle my call and the Finance Managers were never at their desk.

I played phone tag for half an hour. I was pushed to everyone's voicemail. When I went in to look at a Honda Civic Type R- the sales man that was helping a client, got up MID CONVERSATION and attempted to help me even though he had a client at his desk.

I must be stupid because I just remembered that I came to to the place two years ago to get my battery fixed and they failed at doing something as simple as that. Now my wife goes in to get the car serviced since it just hit 100k miles and they tell her ' this needs to be changed and that needs to be done'. Keeping in mind that our safety is of utmost importance for our family, we are willing to do what's needed. $3200 later she drives off the lot and within a mile of the dealership lights go off and the power steering stops working and she almost gets into an accident. I'm not sure they did anything but damage my car.

I walk in to service department no one is there the manger is gone and obviously I'm pissed off. PLEASE RUN FROM THIS PLACE. Short of getting all my money back, I will be sure to tell everyone I know his dishonest these people are. Waiting on a call from manager Milton Cruz. I'll keep you updated.

I went to buy a used Subaru Forester that I saw online. When I got there Aladdin came to help us and we worked with him to buy the car. He was professional at first, but very quickly left us alone quite a bit and seemed to be unsuccessfully juggling multiple things at the same time. The entire process took about 8 hours, which seems too long (they said it was due to new finance employees).

The used sales manager, Patrick, was openly very frustrated with Aladdin which made it a bit uncomfortable. Patrick later apologized to us and gave us a slight discount on the car for the very slow service. Once I had the car, I drove it home and found it had issues with the center differential, a very expensive fix. This was a repair that was covered under the dealership's used car warranty.

I called the dealership back and they told me to bring the car in. When I came in Aladdin was very dismissive and told me to go downstairs, with no other direction. I found the service center and they told me to go back up and talk to Aladdin who would need to talk to finance. Once I was up there Aladdin told me to go back down as the car was going to be checked and that turned out not to be true.

The guys at service told me they cannot look at it and I again had to go back upstairs to talk to Aladdin. Aladdin then told me it needs to be taken to a Subaru dealer to be officially diagnosed and told me I would be reimbursed. I took the car to Subaru and they confirmed the issue with the center differential, an about $2,000 repair. This is a part of the car covered by the dealerships warranty, so I went back to discuss with Patrick and Aladdin.

I first spoke with Aladdin and he told me it was not covered and ended the conversation. I knew it was, as it clearly states it on the used car warranty, and I called back. He told me if I want to get it fixed it's up to me and the dealership will see what they can do to assist. This did not sit well with me as it confirmed Aladdin and the dealership were trying to avoid their responsibilities and promises.

I stopped working with Aladdin and called Patrick. Patrick initially said he would help. After a few conversations, Patrick stated the dealership no longer wished to honor the warranty and offered to buy the car back. I told them I would rather they fix the car, but they did not budge - at that point I felt more secure just getting my money back and running.

I was told my reimbursement would be in two separate checks - one for the car and one for the Subaru diagnosis bill. It took about a week and several calls, but I did get the cash back for the car. I was told it would be a few more days and the check for the Subaru diagnosis would be mailed to me. The check never came and a ton of calls and emails have been ignored asking about it. I am now out $140 and countless hours dealing with this dealership.

Dugan literally is my hero. To have found someone who actually cares about the functionality of my car and the impact it has on my life is truly a rarity. He's not there just to do a job, he's actually an advocate for having the best functioning Honda a customer can own. Our car has been serviced by 4 different Honda service centers and Dugan was the only person who actually checked recalls on our vehicle and explained the process and started the paperwork.

If we had encountered other service technicians who were as diligent and knowledgeable as he is, we would be $1600 wealthier as that's what we ended up paying out of pocket for the damages caused by the recalled part in our car. Thank you Dugan!
