Go Subaru Arapahoe- New & Used Cars And Trucks

Since I moved to Colorado, I have only purchased cars from a different dealership. My current vehicle was needing to be replaced, so I discussed my concerns with my dad and he directed me to AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe as he has purchased several vehicles from them before. When I pulled into the lot, I was greeted by Jeff Simpson and discussed with Jeff what my situation was and he was great.

I ended up purchasing a used vehicle from them and I am 100% thrilled with my purchase and will continue to go back them again. I was treated with courtesy and respect and the time frame was one the shortest times I've ever spent in an auto dealership. That made me happy. Everyone at this location was wonderful. Thank you all for making this transition so easy.

Out of all of the vehicles we've purchased at various dealerships, none have held a hand to the excellent service we received at Autonation Subaru! From initial contact via text with Terry, we were treated with the utmost professionalism. Terry was awesome from the second we were greeted at the dealership. Although he was with another customer when we arrive he took the time to get us situated and allowed us to view the vehicle he had set aside for us. Bob In Finance is hands down the best person I've ever experienced in purchasing a vehicle!

He went above and beyond for us through the entire process and is an amazing person all around. I could go on further, but would highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a new vehicle. We will be back to purchase again in the future for sure!

I love this Subaru dealership. I handed in my Impreza and bought a Forester, and I was so impressed with how nice and helpful sales, finance and service was. This isn't my first time buying a Subaru and I can honestly say this was the best experience I've ever had. Especially as a woman at a car dealership - they treated me with respect and listened to everything I said. Terry and Bob helped me and they absolutely rocked (Terry was in sales and Bob was in finance).

The service manager even gave me recommendations on who to ask for in service at other dealerships since this one is unfortunately a bit far from my house. So impressed with everything! Highly recommend.

I've only ever brought my vehicle in for maintenance but every time I have it's been a good experience. The staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. More importantly they communicate really well anything they find during inspections and work with you to figure out when/if you would like to get any other work done on your vehicle. I generally don't look forward to getting vehicle maintenance done but so far it's been a good experience here.

So far AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe has taken really good care of me. Buying a new car can be so stressful but they were really patient and talked me through everything. My new car didn't have the spare tire tools when I bought it but my family went back and talked to the manager and he took care of it for us which I really appreciate because I want to make sure I'm safe on the road. Lastly, I recently went in for an oil change (which I prepaid for when I bought my car) and they were excellent. The service team was very helpful, communicated well, and worked quickly even on a busy day.

AutoNation took excellent care of us and our Subaru. They were professional, courteous and went out of their way to ensure our Outback got all of the repairs/maintenance it truly needed. They even gave us a loaner when insurance didn't cover. They said they wanted to make sure they treated their customers right even when it meant footing the bill - wow!

This wasn't the first time we experienced AutoNation's excellent customer service. They excelled on both occasions and consistently scored 10/10! We will highly recommend AutoNation Subaru to all our friends, family, and anyone who is looking for a great service oriented dealership.

Everyone I met was extremely nice, especially Andrea! I felt important and taken care of throughout the whole process of looking at and buying cars. There was very little pressure and lots of help as I looked into buying a car. One of the big selling points they used on me was that they do an extremely thorough inspection of the car and fix any issues.

I trusted this and selected a vehicle to purchase after a test drive. The one thing I didn't do on my test drive was listen to music. After purchasing the car I notice that the driver's door speaker had about half the volume of all the other speakers when playing music. Later, I noticed it distorted speaking voices to where listening to a podcast or audiobook was very difficult.

When I took it into the service department to listen to it, they said it wasn't broken enough for them to replace it. After I purchased a two year old vehicle for $30,000 and added bumper to bumper warranty coverage, they couldn't replace a $30 speaker? In summery the sales department was extremely nice and helpful. But perhaps the inspection and service isn't all they promise it will be.

Had a wonderful experience working with them and especially David Stein. He was a great sales man very cordial, diligent, and thorough. Hes an older gentleman so give him time, but his honesty and genuine work ethic will make up for it. I also spoke with Bryan S. in sales he's very knowledgeable and personable. The other staff are quite friendly and the the managers are up front so thats nice to see. They do have a lot of vehicles in stock new and used so I'd say give it a try if you're in the market.

You can buy Subaru's at a lot of other places, i would recommend you do that. If you have to buy a car here, get it inspected by an outside party, their "inspection" ain't worth the paper its written on, my car was sold to me with thousands of dollars worth of damage, and they were more than happy to sell it to me in that condition. Their service guy told my car had been in some kind of front end collision, of course the sales department failed to mention that. Only after getting corporate involved did they agree to help me with anything. This was a year ago, but wanted to remind everyone to go somewhere else.

Grateful I found this place! I really appreciate how straightforward, efficient, and friendly Lucas was. He took time to answer every question when I needed it but also sped things along when I had a schedule to keep. Bob was great to work with as well. He was very friendly and understanding, taking the time I needed to answer questions but also be thorough.
