Highly recommend going through Grimes Tire & Auto Center. Mike and Jenni got my vehicle in and serviced in a timely fashion, their pricing is better than the competitors around the area, the customer service was wonderful and they have top shelf mechanics to do good work on your vehicle. Over all a great experience, and truly recommend getting any automotive repairs done through them!

Great customer service. Fast and super convenient with getting me in for oil change and tire rotation. As a female didn't feel like they were taking advantage of me. I liked that before they started working on my car they did a vehicle inspection and let me know if I had any other major issues that needed taken care of today. Will be going back for next oil change

After having my car for 2 days and replacing the battery they sent me out and the car died that night. Again. Battery doesn't hold a charge and when called the shop was told to have it towed again at my expense and they will look at it again in a few days. Absolutely not how that should work. Should be towed at THEIR expense since it's a new battery from them and they said the car was check and good to go. Wont be taking any cars there ever again.
