This is the most inept, lack of service Honda dealers I have ever run into. I have been to dealers across this country. On 3 separate occasions they haven't even been able to perform any services even after driving over an hour to get to them. Don't waste your time. They didn't even have a a battery for a key FOB.

They are friendly and helpful. Don't like that they only do tires on Saturdays it's become a big inconvenience for me.

Awful customer service they were rude and unhelpful. They couldn't even tell me what parts they put on a bike from the factory.

There labor fee was 288 dollars and my parts was only 45.80 that's just highway robbery and I haven't even had it 6 months and that's the Second service and it's just going to get higher and higher so that will be tha last time they beat me out of any money frfr I will have it Service somewhere else

The labor is ridiculous 288 for labor and my oil filter and oil change and spark plugs and ppw was only 45.80 but tha grand total was 363.33 lol and then they had it from 8/24/21 to 9/9/21

I come here for service on my bike and recommend it to all of my friends with metric motorcycles. While they are a Honda dealer, I bring my Kawasaki Vulcan here with no hesitation. I actually prefer to bring my bike here over other motorcycle service places in BCS. Super friendly staff and fast service. Most oil changes and tire installations are Saturdays on a first come, first served basis. But if you are waiting, there's a Shipley's, Starbucks, and an HEB nearby if you need to kill some time while you wait for your bike to be finished

Greathouse Honda performed recall work on our Honda Pioneer. It took 30 minutes from start of work to ending phone call. Chris went above and beyond to help us. He took our initial call, ordered the part, unloaded and loaded the Pioneer and even put air in our trailer tires! I was very impressed! Keep up the great(house) work!

I went by to look at a Goldwing. The battery wasn't charged so nothing worked. I gave the salesman my number and asked him to call me when the battery was charged.no call 24 hours later. I called to ask about the out the door price and was quoted $27,000. The average retail for this bike is $22,685. I guess I was bothering them. I wonder how much money this dealership loses due to poor customer service?

Have been here a few time and the staff are helpful. Also I bought a used motorcycle here and feel like I got a good deal. They do order gear and the staff actually cared about me having gear for my first bike and where helpful in teaching me about correct helmet fitment. Are they as cheap on gear as online sites no but I support them because having a business in the community for motorcyclist is important to me and worth a few extra bucks. I will continue to be a customer of Great House and extend my thanks to them welcoming me into the motorcycle community.

They did a good repair on my Yamaha motorcycle, the service was finished ahead of expected time, the pricing beat one other shop I checked in town, and these guys have good customer service. I will always go to Greathouse for any need. Thank you!

Sales person treated me like I was burden. Took Honda VTX 1800 in to be worked on and was charged $700+ for work that didn't even fix the problem. It's best not to take bike there for service. Ended up trading vtx in for Kawasaki somewhere else so I didn't have to deal with them again.

Would not recommend this shop, especially if you are a college student. Poor customer service from beginning to end from both the stock room and repair room staff. Took them a week to quote my repair and estimated another week to get it done, quoting me $450 plus labor. Knowing this was too high, I walked and they charged me $90 for the "hour's worth of work it took to get the quote." Called a guy in Austin who diagnosed it over the phone as a "very common issue" and confirmed his hunch within 2 minutes of looking at it in person. Had the scooter back to me in 3 days for $175, labor included. Their purposeful price gouging hoping I wouldn't know any better is disgraceful.

Great experience buying a Metropolitan for my daughter. They offered me a price as good or better than what I could have gotten in Dallas, had the bike ready to go, and all papers organized for signature. They took their time showing her how to operate the bike and went over everything in detail. First class experience. Thanks Aaron and team.

These guys are great! Nice showroom, too. Fast & cheaper than expected for repairs. Will keep taking my Honda 80cc scooter here for all tune ups and repairs. Glad I found them. Sorry I gave Scoots my time & money. These guys fixed the mess they made of my scooter in 11 business days for $108. Scoots took more than double my time and money & did nothing but make my scooter worse.
