The place for Bimmer service - this teams knowledge base is second to none. I have been very satisfied with their work on everything from simple maintenance to the performance upgrades Jim and Brian have done, while Tanner does an excellent job of communicating the timeline, scope of work and answering my many questions.

I was not going to write this but decided to warn others of this place. This place and the mechanics there will lie to your face and not fix your issues. I had an awakening when I went there and told them my car vibrates when it shifts from 2 to 3 and will not go into reverse. I tell them the reverse issue only started since they worked on my car last.

Well they claim it has too much transmission fluid and then also tell me my transmission is bad and that they drained out the extra fluid. They tell me my vibration is the transmission clutches going bad. Well I get home and climb under the car only to discover my drive shaft flex discs, transmission mount and center carrier are all trashed. That does not happen right away but a real inspection and they would have discovered it.

So I find another mechanic who is a real Mercedes mechanic and he shows me that my diagnosis is correct and how dangerous the drive shaft is if it came loose when driving. Not only that but this other Mechanic shows me how the reverse is not the transmission but its because a bolt came loose and that a seal needed to be replaced. Guess what else. The fluid from the transmission was never drained to the correct level by German Auto.

Do not go here. They will flat out lie to your face and over charge you. Now I am doubting any other previous work that I paid for from them before. My front end job on my car still pulls to the right because of alignment. Yes I had that done last year before I discovered the lies with this transmission issue. The car wont align because they only replaced 2 bushings and the car needs 4. These guys wont look at the larger picture on your car. I am not doing business with them ever again and I advise you to go elsewhere yourself.

I recently purchased a German vehicle and I was in the market for a mechanic that specialized in German vehicles. Without thoroughly researching reviews (my mistake), I found German Auto Service. Who advertised a $65 oil change online, but "because Biden is in office oil prices are up" which means they forgot how to update their Google advertising (that can be updated in real time within 3 minutes).

Unfortunately their lazy, (and intentional) negligence now results in a $98 surprise for the customer, but only after they've scheduled the appointment and have had their car serviced. Deceptive advertising is no way to start a lasting business relationship which is what I was looking to do with my new car. There is no reason they could not have informed me of the new price beforehand and really no excuse for them to not have updated or removed the ad from their Google advertising account.

They just lost my business for the life of my new car over $33. A MONTH LATER AND THE "OUTDATED" AD THAT THEY WOULD NOT HONOR IS STILL UP. SAFE TO CALL THEM LAIRS AT THIS POINT.

Im giving them a 4 star right now, this will be my 3rd visit with German Auto and Tanner has looked out for me so. I can't complain about the service there. My e90 is a lemon so any of the errors was definitely not the fault of mine or German Autos, the e90 is there for a complete engine swap so this should put a stop to future issues and its going to have a 2yr warranty.

I'm nervous about the final bill as I'm not rich I had to lean on the help of Hardship funding through my job which took care of the deposit for the motor. But all in all German Auto is a great shop in my book, I recommend seeing Tanner but everybody there Ive met has been friendly!

Good guys here. Tanner is very nice at the front and is honest. I'd probably do a 4 star but What he did for me was appreciative to be a 5. I took my gt3 in and it was there all day and at the end of the day Porsche dropped off the wrong parts so not their faults at all. The car had to stay over the weekend and it kinda bit into my Friday work. Anyways, I get there today car was ready and he threw in a free brake system flush which was awesome so it all worked out!

Last year German auto told me that my radiator flap was getting stuck open thats why my engine light was on. I had already took it to Audi dealership they said I had a aftermarket window and I need to get new window and calibration. That's why the light was on. Because it was a audi dealership and I have a Q7 I got new window and calibration. They were wrong light was still on after spending 800 so this year I took Q7 back to German auto they replaced radiator flap and the light is off just like they said.

I will not take my car anywhere else. They are honest, and very experienced with foreign cars. These guys are the best I have taken my car for oil changes and there prices are reasonable. I will only trust German auto with my car it drives like brand new and no lights on. Thanks German auto

I would highly recommend German Auto Service for any of your German car needs. I had a very difficult electrical issue that had both myself and the shop confused. Needless to say Tanner and his team went the extra mile to get the issues resolved and fixed in a timely manor. So if you're wondering if you should use this shop, I would say with 100% certainty, that yes you should use German Auto Service. Their work is top notch and the customer service is second to none. My experience with German Auto Service and Sales was awesome! From the very start of my conversations with Tanner, he made us feel like we were valued customers. They were put under stress when our original mechanic could not perform the needed repairs on my daughter's 2011 328i BMW. After they made several calls around the Phoenix area and with good references, they picked German Auto to take the car to.

German Auto picked up my daughter's car (which was about 20 miles away from their location) and started looking at the repairs the same day. Every step of the process Tanner was in communication with me letting us know what was going on and what was required to do the repairs. Although the estimate to repair the car was higher than my original mechanic's estimate, Tanner explained in great detail why the extra cost.

I was so impressed by his knowledge and this service, I added additional services to the vehicle's repair list. I was never pressured to do any other repairs to the vehicle but was informed that they will be needed at some point down the road. This situation could have ended badly but it was not the case. After we picked up the car and driving home, I told my daughter she has found a great place to use for repairs on her car!
