Grimard's Auto Sales & Service is a full-service, family owned & operated preventive maintenance and automotive repair center that has been performing high quality, guaranteed automotive repairs in the Hooksett area since 1945. Founded by Ferdnand Grimard, Grimard's has been conducting business with ethics and integrity for over half a century.Ferdnand's son Denis, who started in the business at the age of five, purchased the business in 1982 and has since proudly carried the Grimard's name with the help of a strong service and management team.
Services
Replace other filters (air, fuel, PCV, etc.) as recommended, or more often in dusty conditions. Get engine drivability problems (hard stops, rough idling, stalling, diminished power, etc.) corrected at a good shop. Check your owner's manual to find out what fuel octane rating your car's engine needs then buy it.
Recommend corrective and maintenance services and explain to the customer which of these is required now to correct existing problems and which are for preventive maintenance. Obtain prior authorization for all work done, in writing or by other means satisfactory to the customer. Make every effort to keep the customer informed about appointments and completion deadlines.

Honest, reliable and friendly. My best car buying experience ever. I went for a test drive with Dennis, asked questions about car service and warranty they offer. His answers and comments make me feel I was talking to my father, that simple. Billy is very professional, friendly and full of knowledge. After we agreed on the price, they installed brand new rotors and brake pads with not extra costs. I highly recommend Grimards to friends and family.

I would highly recommend Grimard's to anyone looking to buy a car. I went there as a first time car buyer and the process could not have been better. Grimard's makes buying a car a fun experience where most people dread the car buying process. Billy is one of the most genuine and trustworthy salesmen I have ever met, and it is very refreshing to see that especially in the used car market.
They went above and beyond through all parts of the selling process, and myself being a new car buyer, Billy took the extra time to give me some tips and pointers about what to look for with a car and also in the buying and paperwork process. No doubt in my mind I will be back there in the future when I am in the market again. 10/10 experience all around

They really treat you with respect. I have purchased multiple cars here. They might not be the best deal in town but every car I've gotten from here has been quality. Grimmards won't sell you something that will fall apart on you and they take care of you after the purchase as well. I've always taken my car there for tune ups and oil changes.

I was just recently in a bad car accident, my car got totaled. I tried to go to original dealership that I got my first car that I totaled, and needless to say, they tried scamming me and ripping me off. I got in touch with Billy from Grimard's and he was able to get me into something with a cheap payment and a very cheap interest rate. Not only that but I called him and told him exactly what I wanted and he got me into the vehicle I wanted.
Thanks to Grimard's I have a beautiful 2015 Jeep Compass that I absolutely love. Car is absolutely wonderful with no issues. Grimard's is a true car dealership that actually wants to help you get a car not suck up all your money and scam you for hundreds of dollars. I was able to get everything going through a phone call and by the end of the day I was able to pick up my new car. I highly recommend Grimard's to anyone and everyone.
