I drove all the way from Chicago not expecting to leave with a good deal or a car but today I drove home with my dream car - Ford Ecosport! I am so happy with my experience, this dealer beats any dealer I've been to in Chicago. So worth the drive! Erik was our salesperson and he really met me at my needs. He was just so awesome! Erik really lives up to the dealership name! - FRIENDLY Ford, no scams or BS fees. I was in and out in a little under 2 hours with a good deal. I have bought and repaired cars for years at this location! I really have appreciated the timeliness and positive customer service displayed. Dalton is one employee who has went above and beyond to assist me. Every time I have been there, he is always welcoming. We always catch up and he is very well at explaining what needs to be repaired now or at a future date.
He seems to be running around all the time and he still keeps such an energetic vibe. I know the community, living here for so many years, appreciates his efforts for providing excellent customer service. Thank you to Dalton and Ford of Roselle.
