I had the greatest experience at Frankman Motor Company. Keith (Sales) & Kirk (Finance) made my purchase the easiest dealership to work with. I was in and out in under 2 hours and I love my car. If you have not been to this dealership you need to check it out. They have tons of amazing vehicles. I know I will go back with future needs and refer others to them.

The staff at Frankman is the best I've ever worked with. I've purchased two F-150's from them over three years. They were friendly, straight shooters and excellent customer service. I had some issues with my first truck and they did everything they could to get it fixed. Even lent me a car for a few days. Even after I purchased it they made sure my truck was good to go.

Have not had a problem with that truck since. We bought a newer truck last month for my husband, found some minor mechanical details after purchase and they didn't hesitate to get it sorted. Their customer service gives peace-of-mind to buying a pre-owned car. We are very happy with both our trucks and I will always make Frankman Motors my go-to place for my family's vehicles. 10 stars!

My husband and I had a great experiencing at Frankman Motor! Our salesman Jim was able to get us a great deal on our trade in and Kirk was able to get us the best rate on the financing for the truck we were purchasing. All of the staff was extremely friendly and made the process that much easier! Also their dealership dog was adorable!

I just purchased a very rare classic Ford F-350 from Frankman Motors which was shipped out to me earlier today. I have been pleasantly surprised at the way Frankman (Jesse) is to do business with. Firstly they provided me with every single vehicle picture I asked for--and did a fantastic job on the photos showing me every detail which I wanted to see--they even put my vehicle up on a shop lift to accurately get all these great photos for me! Secondly, after some negotiating, Frankman (Jesse) agreed to my final offer; and even gave me more than I expected at the end--I was very pleased with my purchase; including how attentive they were to all my questions & special requests. It has become apparent that this dealership goes the extra mile--and I would happily buy another vehicle from them again--and hope to do so as soon as possible.

I was online looking at cars just seeing what was around Sioux Falls. Stumbled on a gorgeous Camaro SS. Sent them an email to check if it was still available, received a response within an hour with a link to the car. I went to check it out and take it for a drive. When I got there I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. The salesman Mike knew exactly what I was there for and had everything ready to go, showed me the car and handed over the keys telling me to take it for a drive and make sure I love it.

After getting back from the drive he asked how I liked it, at no point pressuring me to buy. I financed through them which was very simple and quick, they offered me the extended warranty but didn't try to sell me on any other bells and whistles. I've bought a few cars from dealerships and this was by far the most pleasant experience I've had. Spent a total of maybe 1.5 hours there test drive included. Overall, great price, great experience, and very satisfied.

I was in Iraq about to come home for leave and started surfing the net to see what classic cars were out there - just idly checking things out not really planning on buying. Since I live near the Sioux Falls area, I started there first. Stumbled across this gem and after looking it over on line had a friend go check it out for me. He was very impressed, so I decided I had to have it! Mike Denbow was excellent to work with and made the process of buying the truck easy, no pressure.

He even agreed to store the truck for me until I got home. By the time I got in to Sioux Falls, I had already bought and paid for it, a 1995 F150 4x4 with a little over 29,000 miles on it. Flawless. Took delivery of it and am having a blast! Compliments left and right! Only thing I've done to it was replace the original tires for safety reasons. New ones make the ride that much more better. I live out of state and recently bought 2 vintage vehicles from this company. The transactions went smooth as can be and answered any questions I had before and after sale. I had some problems with the 73 Jeep upon arrival and they were awesome to reimburse me for the repairs that had to be done! The salesman Jesse James ( real name) kept to his word every step of the way!

DO NOT trust or do business with the Frankman Brothers. These guys are as DISHONEST as they come. Sold me a vehicle that had HOLES in the trunk, HOLES in the frame and undercarriage. They hid all of this from me. when I confronted them about it they threatened ME! They undercoat cars and do anything they can to hide damage. They have been doing this for YEARS. The vehicle was misrepresented and unsafe for the road! I lost money. BAD PEOPLE, BAD COMPANY. Stay away.

I recently bought a used car from Frankman's and the process was the easiest I've ever experienced. I started my used car search around Sioux Falls a few weeks ago and spent a few days looking around and my visit to Frankman was refreshing. The atmosphere was very low pressure and I had a nice visit with their sales team. I felt like they really listened and understood what I was looking for.

Their website is so easy to use and a great tool for getting payment estimates. Everyone was upfront about credit factors, trade-ins, any fees, and fully disclosed everything. They went over a few options and even offered to let me bring a car seat and try a few out. I was so comfortable that they didn't pressure I spent a another few weeks looking and when we finally found something we liked we went back and bought. It was quick and easy. I've had a few friends that have been here and liked it, and I can see why. We were treated wonderfully and would gladly buy again.

WARNING! I bought a boat from Franksman Motor Company several years ago. They claimed this boat was owned by Mr Frankman himself. I asked that I be allowed to get an mechanic inspection before I bought it. They refused. They (salesman and sales manager) were adamant that if there were any issues, they would take of it. Absolutely, they promised! I brought the boat home, and I could not get it to turn over.

My boat dealer inspected it, ad could barely get it started. My dealer said bring it back as soon as possible Frankman refused to allow me it back. Basically, every time you restarted it, the engine oil would get flooded with water. Within a few minutes, the water in the oil was was above the dipstick. The boat could not run above an idle. The engine block was cracked.

It took several boat mechanics to figure out how carefully the dealer had hidden the cracked engine block. When we took off the exhaust pipe, you could see someone had tried to patch the cracks in the cylinder heads. THIS IS FRAUD! We brought it back again with the report from the dealer that the engine block was cracked, and the obvious attempt to patch the cracks which were hidden when the exhaust pipes were in place. Frankman told me to get it off the property.

Since the dealer owned this boat, there is not way they did not know this. The boat was completely inoperable, and needed a $3000 replacement engine. I have to assume a prior owner forgot to winterize it, and the engine block cracked when the water in the engine block froze. The owner/dealer then decided to try to patch the leaks with a steel epoxy glue, and dump the boat on an unsuspecting buyer.

The engine was bad and they knew it, because it was the Frankman's boat. There is not possible way they did not know this engine was ruined. Frankman Motors knowingly defrauded me as a customer by telling me this boat was in good working order, and that they guaranteed this. South Dakota has no laws that protect the buyer in this situation. STAY AWAY FROM FRANKMAN MOTORS!

The Google review I just wrote for frankman At first my experience was great. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. However when I went in to talk pricing with the salesman it didn't go very well. I had come in after work in my work clothes with my daughter. I had a dress on that day. When I was sitting in his office he walked past me, saw the tattoo on my leg and actually touched my bare leg.

Then later he thought it was ok to massage my shoulders. It was very uncomfortable. After I left the salesmen text me from his personal phone saying "So a long deep message and we have a deal?". The next day I called asking for the manager, we told him about the incident and he asked if I was still interested in buying the car, because it was still there.

I said yes but I dont want to deal with that salesman. He stated he would call me back because they haven't really dealt with this sort of thing before. He didn't call back. When we called back he defended the salesmen, stating he meant he'd buy a gift certificate and told me they sold the car to someone else. I was extremely disappointed.

Clearly it is ok for them to make their customer uncomfortable and/or sexually harass them. It is not ok, because I'm a woman and came in on my own you thought it was ok to touch me? And then text me late at night?

I bought a used a car that I thought was a great deal with low mileage. I had it one day when It wouldn't start. I had it jumpstarted and it ran for a little while that day, I parked it and a few hours later it wouldn't start. An attempted jump the next day, but it wouldn't start at all. I had to have it towed back to Frankman for repair.

I got a call the next day. He said that "whoever jumped it the first time fried the entire electrical system" and it would cost me $1200.00 for repair. I had the car for ONE DAY. I am still looking into options to get out of the purchase.

Bought what I thought was my dream car - problems from the get-go. Asked to trade it back and pay more more another vehicle - manager said yes, owner said no. They did offer to buy it back for a $1000 less than I had paid for it 2 days before! Sent me a check for $300 to fix over $800 of repairs. Last straw was that the sent me the title registered mail - wasn't home so was sent back. They never told me so have waited for over 4 months for title!

I bought a 2003 mercury marauder from frankman motor co drove it close to 300 miles home 3 1/2 hrs. and it runs like a dream my sales guy lark rau he was VERRY friendly and knowledgeable i would definitely recommend them and lark to all my friends THANKS AGAIN LARK!

Word of caution. Be very careful if you buy an automobile from these folks. Do not trust anything they say. See it for yourself in every case. The sales manager was professional but unbending and completely taking the side of the salesman (who was untruthful in a big way for sure). What else would the sales manager do once he has your money. Used car salesmen have a bad reputation and it doesn't seem to be unfounded. A 1/2 star is more like it.

Frankman Motor Company, "The home of buyers remorse".I bought a used car from Frankman Motor Company several years ago. Within two weeks, I had nothing but problems with it. It would die at stoplights, something would go wrong with it every month. The transmission went out. When I took the car in to Frankman with it's SEVERAL issues, like the transmission going out, to ask if they would stand by it, they told me I bought it as-is and would not stand by it.

Not even a repair discount! They gave me only 200 dollars for my trade-in which was a much more reliable car. What a waste of several thousand dollars! Will never go back there again! I've had better luck from cars I bought from the salvage yards for three or four hundred dollars! Back in those days there was no lemon law on used cars so it was buyer beware. South Dakota generally has honest, trustworthy; friendly people, however not this place! I dont know how they stay in business!

I went to Frankman Motors to look at a car that I found interesting. The price for the used car was higher than one of the same make at the dealers. I decided to talk with them anyway. The salesman we had been dealing with (Jesse) was great and I would highly recommend him to anyone, but the other man (didn't catch his name) who appraised our trade in and "dealt" with us was abhorrent.

He told us there was an issue with the transmission of our trade in (which none of the three people who have recently driven the car have ever noticed, nor has it been brought up by the people we get to check our car FROM THE SAME BUSINESS) and therefore the value was less than half of normal trade-in price. Then he refused to debate the listed price of the car at all.

We explained that the new cars were cheaper, and he simply informed us that the car being sold was a different kind (I double checked and it actually was Not different at all). We asked what the differences were between the two cars several times, and the only thing he mentioned were different wheels. When we were still unconvinced, he rudely told us that maybe we should go look at the dealers. It was one of the most absurd car buying ventures of my life, and I am definitely not recommending them to anyone.

Approached Frankman's as a seller looking to get rid of my sports car. After appraising the vehicle they came in $6 - $7k lower than private party NADA/KBB value. When I had decided to walk with my car, the purchaser (Dustin) promised that his offer would stand through the summer if i changed my mind. Fast forward 2 months after deciding the car was costing too much to keep around for the winter, I went back to take him up on his offer.

The purchaser decided that his offer apparently would now not stand. It all worked out in the end as I found another buyer for the car the same day that paid more than he originally offered. Will not ever buy/sell a car through this company and will not suggest to anyone.
