Bruce was professional and knowledgeable. I needed a TCM for a VW Eurovan; not an easy part to find these days. He found my specific, used part quickly in another part of the State and sent me pictures verifying part number at my request. He had it on a truck to me that day. The part is installed and working perfectly. Thanks, Bruce (and Gundie's)!

Called them for a 2001 subaru seat, subaru 2000-2004, all are interchangeable, he had a 2003 seat, told me he wouldnt sell me the seat because it was a 2 year difference. and he if was going to sell me the seat, for $140 he wouldnt warranty if it worked or not, sold as is, even if its defective. never heard of this from a junk yard not being able to return defective parts. I recommend you stay away from this guy

I ordered a driver side door panel for my silverado. The sales Rep Bruce was very helpful. Until the sale was completed anyway. Placed the order on Wednesday and he told me it would be the next day before it would ship and he would send me the tracking number. I texted him Thursday and he said he would send it over Friday morning and Friday morning came and went.

He refused to respond to my messages yet he read every one of them. They didn't ship my item until the following Wednesday. The reason I am giving 3 stars and not 1 is because the panel was in good shape and well packaged. But the customer service is horrible. I felt like another transaction with no follow up. I had to call back up there and speak to someone else to get the tracking number.

Unfortunately the part I needed was gone when I got to Gundies. I live in Cornelius. It has been in the high 90s and 100s. So it was 2 weeks after I called. The two people I talked too where friendly and helpful. They do not have older Vans like the rest of the wrecking yards in Oregon. But I did find the engine cover clip I needed on E-bay.

Don't call and order parts from these incompetent people. Can't locate a part and when they can't locate it they just act like someone never ordered. Basically tried to take our money and not ship our parts. If you talk to someone named Ken then you're going to get screwed.

Make sure you update customers and let them know if you can't locate an item. You can't find it then say so instead of having them wait. What would you have done if someone never called you to check? You just take the money and then never send the part? It ain't speaking bad it's called the truth. Deal with it. Look at how many 1 stars there are. That alone says something. Ratings speak for itself.

Just called back to verify a price and stock on a headlight before I drove 2 hours to get it since I wasn't able to make it the day before. The guy on the phone rudely said that I don't need to call back to have the same conversation I had yesterday with a different employee and still didn't get a price quote, all I was I was asking for. I don't know what was going on with him to treat me like I was a burden for calling to verify and make sure it was in stock as I called multiple places yesterday for quotes and was mixing up 2 different Washington locations.

I'm sorry for wanting to purchase product from your business. I'm not anymore and telling all my friends and family as well not to go back there either and to take there money somewhere else.

I (a woman) called to simply get the cost of shipping for an engine my husband/mechanic and I found online. Something I do all the time. Josh SCOLDED me, quizzed me on my engine knowledge, and refused to provide the shipping price for 7 minutes because he insisted that I couldn't possibly know what engine I needed, even though I provided the stock # and all the other information to locate the part.

I insisted that my husband/mechanic knows what parts my vehicle needs and that I just want to know how much shipping costs. (By the way my husband triple checked and YES IT WAS THE RIGHT PART FOR MY VEHICLE) I called multiple used engine places that day to compare engine+shipping costs and not one person badgered and yelled at me the way Josh did. They were all 30 second calls. I've never been treated this poorly and that's why we aren't buying the engine.

Gundie's helped me out more than I expected when I needed a part to complete an event. I had broke my axle at a track and they got me set up with everything I needed as soon as I could get there. Amazing service and I couldn't have made it without them!

Pretty much just a terrible company. Yes they have parts, yes they are at insurance cost. and yes this is a junk yard, expect junk yard management. Business is ran terribly from the top down, always giving hardships to employees and customers. Good luck Ps. The salesmen are awesome people and VERY knowledgeable, just depends how much of their soul got ripped from them that given day due to Upper Management. It's very sad.

Called to try to get a price and got hung up on. Called back and talked to a total jack, completely rude. I was treated like I was a telephone solicitor trying to get them to buy something. A one star is way too high for this place, but it is the lowest option.

Bad customer service. I never got a call back from Shane, and Dan wasn't personable at all. After looking at the other reviews here, it seems like this place should be avoided like the plague.

I worked with Gundies to sell my vehicle for parts after an accident when I chose not to repair it. It was my first time doing this so I was a bit nervous about the process, but Gundies was excellent! They were fast, great with communicating with me through the entire process, and gave me an excellent offer (I based this on 3 other offers from other companies). I would definitely use them again!

They Lies, cheat and steal your money! I bought an engine from Gundies, and had it installed at a trusted ASE certified shop. After spending $1000 on the engine and another $1400 in labor, the engine was leaking coolant all over the floor. They would not refund my money, and blamed it on the shop I had been going to for 15 plus years. Not only do they have horrible quality control, but they do not have integrity and are not honest business people. Lastly, their staff was rude and overpriced the engine there were competing garages selling the same engine for $600, but theirs had "lower" mileage.

I check up the VIN in car fax, and the engine had 220k miles instead of the 113k they listed. AVOID GUNDIES AT ALL COST! They LIE, CHEAT, AND STEEL YOUR MONEY. THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS.

You would think this place was run by the competition. I called on the phone inquiring about giving them my car for free to scrap out and their demeanor was so rude and negative I just hung up.

Great selection- Had 2 different Ram trucks with broken back windows. I couldn't find them anywhere. Gundies hooked me up and at a great price. Also had a rear taillight for my Jaguar get hit, again no one had one but Gundies. Had my car fixed the next day. Great job and great people. I highly recommend.

I needed a tailgate for my Jeep Patriot, I found Gundie's on the internet. They had exactly what I needed but it was in Bellingham, a long way from where I am in Oregon. They took it to their Battleground facility at no extra charge, where I picked it up, a perfect part! Correct color, saved me a lot of money! ($1400 less than a local body shop wanted). Installed in 1.5 hours, now as good as new. Everyone who I dealt with was very courteous and helpful.

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. 11 years, never have what I need and customer service is garbage. I'd go south to Mt. Vernon. Way better there.

I found a part for my car on Gundies site for 124.00 I phoned to see about getting it and the person named Dion who answered the phone was about the rudest person I have ever encountered. He quoted me 100.00 more then what was listed on line and when I told him his price on line was less he said to bad I wont sell it to you for that i started to ask another question and he slammed the phone down.

I phoned back a equally rude employee answered the phone. It is sad that a company feels they can treat people like this I have worked in the service industry for years and would never treat a customer like this. Very sad but fortunately there are many parts suppliers because I would never give them my business now and will make sure I spread the word to everyone I know to shop elsewhere.

Gundies has a huge selection of parts, which is great for the body shop I work for. What's not great is the parts continuously being delivered in terrible condition (though being said to be at least B quality), or flat out wrong. I got charged $20 for shipping and invoiced for a left tail light, but was delivered a right side one. Asked for a front door on an extended cab truck, received a door for a regular cab truck.

Those two examples are thing that have happened just in the last MONTH. Your only job is to get me the correct part I ask you for, in the condition I asked for. And they can't even do that. If an insurance company tells me to order a part from Gundies in the future, I will refuse.

Some guy named Dan "helped us" and when I asked a question about what was included in the price, he looked at me like I was an idiot and responded in a very condescending way. Not sure if he is a sales person, but if so he failed in most regards to good selling. I would know as I make about half a million a year in cybersecurity software sales and teach courses on the subject.

Always easy to identify when someone behaves in a way that exhibits personal insecurity and a superiority complex. Aside from that, it was a decent selection but I would be careful who you trust there.

I called to see if they were interested in taking my car for scrap or salvage since the engine didn't have compression anymore, and I had the strangest interaction which led to the man hanging up on me. I waited all weekend to get a hold of this place, just for one of the rudest phone interactions of my life. I'd recommend taking your business elsewhere, but unfortunately I'm not aware of any other place like this near Bellingham.

DECEMBER 8TH After careful discussion with the sales rep in Battle Ground I thought the explaintion on my end about the parts I needed was clear and understood. I was promised these parts would be in before the end of the week from Bellingham and would be called to come get them. DECEMBER 11TH Called and left two messages regarding whereabouts of ordered parts.

No response DECEMBER 14TH Called again leaving messages inquiring about parts. No response DECEMBER 16TH Drove up to get my long overdue parts after finally reaching someone by phone early that morning. They told me half of my order had been sitting in the bin since the previous week but nobody was informed they were there. I get there AND theses are not the window brackets I had gone to great lengths to explain and verify all understood but the regulators. Now, before I paid the $150 some dollars for said parts, the shop they came from was called to VERIFY they had both and they were in good condition.

I only received one. Only sending half the order, I expected half my money should have been refunded once they figured out their issue. Not knowing (apparently) that the financial company I had used to pay with does real time automatic posting to accounts they told me the refund had been posted and it was the banks hold up. Gundies waited until the 17Th to refund the first half of my cash and as of the 22nd of DECEMBER I am still waiting for the rest.

I understand I was a small order for these guys, and on a pretty rare part, but the total clusterphuck from start to still no end is frustrating and disgusting. Tell me to piss off and wait, whatever but don't lie to me while also trying to constantly pass the buck. I probably won't see the last $70 some dollars they are "in process" of refunding now for some time but oh well. Congrats to those who love shopping with this bunch, I truly wish my experience had been like yours.

I wish I could give them a zero stars. Had to deal with them in regards to an engine. Was told it was already pulled and on a shelf so it should ship the next day. I waited until the second day and then called back. The person Ian who I talked to was too busy to talk to me but had another employee tell me he promised it would be out the following day.

The next day it does not arrive and I call back again. He was too busy to take the call so another employee had to talk to me and played ignorant of the entire thing. I told him he said it was pulled and was to have arrived two days prior. I can leave now to pick it up. Suddenly the engine was on their truck but the truck broke down and it would be another day.

That makes it four days for a next day delivery. The fourth day I called in the AM and was told it was on the way and I was the first stop. Yeah, well then why four hours later when I call back I am told it was on the truck and the truck was about to leave? I said I would pick it up but was told it was too late as it was already loaded. No surprise when it didn't show up that day either. Ian, the numerous other employees and their manager who I was also lied to by can shove that entire wrecking yard up their collective asses.

In my opinion they are liars. From my experience I view them as unprofessional, untrustworthy, con men who also over charge. A week after ordering the engine it suddenly arrives. By then I had already called Budget Auto Wrecking in Everett, WA and not only got the engine the SAME DAY but they also charged a couple hundred dollars less.

I went to gundies in graham, WA. Looking for a set of genuine Toyota alloys wheels for my 06 corolla. The front office there said that all the Toyota inventory was at the Bellingham yard. That was disappointing since I already drove 60 miles to that location. They said they had a full set up in Bellingham. Bingo. 90 dollars each no problem. I drove up there a couple of days later from Poulsbo WA.

I asked if I could look at the set wheels they had They said No. Just a picture on the Computer screen. Would have bought them if I could look at them first. Now I will never use their business ever. thank you from this car enthusiast who has lots of friends who look for parts.

Clay at Gundies Sold me an Engine with No Oil Preasure and I Have Had More Problems Since them They agreed to replace it with another engine and Then Repair the engines oil pump that was missing parts and THen when I got the Car Back They had Put Head Sealer In the Coolant and Tore the Driver Seat and Then I noticed Yesterday They Stole the customers Brand New Battery and THEY WONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT AND THEY CHARGED ME TO FIX THE OIL PUMP MISSING PARTS AND HAVE REFUSED TO LET ME SPEAK TO A MANAGER HORIBLE PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH I am honest and reasonable and nothing they have done is either of those I wish I would have never called the m
